they tried changing me 400 just for trailer wash out ya I had potatoes but 400 I drove the 55miles to the blue beacon 109.00

Can never get attendant at window therefore I can never get truck washed. Three out three recent visits i ended up leaving. Not goid business model.

Takes 4 hours to wash 2 trailers out There's not enough staff to maintain the business needs. It's not worth going to unless they fix their staffing problem go someplace else it'll save you thousands of dollars going elsewhere.

While it's true that what they offer here is pretty specific, large rig washes, what makes Piedmont stands out is that it is run by a caring and careful manager who always does a good job. Most folk come because it is unique, then return because of the great service!

I pulled up at 7:15 am he found me there didn’t say a word to me. When he opened up I went to the window to talk to him one of the worst customer service ever he wasn’t welcoming and wasn’t even willing to talk to me. With his confederate durag.

They charge $100+ for independent carriers and $300+ for mega carriers. Takes 45-90mins per trailer. Geezzz. Tight spot to back up back up for wash out. Charge as much as possible for mega carriers bc they can. Someone needs to come up here and open a wash out to put these greedy rednecks outta business. Never in my life have I paid $380 for a regular trailer wash. What the ****.

If u like scrubbing ur own truck after paying 35.00 , I suggest going to blue beacon , I’d rather be streaking than be blasted with pressure washers while drive thru truck wash , not worth it ,& it didn’t do a good job like the beacon would have !!
