All I can say is I won't shop at Linkhorne location anymore they have lost my business after 15 years! I will go to any location except Linkhorne! Coffee Road location is much better than Linkhorne 👍

It's not far from my house, but I'll go down to Wards before I go here. People were exceptionally rude. Beyond belief. Last time I went was about 2 years ago. I wont return.

There wasnt much help from the cashiers and they all had bad attitudes! I understand if you are having a rough day but BOY they must have had a horrible week! Learn to be professional people

I just called up to the store to ask a question and the girl that answered the phone hung up on me. I figured it could have been an accident so i called back. She answered the phone and i asked her a question and she hung up on me again!! So i called back a 3rd time and she answers the phone, i can tell she only answered it on accident because she thought she hung the phone up but instead answered it and then sat the phone down. I could hear her and her friend talking away like she wasnt even at work. So if a manager or someone sees this message, that girl should be fired. Thanks to her, i will now go to Walmart from now on and will never go back into that store. I live right behind the store so i spent a ton of money in there annually. The phone call took place at 4:45pm on Tuesday, May the 29th, 2018......

The older woman working this morning has a bad attitude.... She needs to understand that everything is not going to go smoothly and when prices are incorrect on products and the customer decides they don't want them.... It's NOT OKAY for her to JERK the items out of the bag... and then SLAM them on the counter before proceeding to void the items off.. I come within seconds of telling her about herself, but two wrongs don't make a right. She doesn't need a job that deals with people in person.. One of these days she's going to meet her match and the scene is not going to be pleasant for anyone. I will never return to that location as long as she works there. I don't recommend anyone shopping there at this point... God....Thank You for controlling my temper this morning....

I stopped by the DG on linkhorne Road Lynchburg va. And it's so hot in that store. They only have fans running. I feel sorry for those employees. As well the customers. IT IS TO HOT TO SHOPPING OR WORKING WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONER.

2844 location is super organized and clean. I was so impressed because some stores are trashy. I just want to give a shout out to the managers who demand excellence. Believe it or not stores in disarray can cause anxiety in people. Appreciate the order and being able to quickly locate what I need!!!

Some staff were nice but one time when i was there, the older man in the cashier did not gave me a complete change and seems he waited for me to complain. It's good that i counted my change / money before leaving. Also, they've put some items in the $1 aisle but when i was already in the cashier, it turned out that the price is not really $1.

Bought the Dolly Advent Calendar. It has candles in it. So cute but no smell..We lit 2 of the candles today and no fragrance from them . definitely not worth the 15.00

Currently just left this DG and it was ... Let's just say ... That we won't be returning to this one for awhile. Its always something wrong with this DG ... usually the appearance or the price is marked wrong or not at all (like the clearance never is marked and the prices usually arent very "clearance" -y) BUT this time the problem was the cashier. Her demeanor and her "i want to go smoke a cigarette " attitude as she blatantly stated when my friend was looking for his change in his pants and coat pockets for less than a minute. Then my significant other and myself had sat out items to purchase up on the counter... The chick rang half of our stuff up Then was trying to cash us out already... We had to tell her twice that the rest of the stuff was on the same ticket. Then I remembered that the oxi clean had a $1 off now coupon on the can so I took it off to give the girl ... She said it probably wouldn't work ,then went to scan it ... acted like it did ...which it didnt I tried to tell her , at this point she just ignored us... My S.O. went ahead and just paid and I still tried telling her.. she didn't say anything just stared down wards. So then I tell her if she aint going to do it to jus5 give me my coupon back ... and she still wouldn't look up and ignored... She didn't have a nametag,had a hooded sweatshirt on and what appeared to be a du-rag underneath... Very unprofessional., thanks DG For letting me lose money... also since the damn DIGITAL COUPONS APP WOULDNT WORK EITHER
