I scheduled my appointment for first thing in the morning the night before. Dropped off my car and picked it up cleaner than I've ever seen it, and they polished my headlights to basically like new free of charge. Super easy, great work. Will for sure be coming back.

Original review: I purchased the interior/exterior wash for the morning of 12/11/2023, which cost nearly $100. I have confirmation emails from the business for the appointment date/time, which I forwarded with today's photos to the business's email addresses. The photos were taken at 9:29a.m. in the parking lot of the car wash, while my vehicle was still parked in the same spot the employees left it post-service. After receiving my car back, not only was the exterior still dirty (the back window, the tires and rims, the mirrors, etc), but the screen and trim on the interior of the car are damaged. The damage totals over $2,000 in now-necessary repairs. At this point, no one has returned my communication attempts over the phone or via email, but my review was commented on a short time ago, showing me the business actively manages their Google reviews, but does not respond to customer contact attempts. I first tried to talk to someone onsite immediately after I discovered what happened, and was ignored by every employee. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and am horribly disappointed in their lack of care. I now have to fix a brand new vehicle that was in perfect condition before this morning's wash. I’m afraid of what other damage was done that I also haven’t yet discovered. Revision: I was able to speak with one of the owners regarding the damage caused during service. His direct response was, “We don’t damage cars”. There are close to a dozen reviews within the last year from customers outlining damage made to their vehicles or poor service performed, opposite to these claims. The owner was dismissive and openly hostile, making zero attempt to investigate what happened or to reasonably repair or replace what was damaged during time of service. Instead, he placed blame on me, stating I damaged my own vehicle and am now attempting to place blame on his business for repairs. I have photos proving the car's perfect condition prior to service (the final photo uploaded), showing I did not cause the damage to my vehicle. The only amendment the owner would make was to offer a second exterior wash the same day to correct the poor service performed, contrary to what is advertised on their website.

Incredible experience. I needed a touchless car wash for my car and spent several hours researching in Charlotte. I decided to come in for a single wash… and ended up getting a yearly pass (40% off!). The guys/girls who work there are all SO nice and helpful. They really had my car looking great. Real nice folks! Just too busy or not detailed enough to charge what they do. 150 +10 tip for subpar hand wash, still able scrap dirt off my nail on panels also didn’t vacuum the rear area behind back seat and corners on dash still full of dust the guy was vaping while cleaning. Like I said nice folks but not detailed enough for cost will not be back. (Note if you take more time first folks will be back and it will be less work next time) seems like a money grab they pack in the customers but on a 2 hour wait only spent about 40 minutes in the ride- hope this helps a potential customer know what to expect. (Notice the copy paste reply to each low rating, and appreciate the insincerity.)

I got the inside and out standard car wash at and I’m really disappointed. Even though there were three people working on my car, they left obvious crumbs and dirt inside, especially in the cup holders. It felt like they were just pretending to clean. Save your money; this service is definitely not worth $30. Plus, stop pushing the hand wash service if you can't even do a good job with a standard cleaning. Definitely won't be coming back here.

I gave Dilworth Car Wash another chance after being disappointed the last time I went and unfortunately was disappointed again. For spending around $40 I expect that the exterior and interior cleaning basics would happen and they did not. The inside of my car was barely dirty past everyday dirt and some dog hair which was not vacuumed or wiped, so I still have most of it. I still have smudges on my windows and a streaky front windshield. The trunk was not opened or touched. This will be my last time coming here as I can pay a lot less for the same poor quality wash.

I am typically very tolerant of the service community as this can be an exceptionally challenging job. I want to thank some of the individuals who tried to help after I realized there was a problem with the services rendered. I paid for a service called the “mini detail,” which after the 10% off coupon for downloading the app was around $100. The only thing different from this service and the $35 service you can get when you drive up is leather conditioner. I do not believe that the leather conditioner is worth the extra $60. Additionally, the window for this “detail” is a little over an hour, so I dropped my car and went to a local coffee shop. I asked the attendant to give me a call when it was complete and gave him my phone number. I never received the call. When I returned by car was parked in the lot and upon inspection had water spots, the tires were not dressed and the interior windows were not touched. I had to go through the wash again and wait additional time for them to correct some of the issues. Again, these items are addressed for the $35 car wash you can get by driving up. Finally, when I got home I started to notice many areas that were not addressed properly. You can see in the photos below, streaks with a greasy substance are all over the car. I would be ok with the greasy substance if it was distributed evenly. Also, the areas where you hope a $100 detail price tag would be cleaned were not, such as the cup holders. Overall, the people working were very pleasant, but a new name needs to be given to this particular service. Also, more attention to detail needs to be given at this price. Value is not there.

Not the same as it used to be with the new ownership. One time they didn't have enough staff to do the interior only exterior drive through which was fine I guess. Second time the car just wasn't close to clean as they've done in the past. It was pretty obvious they had some folks working who just didn't really care. I paid for the super deluxe and tipped but wished I had waited before I tipped. I didn't have time to point out the obvious so just moved on. Sad because I've been coming to this place for a long time since living in Dilworth and try to support local non franchise businesses. Last time. Do not recommend.

I booked an Exterior and Interior Hand Wash which was $85. This was a waste of money my mats were not properly cleaned the trunk was not even touched in a SUV. Water streaks on window. I would never go back or recommend. —— Update I spoke with management and they offered me a another car wash equal value and guaranteed to make it right.

SUV Cleaning did not meet expectations! I had a ceramic hand car wash (exterior only) for my SUV. As a first-time customer, I was looking forward to establishing a relationship with your business, but my experience was disappointing. Despite providing details regarding specific areas of concern when I checked in, those areas were not properly cleaned. - The wheels and tires required more attention. - The cladding at the bottom of the doors remained dirty and areas appeared untouched. - The rear of the vehicle was in the poorest condition; the "Pilot" badging still had dirt between the letters, and the upper corners of the rear glass were unwashed and covered in water spots. UPDATE...The manager has responded and has offered to correct this matter. However, there are times when you don't get a second chance to make a first impression.

Would highly recommend Dilworth Car Wash! This is the first time I’ve had my car professionally cleaned/detailed, and did not disappoint. Tan cloth seats are a nightmare to keep clean, but they somehow managed to work some magic. They also called right away to recommend not buffing the ceramic coating (that I didn’t realize I had) and credited me for the difference. So kind and courteous, and was impressed with the results.
