Great no-touch car wash. Two automatic bays, 4 self-cleaning spray booths. It was a bit of a wait but worth it. The auto wash gave me a great clean. I want no touch on my new car and this is totally no touch. I paid for the top package and it was $19.

Really disappointed. I paid for the $12 wash and all three times with a lightly dusty car and it does not clean it barely at all. There is still dust and the spot free rinse isn't really spot free. The touchless wash in Kokomo does a great job so it's only this wash.

Last time here (6 year ago) I lost $10 in the change machine. Finally returned and it will be the LAST TIME EVER. The coin machines still need replaced. The sign said "Wait 5 seconds between bills" when it should state "Wait 1 minute between bills". Finally got my quarters and returned back to the wash bay to discover a quarter stuck in the slot. Drove to the next bay to discover the coin slot covered with orange tape. Moved to the next bay and the coin slot was covered with white tape. Finally found a bay that could accept my quarters, started the process, flipped the switch to "Prewash" and NOTHING came out. Had to switch to "High Pressure Wash". No one seems to care about maintaining their equipment.

I washed something off under the hood of my car they charged me $ 14.99 and it was supposed to be $3.00 I was not happy I deserved my change back they owe me . Thank you !!!

All the quarter machines in the parking lot don't work took like $4 of mine. Went through the automatic one dryer didn't even come on I don't recommend this place at all I've been going there for years I don't know what happened. So I went again today, tried to get some tire cleaner took my money, paid 13 dollars get car wash dryer didn't come on. What's going on with this place I've been going here for years. Seems like it's going down do I try give it another go around. Even worse this time. Wand broke, handle broke, brush fell off. Couldn't find any one to help with the problem.

Place is terrible. Everytime i come here nothing works. Put $8 in self wash and no water coming out at all. NEVER COMING BACK HERE. 3RD TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED

$2 vacuum and half the manual washes are broken for coins and the working ones have absolutely no pressure to the hose. After looking at the reviews it's been a problem for 4 years and there's still no broken wash signs for the ones that don't work you just put your money in and your screwed. At least Mark the broken ones and the ones that have absolutely no pressure and it's MORE THAN 3 MANUAL WASHES! Wasted money three times till one was actually working. If it's still an issue after 4 years the owner has no care in the world about their business.

I tried the touchless deluxe wash and there were some stubborn stains which didn't come off, but it worked well for the most part. Recently I tried their self-serve car wash and I strongly recommend it. My credit card didn't work on one of the bays so I moved on to the next one. They had 3-4 working bays. I wasnt charged for the earlier one. I will visit this place again for their self service car wash.

Absolute dump. Worst I ever used. I spent $19 on the touch free ultimate wash. It left the road film on my windshield. Bird droppings. Then I had to spend another $7 to was in the self serve bays. Of all the self wash bays only 2 were functional. The facility is run down and dirty.

Carpet shampoo dryer DID NOT WORK.!!!!! You can tell lots have people out there money in and didn’t get it. Air dryer also did not work!!!

Should have trusted the reviews. Worst car wash experience of my life. I get my car all soaped up only to discover no freaking water options on the dial work. Thankfully someone was working and was able to slightly help by putting it on spot free rinse, which let me tell you has the pressure of a whisper. So as I continually swiped my card to pay to get the soap off, watching all my money get wasted for the worst car wash. Texted them about a refund and they said they would handle it. No refund and no response now. WOOHOO. 15$ to get a soapy car.

Do not support this business. Tried the self serve wash. Charge me 3 times for a bay that didn’t even work. Stay away from this place. You are just gonna lose money. For a business to be by the Indy 500 should be ashamed.

Over half of the things don't work in the wash. Change machine doesn't work or I would have tried to get a vacuum as well as other things. For my 2 door ended up paying $30 for my wash. Did not like the outcome. Too many spots left behind even when I tried to use their dryer. My hair dryer would have done a better job. Won't go again.

Touchless Powerwash Carwash is worthless. $19 down the drain. it got some of the surface dirt off but my vehicle is not anywhere near clean when it comes out. it's very disappointing. take your vehicle elsewhere.

I have been going here for years. I have had 3 experiences that were made right immediately upon contacting support, They were prompt and very accommodating and I had no problems with the reimbursement that was given to me on all 3 occasions. They value the customer.
