Dirty Dog is awesome. Have been a customer over a yr on E. Hillsborough. I do the complete wash and scrub with a ceramic wash. My 2007 Sequoia shines all the time. Thanks Mingo for how clean your guys keep the place.

Bought the helping heroes options. The car wash was too fast, not clean, I’m questioning the service I received vs the price I paid. No clean towel can be found anywhere…. So went home.. upon returning at home I notice the front end of my car is still dirty….. with scratches. Not coming back :(

Man this place went down hill fast, trash everywhere, vacuums on the ground and the wash sucks now. The kid that ran it did a good job and now it’s nasty Edit- now they won’t open da last 2 days, seems like they ain’t gonna be around long. Taken my cars somewhere else from now on

I had originally advised that I only wanted a one charge - Advised did not want to enroll in a recurring charge. My car actually got damaged in the car wash. I filed a claim at the car wash and they turned it over to their insurance. Insurance denied because no one else reported any problems with the car wash. I have been trying for over 8 months to have cancelled on my credit card. I have left several messages with no one returning my calls. Dirty Dog is an appropriate name for this business because they treat you like a dog once they have your information. I would never advise anyone to have anything to this with the sorry business. I would give a less rating than a 1 star if was able to.

It started good and now they tried to upgrade your membership to get your car cleaned I have maintained membership since day one they opened now they want more than the $24 per month or your car won’t be clean , there is one on bush blvd for $20 Iam canceling my membership these people are rippe off don’t go there

This car wash is a lifesaver! Between school runs and snacks-on-the-go, my windows were full of my daughter’s sticky handprints — but now they sparkle! The free towels and window cleaner make it so easy, and the air blowers get every drop of water out. The staff is always so kind, and my car leaves looking (and smelling) brand new every time. Highly recommend for busy moms like me! 🚗💖👏

First time using this place, very disappointed left my car still dirty. I notified the worker just to see if we can run it in one more time. He told me that it’s not allowed, unfortunate that I had to go home with a dirty car and clean it myself the correct way.

This my first time coming to this car wash. The price was prefect and I was told that they guys would wipe it down before entering. After I got out and pulled to the free vacuums I noticed my car was still dirty. As you can see I have a white car and the dirt was still there. I guess you don’t get your money worth here 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I chose this location for it's convenience and quality, but over a past month their quality of wash has gone down. Their equipment is not working for over a month and no response despite reporting it to the staff. Its just soap,and water, no pressure wash.. to clean up the soapy water. Yet I am being charged for the Level II ceramic subscription.
