I went there last night to get my Volkswagen ID4 dry-cleaned. They told me it was $150, but then I saw they had a $100 price tag, so they lied to me. The dry-cleaning itself was done very poorly. There were streaks all over the windows, even the doors and seats. I'm very disappointed and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

There used to be no better car wash in Brooklyn, but now that I've had my car washed, I can tell you that the car wasn't washed well. I watched them wash the car through the camera - they wash both the bottom and top of the car with one sponge. The rims weren't washed, when I saw them at home, I wiped them myself with wet wipes. I think the staff there has changed, so the car wash has changed. Now it's time to look for a better car wash…

To reply: You lie, if I was told that it would be one thing but you never mentioned that. Maybe you should be factual with your hours and say you’re only open until 8 PM instead since that’s the case. I called ahead at 7:30 to see if they can fit me in if I arrive by 8 PM for a wash only, they close at 9. The guy says yes. When I show up at 8:05 some guy says no, “the workers no.” Waste of time and horrible customer service. I wouldn’t have made rhetorical 20 minute drive if you just said no. Now I’m pissed and won’t come back.

My husband went fishing, and the cooler spilled in the car — the smell of fish was just awful. The next day, on a friend’s recommendation, we went to this car wash. They explained everything right away and told us they would do their best, but couldn’t guarantee 100% that the smell would go away. We agreed to everything, as long as we could breathe normally in the car again. It took quite a bit of time, but the result was amazing! The smell was almost completely gone right away, and they suggested leaving the back row of seats to dry for a couple of days. When we picked up the car, the interior was perfectly fresh and clean. Another pleasant surprise was their waiting area — very comfortable, with a PlayStation and even a pool table to pass the time. Huge thanks for such professional work and great service! It’s rare to find this level of care nowadays. We’ll definitely come back here again.

First time here but I absolutely enjoyed this, felt like an experience beyond typical car washes. Great hospitality, very respectful staff, very passionate about making sure your car is clean inside & out! They do not rush cleaning your car, they clean it with care & at a good pace; while you wait you can head upstairs where they have a lounge space with access to drinks, hookah, sports entertainment, restrooms & a comfortable space to relax while you wait! This is a great place to get a car wash!
