Took a hour and a half and they didn’t know what oil filter to put back on my truck. I drive a ford truck the most common truck in Florida. Would not recommend going here.

I came in for an oil change. I had previously been told at this facility that my cabin filter would HAVE to be changed at a dealership because of a special tool needed. Ryian asked if she could look at it. Within 10 minutes, she took it apart and replaced it with new one and put everything back together. She is a keeper and should get a raise for her knowledge and effort. She is an asset and a shining star for the company.

The service was excellent. After my car was done an alarm when off and the service man and I searched all over and couldn't find where it was coming from, so he went and got the manager and he searched and finally figured out it was the device that my insurance company had me plug into my car. I was so embarrassed and he was so nice about it. I wish I knew his name.

Lets start with i downloaded a coupon online for $20 off and it was already expired. My bill came to just over $120.00 asinine! Let me continue to break down my problems... i was there for about two hours. I was charged for an extra qt of oil despite my van taking 4.5qts. (Extra fee for that half qt) The paper listed that they filled my tires to 38psi... no they didnt they never touched my tires. I left they were at 30 which is actually less than the 35 it should be at. I recieved 2 stickers one for a oil top off if needed and one that said my next oil change was 50000 miles ago. I tried to explain how it was wrong but kept getting told it was fine. (Maybe treat your female customers like maybe they know a thing or two) no im not buying your overpriced airfilter when i can get a good one and put it in myself for a third the price. From start to finish it was a lousy experience with lousy service. The head shaking from one of the techs any time i disagreed was nonsense. His name is on the file if this is ever looked into. The only person who seemed nice was the gentleman who we spoke to before pulling into the bay. I will never return.

He explained the process, answered my questions, and had my oil change done quickly without cutting corners. It’s refreshing to get service this smooth and attentive. If you stop by, ask for Nate — he made the whole experience five-star worthy.

I’ve been twice to this location and on both occasions I waited for over an hour. The receipt and checklist stated Checked Tire Pressure, they did not. The list also states checked coolant. They did not. The list stated filled washer fluid, they did not. The service tech was upset because there several cars in line. One lady that was in bay 3 waited so long that she finally asked them to guide her out and she left. The checklist also stated that my wipers were good. However the tech (Nate) told me they needed and changing and would only cost $20 I denied the service and finally. Please review the video tape. I almost positive they never even changed my oil even though I paid for the high mileage mobile synthetic. One last thing. My service sticker said Io should return at 3k miles. I was under the impression that synthetic oil last atleast 5-7k miles between oil changes.

It's a bad sign when before you even pull in the guy is already in a bad with obvious hand gestures and showing I am a bother. After 2 minutes there I asked them to close my hood and left. I do not trust an individual that's obviously miserable with their job. I went to the other and better place. (SB) They are professional and they were courteous. Now I imagine the owner will respond. Blah blah blah... We thrive on whatever, let us make this up. First impression is what counts.

Mr. Jason: I met Nate and the crew. "This place employs special individuals". The service was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.! and the process of my service was OUT OF THIS WORLD as I was able to hear step by step among them from start to end. Ty Mr. Jason for being open to hire them. The crew is one humble to admire beyond any so called "regular/normal" performance; I serviced my 2 cars last night. PS: Nate was able to maintain control and quality of service at all times. This kid even figured out on my two vehicles how to turn off my maintenance icon from a video and on the spot. IMPRESSIVE TO WATCH! He did not guess or made an excuse. BTW! He referred me to your family's shop and I already made contact with JR.

This was my first time at Take 5 and first oil change in this particular car. All staff were friendly and helpful. The main guys that took care of me answered all of my questions and were nice and friendly and got me in and out, despite the fact I kept adding tasks for them. I'll be back and would recommend Take 5 to anyone I know.

It’s been awhile since I had my car’s oil changed at this location. There were new young crew members, didn’t recognize any of them. crew seemed inexperienced and unorganized. Had a Vet 25%off coupon, tech told me I didn’t need the coupon, he would enter the discount on the work order. Synthetic oil list price$122. Convinced me get cabin air filter. Did didnt tell me the price figured it would be about $30 . Said he included a gas additive $15.99 but gave me $10 off. My gas cap is locked. He never asked me to open the gas cap… I didn’t don’t see them put additive in my gas tank. the invoice of $167.41 it shocked me. Didn’t look close at the invoice to see oil was $125.99 not 122.99 they didn’t fill washer fluid. And added water to the antifreeze. I has always gone out of my way to have my oil changed at this location because they did d a good job. Not only did they do a poor job, I feel like I was ripped off. Never going back again!

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews. Just left there a bit ago and the whole time I was made to feel like I was a bother. I pulled in, was barely spoken too and kept getting the shaking back and forth of the head treatment. I wasn’t asked what type of oil, they just went off of last time. Fine, but to not ask?? Then I was told my wipers are bad (just bought in May). I declined replacement and again with the shaking of his head. Nate was having a bad day or hates his job. The other guy was fine, no complaints. I’ve been to take 5 other times and have been treated great. Not sure I’ll ever come back to this one for sure. Also, my tires are supposed to be 33lbs. I had literally just checked them all and filled them about 3 weeks ago. As you can see from the pictures there was no rhyme or reason to what they added. Had to go home and let air out of all of them to get them to 33lbs. When you go to a place of service and are treated like you’re a pain to them it really leaves a bad taste.

Ryian was the person that I spoke with primarily during my time at take 5. She was kind, customer service oriented, informative, and attentive. She lended a hand to her teammates when asked. She was honest and realistic about the wait time because they were busy when I got there. Her communication and personaly made the experience really stand out. I have been to that specific take 5 many times and this was by far the best service I've ever received there. Ryian was definitely the glue holding the operation together and deserves to be recognized!
