The new re-set is nice but it will take a while to find what you want. It was very poorly staffed today. We were lined up 7 deep for about 15 minutes.

I shop Dollar General several times a month. They sell a large variety of products. The prices are comparable with other retail stores. The thing that I dislike, in Leesburg especially, is the small parking lots. Most of the people working there are helpful.

I found everything on my list in just a few minutes plus a few impulse buys for my Grands. Store was very neat and tidy. This particular Dollar General is always tidy which isn't my experience with others I shop at.

Dollar general in Mascotte, Florida is the worst store of it's kind! Every time I go there, you can guarantee they will be out of something I need! Usually it's something I really need like milk or bread. The store is always a mess with carts of merchandise blocking the aisles, and ripped apart boxes littering the floor throughout the store. I know the dollar general has the slowest moving checkout lines ever, but this store is the worst ever imagined! The line is so long people form a line down one of the food isles and there is not an employee within shouting distance! I cant tell you how many times I have walked in and turned around and left only to go elsewhere for for my groceries!

This is one of the cleanest DG stores I've been in. It seems like they need more people on for the day shifts, because you're lucky if there is one cashier on duty (even though there are three registers) and an employee.is rarely found in the store. Forget trying to get help finding anything.

unfriendly worker at front of store this morning. I rarely evercomplain about anything and as I complain about the new system to a lady next to me in line that was confused a doll general worker approach me at front irritated behavior and say to me it's not thier fault. I said:what? I was not talking to you about new system I was simply speaking to this lady who did not know she had to use self checks out. I have a right to speak and voice my opinion to anyone in a line,and dont blame you.Something I have never done in my entire life until this morningis complain in a store, i worked retail myself many yrs.I did not need her approachme scolding me a 55 yr old woman about just saying I don't like new system. Then she continued to scoldme and I just replied mam, I think most people don't like new system. I check out myself then and left. Workers please leave us guests alone in line, we have a right to just talk...America freedom of speech should I have said thattoo 😀 😉

One of the cleanest DGs I have visited in a long time. They didn't have stock blocking all the aisles and the shelves were tidy and well stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful as well.

The store is horrible. Mess outside and in. Would not buy food here because I'm afraid what contaminates might be on the packaging. Twice, the stocker came close to hitting me with their cart going down aisles. Leesburg should inspect this place for health violations.

Can you say disgusting? This store is an absolute disaster. Toys on one side, toys in the other side, food in 10 different places. Staff is snotty and unfriendly and always look miserable and unhappy. They barely greet you when you get to the register. Parking is limited and the lot is very narrow. I’d rather go to another store and pay higher prices, although many items in this store are more expensive, or they are just cheap knock-offs that won’t last a day.

I love this Dollar General particularly. They are always so clean and organized and quiet and peaceful. It's a very well kept location. They do an amazing job keeping the place looking it's best and they are plenty polite and friendly at this location as well.

Well, you know the pictures posted on their website do NOT accurately reflect this store. Not for a moment. The store shelves are messy and often empty. The aisles are stacked with carts and boxes of items waiting to be put away. They regularily have ONE staff person trying to do it all, and unhappily! Big staff turnover, understandable. Oh my gosh, what a shameful reflection on the owners of this store!

Today is the 27th of july 2018. A little too expired. Pretty pissed I always have to check every item in my cart because this happens every single time I go here and everytime it's a different item. Does anyone that works there check the expiration dates on ANYTHING? Does any one that works there care if they make people sick by selling them expired food? This is getting ridiculous.

Miserable staff. Will waste your time instead of communicating with you. Tell me you hate your job without telling me. You hate your job and that's exactly what you get when you come into this store and I understand what it's like to be tired and exhaustive and working in customer service. But the truth is every single time that I have come to this location. The people that work here look absolutely miserable and their customer service shows that they are miserable The lack of basic communication with these employees to their customers is just ridiculous I come into the store to a long line. One single long line going to 2 separate registers and when I come up to the front I get into what I perceive to be 1 long line going to 2 separate registers. But instead of an employee communicating that they are now 2 separate lines. I stand and waste time for no reason. Working in customer service. is extremely difficult because people can ruin your attitude and whole day by coming in and acting the way that a lot of people do in this community because a lot of people are very entitled. But when I come to this place and it's like quite literally always the same miserable. Looking people and customer service. It's hard not to say anything about it. It's hard not to write this review. I've lived in this area for almost 2 years. And I've been to this location at least 15 times and each time that I've come in. These people have looked absolutely miserable and every single time that I've left. I've left just feeling like. Why do I keep coming to this location And that's just some honesty. From a local
