This store is the most dirty, unclean and unkept store I've ever seen. There is makeup in the food isle, clothes in the canned good. The shelves are just loaded with stuff in boxes, almost like someone got a shipment of product and just went and put them on random shelves. The only time ive ever seen it look even a little decent is when someone from corporate is inspecting. This is a shame not only to the people that live in college station but, the city itself is extremely embarrassed. SOMETHING. NEEDS. TO. CHANGE.

Store very much in disarray. Multiple carts on almost every aisle stacked with boxes not put on the shelves. Even had trouble getting the shopping cart down the aisle because of the carts full of boxes. This place seems to run on one cashier only While others are walking around the store doing not much of anything.

This place is a complete disaster. Racks blocking aisles, shelves hanging, merchandise all over the floor, a total pigsty. Yes, the clerk was friendly but people shouldn't have to shop in filth. Corporate needs to do a pop by and maybe the health department too. Disgusting.

Went on a Saturday morning at 10 am, and it looked like they hadn’t restocked in weeks. They actually had all their full bins out blocking most of the walkways, but no one in sight stocking shelves. Wasn’t able to get anything that I needed. Store was also disorganized, things were on random aisles that you wouldn’t expect. I don’t plan to return.

It's a dollar store in a residential area. It acts like a small grocery store. Normally that's great. No more than 7 customers in store NORMALLY, minor groceries and misc that you would get at Wal-Mart or Target for almost the same price. BUT the last visit just after Thanksgiving, the store was packed with customers and merchandise halfway put away in the aisles. There were three employees which would leave one or two to fill shelves. Not this one time. Until the pandemic is contained there will be days like this. But still their stock, prices and customer helpfullness, over ride difficulties.

This Dollar General can honestly be a bit cluttered and messy looking at times. However, this is often the case when a DG is stuck in a Small Store Front like this with limited space, rather then a bigger stand alone store. But the Manager and Employee’s at this store are Super Friendly and professional do it’s one I like to shop at regardless.

The store was a disaster. There were so many carts full of boxes you couldn't walk down some of the aisles and there were piles of stuff all over the floor. We waited on the cashier for close to 5 minutes before she showed up. She was not very polite and was also not wearing her mask. The online inventory for the store also didn't match what was available in store so we couldn't get what we actually went for.

So we go there quite often to shop and buy items for a cheaper price of off brand stuff. Every time I have gone into this store it looks like a hurricane went through there. The store is a mess, poorly organized and poorly managed. It makes for a dreadful trip each time.

I only go here because it's close to my house. It's ridiculously messy. Nothing is ever put away. It looks like months worth of shipments are always laying around everywhere. Merchandise is always on the floor or thrown around like it was ransacked. There is never anyone at the register and when you finally DO get someone at the register they rarely make eye contact or speak to you. I've said hi to the attendants numerous times and they and flat out ignored me or kept talking to the associate they were conversing with at the time. I even had I've girl check me out and she was on her phone on the Bluetooth. She started ringing up my items. Then she said, "No no. I can keep talking, I'm on my headset." This place is awful. A lot of the shelves are bare, but it's got to all be in the unopened boxes that are stacked everywhere.

This store is good for a quick trip if I need something but dont want to the grocery store. My only complaint is that they have so much stuff and extras it's a bit chaotic and challenging to find what you need. It just a bit more organizing and it would be great!

I went to this store on Jan. 3, 2015. This store was a complete mess. You want to talk about safety hazards. Stuff was everywhere on the floor. I am so surprised about what I saw, that I will never return to that store again. I was not impressed with the two ladies, one manager, and one cashier. They seemed to move very slow and was in no hurry to help. This business is needing help badly!!! Whomever is in charge of making sure these stores are run properly, has really fell behind on the job. You need to check this store out if you are in charge!

Don't wear a hoodie or don't be black in this store cause joyce will follow you around the whole entire store. When I speak on it she playes victim and say it's your conscience.. (ma'am my conscience sees you following me around each aisle). I even purposely walked all the way to the other side of the store where I didn't need to go, then boom there she is. I go all the way back to the other end where I started at, then boom there she is right there behind me smh. . Make it so bad she got a brace on her leg, limping like she been following people around all her life ... So I stay in there longer just to watch her limp around and follow me. I get to the check out line, boom there she is. I get ready to walk to the car she walks outside first smh. I will not be returning to this store ever again she will make you forget why you even came to the store in the first place. To joyce : My job pay my Very well Every week faithfully I may say.. Everybody is not a thief! stop judging people! You never know what people are going through so just stay in your lane and let people be. They make them yellow and white lines on the highway for a reason.

Go to a different location if possible. Very messy, disorganized store with an employee that could improve her customer service skills. Two stars simply because one employee at least tried to be helpful tonight (had it been only her working, I wouldn’t be leaving this negative review) but the younger girl should find a different job, one not dealing directly with customers. It’s really not hard to be kind to people, especially when it’s part of your job!
