I really would appreciate the cashiers knowing what coupons/sales are on. It is SOOOO frustrating to go to get some good deals and they are not only clueless but just DON'T care as to what is being advertised. Most times it is painful to go to ANY Dollar General due to the staff , including Managers couldn't care less for your business. But the people that they know (you know the ones that are usually doing the practically illegal stuff with the coupons) are the ones treated with courtesy. The items are placed in the sales bins and even marked on sale but when it rings up it is NOT the sale price and it is blamed on staff not marking it right. SMH!! #painful

Every time I come here and and add up everything in my basket from what the price tag says to make sure I have almost the exact amount and everytime the past 5 times I've came in the prices has been almost 10 dollars off today the swiffer is priced at 23 but when range up it was 25 the girl says I guess it went up which is fine if the price did go up but at least update your price tags on the shelf. Obviously with tax included i know its gonna be 2 dollars more then the price tag says. Im just tired of the prices never being right in this place.

We know, great prices. But great items, that you can use in your daily life, items for special occasions, and even food! I went in for household items; bleach, fragranzia, etc.. Came out with what I needed and a big smile! Caught the stuff on sale!

Out of a couple of things I needed like liquid paper and parsley. Truck day, yes, but, any day at this store it is overcrowded, cramped, and hard to feel comfortable. That said, the personnel are lovely, welcoming and helpful.

The woman working there late last night and of course she wasn't wearing a name badge is very rude and hateful. I always wonder why nasty people with bad attitude want to work with the public if they are going to be rude and hateful, get better people management.

Wow. Customer service at it's worst. Two girls working tonight, I really wish I knew names but we'll say girl A and girl B. First, there was a bit of a line (not my complaint) both girls were working both registers - my friend and i had been waiting the que... We were on deck And when register 1 freed up as we started walking towards girl A she cut her light off and tried to hurry outside I'm assuming for a cigarette - no judgement I'm a smoker but there was still a line 🤷 Now i want to be clear about this - I'm not tryna ask for any extra sympathy - but my friend has an amputated leg, 2 fingers on one hand and 3 on the other. He was CARRYING his basket full of food and already almost at register 1. Girl A was looking directly at us (i had a cart with big dogfood) so my friend said "hey excuse me maaM can we get some help real quick? If u don't mind" and girl A was obviously not ecstatic. We put my friends food at register 1 and i checked out at register 2, girl B was friendly. As my friend and I finished simultaneously i then proceeded to take my purchases and some of his to the car because he was going to get 1 more thing he forgot (transaction complete). Since the buggy had a tall pole receiving me from taking it outside it took a couple trips for me and when I came back in my friend was standing at register one with a few sodas in hand and girl B had an even longer line at register 2 yet girl A was not at register 1. When my friend asked girl B if she could call girl A up here cuz "u need some help girl"🤣 she said she's on the can aisle she can't hear me. And so she was just moving cans around. I understand employees have more than one job to accomplish but dang guys it's already 105 degrees and i got my dog out in the car with no AC 🤦 yes the windows were down. I was highly disappointed with the way the staff made me feel this day. 🤷

Load my at&t card and it didn't go through. I have not asked for my money back . So they didn't steal it. Will ask for it back next time I am in the area. When I call my cell service it says it has not been loaded since March. I went there in April 2023

So much 'stuffed' in store, but staff more than willing to help me locate what I wanted. Just tells me store is popular with customers and has items they want and need at prices we all can afford. I believe this store will find a larger venue bc it really serves a purpose for its customers. Personally, I had not previously looked at the Sunday ads, but one caught my eye and I tried it. SO glad I did bc I have and will continue to shop there.

Its an okay place. Most of time there is a wait in line and things aren't stocked properly or at all. Staff isn't the nicest and customer base is uncomfortable. You kinda feel like someone might steal your purse or break into your vehicle. But if you had no other choice,then this place would have to deal.

Employees are friendly & helpful. Giving 3 ⭐'s , 75% of the time I walk in it's a bit disheveled. They have a good selection that's well stocked, That & friendly employees are what's important to me, so it's all good if it looks like my Aunt Betty's place here and there 👍

The staff is hit or miss. Some of the cashiers working during the day are amicable, but those who work during the evenings (also when inventory needs to be shelved) try to chase people out of the store at 20 minutes til closing. Their selection of home goods is pretty great though, and this location is my go to for any quick grocery items I may need.

Brittney west the cashier / manager at the store was out of line today. The way she handled a customers transaction in front of me in line today was un real. My head was blown that Brittney West used her words in such a way as to make the customer break down and cry while holding her child. I am pauled. I hope ur franchise resolves this issue soon. I love shopping here and it’s always so clean , but the way the cashiers don’t seem happy tells me a lot about how management works there. No one was rude to me but this is coming from someone who works as a Manager somewhere else. Other than that they have great deals sometimes ☺️ be more specific about your deals with most of them only being through the app because I’ve seen firsthand at this store how customer get aggressive and threaten the cashiers because they missed the part where it says you needed the app.
