Dollar General located on Old Shell road manager Mary and the other is a heavy female who questions ur shopping when using coupons. Which negatively affects your experience when visiting. The items in store are never recovered in a proper time...failure to reface store. They leave boxes in aisles which is a osha violation. But other than that I wouldn't recommend shopping here.

At the time of my visit, I only had a problem with a lengthy checkout wait. The store itself was relatively clean and ordered. The cashier was friendly and was wearing a mask.

The real unprofessional manager harassed me about purchasing 18 containers of suave deodorant for my nursing home care package and wouldn't allow me to buy them because she assumed I was trying to use digital coupons. Which they didn't have any coupons on them I just like the emailed receipts. So I wasn't allowed to purchase them at all.

Whoever the gentleman that is working there needs to be fired ASAP. Rude behavior, used profanity in front of children and other customers. Totally unacceptable, unprofessional, and he’s very racial parical to patrons .

It's a fire hazard.with all the stock blocking the Isles. Every single Dollar General Store has way more product then the store can handle or the employees to be able to put it up if they keep it up they're going to lose all business because I'm getting tired of trying to shop local and my Dollar General and it has to be there with all the Isles being blocked with all the stuff. So Management corporate office whatever fix the problem or you're going to lose your businesses

Convenient and fast. Offers a variety of household products and outdoor items. Toiletries and clothing and food both canned and dry (Dry meaning beans,crackers and pasta). Most of the staff I've dealt with were friendly and helpful. The general appearance of the store is clean but somewhat cluttered in places.

Good selection of products at discount prices. There staff is generally friendly and helpful. This location can get a little crowded at times, and the checkout process is not always the most efficient. Good place to grab a quick necessity as long as it's not packed.

Very unprofessional manager. 1st time I went in, the manager and cashier FOLLOWED me around the store like I was trying to steal something. That is a big no no in customer service. I use to be a manager is customer service and also work at DG, not a good thing to do. Never follow a customer around like that. 3rd time I went in, the same manager and cashier was there. As soon as I walked in, the cashier said oh lord and looked at me. I brushed it off and walked on into the store. While I was looking in the toy isle, I could over hear the manager complaining about this same cashier to a vendor. I'm like whoa, so unprofessional. So then, the manager stops what she was doing, goes to the cashier. I could kind of hearing them talking about me. The manager yells out across the store do you need help? So the entire time I'm looking , I could see her out the corner of my eye watching me AGAIN. She stopped helping the vendor so she could watch me. While all awhile, talking and laughing with the cashier she was just talking /complaining about to the vendor. Needless to say I will not be going back to this store. Someone needs to rethink this ladys position as a manager or she could use some training classes on customer service. It was ridiculous.

Very rude. Lady at the cash register was rude to vendor. Vendor was just telling her that it was another way to do something to make things easier and she got rude with vendor. When vendor replied to her again she made him wait to check in for a long time. I think that is petty and rude. She don't know what all that vendor has to do or how many more stops or if they have to be at another stop by certain time. I feel like people attitude should not get in the way of being petty towards someone.Dollar general should not have employees working for them if they are going to treat people like that.

This is one of the best Dollar Generals I have been too. The ladies that work in there always greet you when you walk in and are always willing to help you find something if you need it. I have never seen them without smile on their faces and they seem to really enjoy their jobs. The store is always very clean and organized, it's very rare that they won't have something that you need in stock either.

Today I ran in to buy batteries and there was a creepy man behind me when I was checking out at the register. He said inappropriate things and tried to engage in conversation and I got out real quick. I then went next door to the veggie market and when I came out the manager of this Dollar General came out. She said, “I don’t want to get into your business but my clerk said that this man was harassing you at the counter. He is in this red car behind me right now. I’m getting ready to get his license plate number but I wanted you to be aware that this man is in this car and if he follows you….” I said, “I will drive straight to the police station!” Thank you, Dollar General employees for looking out for us. I wish I had looked at your name tag, but I wanted to get outta there fast. Please know I will always feel safer because you watched out for me today.

Ms. Jessie, please learn to treat all customers the same. Looks can be deceiving. Speak to one speak to them all. It's called customer service for a reason, and treating every customer the same is part of it. It's not like I come here because I'm not from here but do better. Thanks.

The two stars are because it's a convenient location. I stopped in to pick up some paper towels and see what they had on the Christmas aisle. The Christmas aisle was blocked and there was no cashier when I got to the register. I overheard a cashier, while I was shopping, being rude to a customer and saw one cashiers on her cell phones with her mask pull down to their chin. When I went to check out, no one was at the register, so I left and decided to go to another store.
