Needs the conveyer belt to speed up demand of service this store has without overwhelming the cashiers. High turn over rate but at least they have cameras to protect your car that's a plus! New management is very kind.

Store was just about empty! I mean the shelves were bare. Wondered if I missed a big sale or the apocalypse or something. Employees are friendly the manager is always polite, energetic and very helpful. I imagine he makes the job worth it to the employees.

The most horribly ran store l ever walked into. Can't find anything including employees. This store needs to be shutdown!!! Terminate all people who come here claiming to work and everything put in place, cleaned, shelves organized. It's trash everywhere. Employees either smoking or down an isle huddled gossiping with customer they know. One worker on register that's slow as molasses, runs mouth too much with customers. I can't believe this store is still open, the lot is unclean as well. Horrible place to try and shop, everything disorganized can barely find what you need. Most shelves empty!!! Horrible Place to shop!!! Long line of at least 8 customers with only one register open. Customers discussing the disgust of this place.Nice Man outside doors with dog begging for money playing guitar this is allowed???? Don't Visit Here!!! And it stinks in here every floor is cluttered with merchandise and trash.Floors are Filthy!!! Very Unclean!!!

Most shelves are empty or a hot mess. No organization to any part of the store. Should have known not to go when the only cars in the lot belonged to the two workers. Go anywhere else and you'll have a better experience.

We're regulars here, & as far as Dollar Generals go, it's comfortable & reliable. The employees do a great job, but honestly, they get understocked on product. It's not their fault. I just feel like this store gets corporately neglected. We still love it & rely upon it on the daily.

I mean if you are scared dont go! That simple. A lot of sketchy people go in there. Yes they have been robbed. But I love the managers there. Always helpful & friendly. I do always find what I need there. Lots of clothes as well if you buy items like that there.

The customer service here is amazing! Corporate is obviously the problem. It's obvious they work their managers too much. I live close and I'm forgetful, so I stop in frequently. They had an awesome store manager with great customer service for a while and he was there EVERY DAY. Their shelves are rarely stocked, as well. But the employees are ALWAYS stocking the shelves and working hard, so I really doubt it's their fault. I feel like this store needs better attention from district.

They are often way understocked to the point where it looks like they are going out of business. They are understaffed which leads to super long line. Many times I've left because the line was 10-15 people deep with ONE cashier. I know they have trouble keeping store managers so this is probably a result of that. The cashiers are always nice and friendly which I truly give them credit for. It is a rough crowd they're dealing with. The clientele tends to be a little....sketchy. On more than one occasion I've been hit up for money while in the store, I've seen people stealing, there are often people loitering outside. My biggest complaint is there are often a pack a kids roaming around the store, alone, generally being rude and obnoxious. One of them asked me for money and when I said no they called me a 'b****'. I wish the employees had the confidence to ask them to leave. They could really benefit from a security guard but I'm sure they cannot afford to pay for one.

Cashier was extremely rude. Went in for a really good sale and when I came to check out she snarkily said "oh, I was supposed to pull those. You didn't really think they were that price, did you?" I assumed it was the price that was advertised in the sale. How unprofessional. No wonder their parking lot is empty.

UPDATE: I didn't change the rating just advising that I returned to find they had not only my bag left behind but at least 8 other bags. It's obvious this is an issue that they are aware of. 🙄 I'm a little bit frustrated. I purchase a number of items and walked out with what I thought was the extent of my bags. I got home and realized a day or two later that there were items missing. I assume I left a bag behind. Yes, my fault but I do believe that they should put a little more effort into making sure that their customers exit with their purchases. Perhaps saying something to the extent "thank you and don't forget your two bags. I tried to call and confirm but when I do a recorder comes on telling me that they're busy and they can't pick up and hangs up.

Would be nice if inventory was kept up better. Other than that, it's alright. Convenient.

The others saying the store is messy and disorganized are not completely wrong but Jesus was super helpful to me, helping me find one item that was hidden behind a rolling cart full of items piled high, and also showing me the deals that can be had in their app. Much appreciated! It's not every day that you run into retail employees working in places like this that don't act like they wish they were not there. He seemed genuinely happy to help me out.

I'm not sure why the cashiers there always have an attitude. Today I was there looking at clearance items for the event that was advertised. I have downloaded the store app on my phone because I have had previous issues with prices being incorrect. So it helps to know how much things are. The cashier loudly told another customer, while looking at me, that she has had several people in the store today just scanning stuff. And that that's all some people do is come in to scan stuff but don't buy anything. She was really snotty about it and I don't understand why. I have been checking different stores in the area for clearance deals, as Christmas is approaching and there are a lot of toys on clearance. Isn't the point of the app to be able to check prices of need be? Not the first ride cashier at this store either.

Love my other locations but this one right here! Today was not the day and Im glad I didnt have the time. Went in to buy a small bag of cat food and there were 2 female cashiers at the front with dark hair it looked like purplish or brown. The first cashier on the far end where the line starts was already checking out a gentleman so I went around as the cashier had finished checking out the gentleman in front by the doors. The cashier had her family in there having conversation. I sat my Item on the register and she was still talking to them. She put my cat food in the bag and then proceeded to still have conversation. I even asked her how her day was but she did not hear me to respond. I finally asked her to finish checking me out since I had to drop off some things and get out. She stood there kinda looking shocked. The other cashier had already come around to stand next to the family at the door and then proceeds to start an argument with me because she wants to defend her coworker for the bad customer service. She tells me that I was being rude for not hearing her telling her me she was going to check me out when she clearly still had a guy with his card in the reader as I walked by to begin with. I told her I was not going to argue I just need to go. She then told me to leave without giving me my receipt. Im still confused? I go outside and sit in my car for a sec to see the cashier who checked me out to then step between the threshold of the doors to smoke, taking a few hits before going back to stand around. Crazy.

Constantly a disaster area. The last few times I've come in I've wondered if they were going out of business, honestly. I gave them the benefit of the doubt last time, figuring it was just a shipment day and they were running a little behind, but it's consistently been full of boxes and disorganized every time I go in.

I do not like going to this location. Every time the girl with 2 color hair is working she is always on the phone. I’m sorry but I don’t even feel comfortable asking a question. She has her phone to her ear, or has a headphone in talking. This store is unprofessional. They talk about stuff you probably should be having a private conversation with but instead all the customers can hear. The purple hair girl is friends with 2 color haired if you heard what they talk about and say especially what they do after work. I don’t know how other employees can deal with it but I won’t. I only go if I have to other than that I try to avoid this place.

Makes me happy to know there are other retailers. If bigger businesses were to take an example from DG's customer relations, their business would flourish emencely. Where as if DG were to take notes on the bigger businesses, there's always the thought of want not need not.

The cashier that is working there right now she was yelling across the store at this kid trying to find cottage cheese in the middle of transactions with customers, was very very rude to every customer in front of me and even caught an attitude with me, the cashier also has no customer service skills besides standing there and it’s very obvious she could care less about her job. If you guys want to keep customers FIRE HER!!! Never coming to this location again PERIOD
