A point of pride for the company is the sophisticated water filtration and reclamation systems which provide a sustainable and water responsible carwash with courteous and helpful employees. Customers can quickly clean their cars’ exterior and take advantage of the dozens of free vacuum stalls on-site. Hours of operation of the new store are 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. The company now operates 399 locations across 21 states.

I went to this car wash today and wasn’t pleased at all. This was my first and last time ever utilizing a Mister Carwash there’s damages to my brand new Range Rover and I hope that they right their wrong being that I just purchase this vehicle on Thursday!!! Horrible experience and would never go back there again

Really good, clean car when you go through the wash. Some car washes only seem to get the “major” dirt, this one gets everything. And my car is dry after I get out of the blower—-that’s rare in an automatic car wash! Attendants very cordial and nice.

Frank was amazing. I had stuck on tree sap on my car and nothing was taking it off and no one could help and Frank got rid of all of it. He is my hero. This is why I stick with the unlimited Mister car wash plan.

This location has the best staff!! Frank is always so helpful and nice when I go in and the wash cleans my car amazingly!! It’s also a plus that the vacuums are working great, if they are not the staff is usually quick to unclog them.

The staff are always very nice and professional when I get my car washed, almost daily. Even though I go through the express lanes, they make a point to save hello towards me. Especially Austin, who's talked to me a few times while arriving and asked how my day has been. I've been coming here since they opened and will continue to come due to their friendly attitudes.

The costumer service here is awful, I don’t know how this company train their employees, but I’m a dealer and have years coming here ( used to have membership ) , every single time I tell them which service I want, they are pushing me to upgrade what I just tell them I want, “is their job” or wherever but is a annoying and frustrating, and their hypocrisy as when I approach to the line to pay they ask “how are you, how is your day?” etc but after I deny the extra services they want me to buy, I say: ok thank you, they don’t even reply back as they get mad I’m not buying all what they are pushing me into? And not even a thank you or have a nice day .. I’ll go give my business to Mr Clean car wash ..

I debated writing this review, however maybe itll bring some more clarification and possible policy change. I have been using mister car wash for about 6 years on multiple vehicles I own and rarely have had an issue other than once last year when I was placed too close to the vehicle in front of me and thrown into its hitch, mister car wash handled it professionally and fixed all damages. However, now running into the opposite issue. The sign does state to remove or lower antennas. However, my entire base for the antenna was ripped off inside the tunnell on spetember 11th, this is not just a an "aftermarket" piece (which you would be liable for) or the "antenna" itself being ripped off, it was the entire unit and now they have offered "one month free wash" as a solution. This vehicle cannot even enter a car wash with the pieces sticking out so the offer is redundant. I understand aftermarket parts or extended antennas being able to cause damage to vehicle or business however this was a stock piece mounted onto the truck that was ripped off, I think it may be worth considering clarifying the warning onto the sign to include all factory pieces instead of just the antenna piece that sticks out, to also include "fins" as well which are pieces that should not have been able to get ripped off the vehicle. There is a customer awareness on their websites as well for non responsibility for paint damages or issues with NON-FACTORY PARTS. This is a piece that almost every vehicle in America comes stock with and there should not be a reason the wash rips it off. I would just urge you to consider it while taking vehicles through the wash that this is a possibility, though the warnings and customer awareness is a little misleading. EDIT***** I will include that I was contacted back regarding the incident and given 3 months free membership, this is going to assist greatly in getting the truck fixed sooner than expected and being able to swap out parts to ensure this will not be a possibility in the future. Thank you to the management for being quick and helpful and providing a solution that still works on both parts.

Austin was great. Love that guy! Makes sure he sprays my truck down well before the wash. And ALDO, the assistant manager took care of me. I came out of the wash and my gasket/liner for one of the body seams on my Toyota tundra blew out from the drier. I have a good chance of them covering the repair, hope they follow through with it! Appreciate y’all
