Go there for what you need. (cheap car charger) Leave with what you don't need but you boy wants. Bubble gun that makes 15000 bubbles in 5 minutes. (FILLED MY FRONT YARD) Great place with just about everything.

EVERY DOLLAR GENERAL is ripping you off with Coupons. I'll save Coupons on the app, proceed to go use them at store, enter number, and think I used them. Found out they aren't being used. Asked cashier to use them, they told me they didn't no how to enter them. Okay, I have them saved. How do u not no how to apply them. Wth DG get it together. I've been ripped off several times and have been lied to about the 5 dollar Coupons on every sat for over 4 months. I've lost atleast 80 bucks. <5x4> <4x20> shame on yall.

They treat a ethnic looking man with a back pack like a thief and follow you while you are in the store. And try and make you leave your backpack upfront while you are in there while they let women with huge purses in the store no problems at all. Totally profile you

To the worker that was there working Saturday, December 11, 2021, around 11am. I know you knew how to ring the movies up, you chose not to because of the way he looked. You laughed with the customer behind him, instead of requesting that the customer behind him respect 6' distance, COVID is still going around. Just so you know he has PTSD & Anxiety. Learn compassion or at the very least Customer Service skills. Disappointed in humanity but not shocked.

The store is very messy and disorganized. Employees often can not find sale items. Employees are not well trained; sometimes are helpful, other times not so much. Good prices on sale items but good luck trying to get the Digital Coupons to download and/or work. A very frustrating place to shop, would not recommend.

Excellent employees and store, everyone is helpful and friendly, the new look there is wonderful and easy to shop. I go there almost everyday for something and it's great to be able to run down the hill from my house and pick up something I need. Thanks for a super great store!

This store has seriously bad patrons and under staffed. The store is a mess. There are many patrons letting their kids run wild messing up everything in their path. Throwing items on the floor and the lazy parents don't bother to pick it up. I can't totally blame the store workers because what I've seen the blame belongs to the parents and I hope some of them are reading this because there's no reason to let your kids run wild like that if I work there you bet I would say something and you wouldn't like it. but took the counteract this the store has to get more people in there to watch the the floor I saw shoplifting more than once.

This location should be gutted and restored. The floors have never been presentable, and the constant carts blocking the aisles make it impossible to shop. I’d rather this location close and Target open here instead!

They’re recently under new management. The new staff are not only respectful, but go the extra mile to help you find the product you need. The store has really turned a corner.

Manager@ this location is rude to employees, and public. Became angry with only checker working with a line of 8 waiting check out. Told him to speed it up, because she had stocking to do, and was rude to the 2 people she had to help. I was having issues with my new debit card, and told her it was not his fault, but mine. She dismissed me like I didn't matter. I will no longer go to this store, and as a manager she displayed behavior that would result in firing were she working in a corporate setting. (I was a manager prior to retirement)

Cashier was pleasant, had actual interactions with customers instead of just "hi." Store needs some help recovering, but I think that's a corporate thing because they don't give stores enough staff/hours to actually take care of it.

Americans with disabilities act violation.. I have a medical condition and I had Came in to go shopping and employee lied about having restrooms. It was 7 o'clock at night on a wensday. Instead if accommodating my medical needs she told me to go next door to OfficeMax like I am going to spend 100 bucks at OfficeMax on food. Women must hate her job because she sure does hate having customers. Guess it will be my lawyers talking to yours.

It was a Dollar General, it was fine. It was clean, the staff were pleasant, and I got what I needed. I got cotton balls and acetone, so I got what I needed too. I thought about looking at the nail polish, but didn't bc there was a storm rolling in. That's pretty much it.

This location’s employees went the extra mile, by allowing this visually impaired man to grab ten items and to checkout. Three minutes were set on the Clock. I went over on my time but then the Cudtomers jump in to help always. A card reload fee of $3.95 was tacked onto the bill. It’s interesting to note BirdBlue removed their business from Walmart and turned it over to Dollar General. Other businesses that survived were the staples and great ones.

I like the ease of use for clipped, digital coupons, and the staff is very nice when I've been in. UPDATE: Cilpped coupons stopped working for me for no particular reason. Their tech support was feckless. The staff at this particular store were very nice, but it is no longer worth my time to shop there.

I have been shopping here for over 3 years. This store seems to have a high turnover rate for employees. Overall it is convenient and prices are some of the lowest around. It has limited overall space and no bathroom available. Every customer (no exceptions) is required to present I.D. to purchase tobacco or alcohol. In the past few months, they have been doing a much better job of stocking and organizing shelves, and keeping aisles clear.

A wonderful experience! The lady(wish I was fast enough to catch her name) that rang me up was positive , caring and highly sensitive to the needs that come with having a young child (my son is 4 & a half). All in all a positive experience, I will be returning soon

i'm using an anonymous account that does not have my actual name because unfortunately due to my income, i have no choice but to continue shopping at this absolutely HORRIBLE dollar general bc its the most affordable option in the area, so i didn't want to use my regular account & have them recognize me, and treat me worse than they already treat every customer that comes in here. I reckon they know that's the case for most of their customers, that were too poor for many other options, so they just continue on, not caring, with the most insanely neglectful customer experience I have ever experienced at a place of business in my life. Management clearly doesn't care about anything. It's the second time this week that i've gone in there and been told it's card only because management doesn't want to train the employees to properly run the register, or run the register themselves, as they're literally in the building and capable of doing so. I've lived in this neighborhood my entire life & i cannot recall a single time i've walked into this store and it wasn't filthy with barely any space to walk or look through the isles because theres empty boxes & random products spilling all over the place. There's been multiple occasions where i've bought dairy products just to get home and discover they've gone bad before their expiration date, assumingely bc of improper storing & letting products sit out too long. Theres a couple cashiers there that are nice & seem like they want to provide good service, but management obviously isn't providing the with the tools or the training to do so, but more often than not the cashier & whoever else is working there will treat you like an absolute nuisance, sometimes even ignoring any attempts to talk to them or make polite conversation while checking out. It's absolutely absurd. I've been coming to this store several times a week for at least the past 10 years & there's been multiple times i've left the store on the verge of tears because the cashier was so needlessly rude when I did nothing but be kind to them. I am not a "karen"- i've worked in retail, customer service, & food service all my life & know how hard it can be working in these positions but 85% of the staff, especially the management at this location so blantantly uncaring & cruel. It's almost like they'd rather you just walk in and steal whatever you want so they don't have to deal with doing their job & checking you out, because i've also seen them allow people to walk in & walk right out with products, stealing them right off the shelves and walking out if the store without any attempt hiding it, as the cashier just watches them and shrugs. you literally receive better treatment at this location if you're a thief than if you're a paying customer.

The manager of this store is rude, unprofessional and lacks the business communication skills that it takes to keep employees. Talking At people and getting and attitude when asked a legitimate question is never ok. Ive witnessed this on more than one occasion. This store is always a disaster as well. She's the problem with this store. Wake up Corporate!

There was a sale, tags under EVERY 2 LITER, and Danielle refused ro honor the sale. She ignored the signs under ALL THE 2 LITERS, and brought one tag that said specific varieties. Even though there was a line, she took tne time to go get the ONE TAG that had the flavors listed. She was very rude, not willing to give me the sale price when I know she saw all the tags. RUDE CASHIER, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
