I love a Dollar Tree store for the variety and that everything is a dollar. For this visit we found helium birthday balloons and streamers and very nice birthday cards. I always get my reading glasses here so I don't feel bad if they break. Their glassware is nice too.

This dollar tree is one of the largest I've ever been in. It's relatively clean inside and out. There is plenty of parking, and the parking lot is easy to navigate. They use to have a wide variety of things to choose from, but now it's kind of slim pickens. They're not as busy as they use to be. Also, they rarely have more than one register open at check out which can be annoying at times.

Very cluttered, but that is my only complaint. Nice staff and a good spot for school projects supplies or BBQ needs.

The line wrapped around the store and took over 20 minutes just to get close to checked out. Maybe if you didn't require employees to wear masks you could keep help.

The employees are nice especially in the mornings. The manager jumps in to help when needed. They keep it stocked pretty good. I go for cards and bags for gifts. It doesn’t need a make over.

The staff is super friendly and willing to help you locate any item if they have it in stock. Always find interesting things here and will be a customer as long as I'm in Longmont.

The 5 stars are for my 1.50 balloons that are still flying high after 1 week! I was just hoping they would hold up for the day, but I definitely got my money's worth-maybe it was a new helium tank? Maybe they added hi-float? IDK but I'm still enjoying these one week in. Definitely recommend. I will say I had them replace one (of five) that looked a little deflated, but the new replacement is hanging strong with the other 4 balloons. Long post/review for balloons-but this was the only thing I bought there that day.

I haven't been to this store in over 6 months due to bad experiences. I visited today (10/8/23) and I came across the most wonderful woman ever named SUSAN. Please give her like 10 raises. She is the most friendliest welcoming helpful human I've come across. I would never expect a person so humble as her to be working at a dollar tree knowing they don't pay well or treat their employees well. She goes out of her way to help you in absolutely anyway she possibly can and then some. I felt so good after leaving this store today but it was 100% thanks to Susan and her amazing personality and attitude. Thank YOU Susan.

Today at the Longmont CO store at Ken Pratt Blvd At 1 p.m. I made a purchase of over $80. Rosalie was clerk who checked me out. I had purchased a blue laundry basket to use as a carrier of some of my items to carry to my car. I had a tote bag full of items and a box of several snow globes; 3 bundles all total to carry out. I gathered the box, tote bag. I walked away from counter to head to the door. Rosalie said nothing to me to assist me to carry out all my purchases. At 3 pm today, I realized I had left that blue laundry basket at the checkout. I called to speak to staff to communicate my purchase was still there and ask what time their store closed today. Janet, staff person answered. I stated my name , explained I had left a basket filled with my purchases. Janet, rudely, questioned me what I had said. I started to repeat my statement and Janet hung up on me. I called back. I gave my name whenJanet answered again and started to explain my situation. Janet interrupted me and said had answered. I asked why She hung up on me? Yep, rude loud push back. I did explain my purchase got left and what time did store close. Janet stated, the basket was not there. She did not see it. Offered no solution. I did purchase just couple of hours prior to this call. Janet interrupted me raised her voice telling me it was not there. Again, no sloution for me to pick up my purchased items. I stated I had paid for them so...again Janet interrupted me, raised her voice. I stated stop talking over me. Then asked why would you put items back on shelf if they were paid for. Janet, again, rude tone and loud, she did not say they got put back. Then went on to say left purchases are put on a specific shelf and basket was not there. Then went slient. Still, no resolution to me, the customer. I asked what now. I stated I checked out at the first line by main doors. Janet proceeds to yell with phone close for me to hear her yelling at staff person and was told yes my basket got left. Janet continued to yell at Rosalie with instructions regarding left purchases. I am absolutely stunned at this event. Janet tells me yes it is there. hangs up. I went into this store. Rosalie still at same check out line. Rosalie would not make eye contact with me. I spoke to Rosalie I was back to get my basket. Rosalie points at a shelf along the side wall. There was a staff person working order at balloons station beside identified shelf. That staff person looked at me, said nothing to me watched me pick up my basket. I left. Disrespectful, rude, arrogant, no solution for a very simple situation stunned me and I feel the need to give this detailed review I have shared this event with other Dollar Tree Customer Service staff. What a shame.

This is our go-to dollar store because they have the best selection. Some don't have a frozen/refrigerated food section but this store has a large one! Nice friendly cashiers and good hours. Never found this one closed at odd hours of the day (like some other Dollar Trees I won't mention).

The store was very clean, most Dollar trees are not. The one in Loveland is. Also I had to go home and get the right card and the Lady saved my stuff up front so I didn't have to continue shopping again. They are very nice and very helpful That's nice to see these days. The older lady with the whitish Air was the best! She deserves a raise!.

I was inside the store shopping and watched them lock the doors 10 mins. early (5:50) on a dozen customers. As it is they're closing 4 hours earlier than posted on google (10 pm). This seems to cause mass confusion. Should be open the hours you post online or fix them(takes less time to update google than print the door sign).

Some things have increased slightly in price, but the prices are reasonable and there are many new options available.

I always like the dollar tree. Unfortunate that nothing is $1 anymore. It's like $1.25 and up or something like that. But other than that, they are pretty good at keeping clean! Staff is usually very nice and helpful!

Val should learn some customer service skills. Like how to greet and be personable…have a more friendly demeanor, instead of coming across agitated & annoyed. Or maybe thats how she is with blacks. Or maybe it’s a gender thing if not race, because the white lady she checked out after me was greeted pleasantly. I ask to speak to a manager…Brenda comes my way. I explain things…her first words aren’t I apologize…sorry you dealt with that…thats not usual for Val…not the way we do things. She said…”Well we’re short staffed right now but I will talk to her later on.” Anna had some professionalism and listened to me to her credit. Racism and unprofessionalism clearly are prevalent here & ok I learned today.

I always love going to dollar tree it's like going and seeing an experience with other people you'll never get to see, if you know, you know. It's a good place to see how to be creative and what to find if you need to look for something.
