Let me start by saying I've been coming here for over a year. All is fine and good until they cause damage. I brought my car in, and requested "off the rack" as I always do due to my extra wide wheels and tires. After paying, the kid that took my order came back out and confirmed that I did not want my car to "go through the tunnel" which I again stated that it can't go through. Well. 2 minutes later, I see it come out from the auto car wash. Though concerned, I stayed positive and let them complete the detail. When I went to check on it, much to my dismay, the two passenger side wheels were scratched up. I met with the manager, Ruben, who suggested we take my car through the wash again to see if it causes the same damage. Um what? I take impeccable care of my things, and these scratches weren't there before your company took it through the wash even though you were specifically told not to. The owner's manual is very clear to not use automated car washes. Ruben went on to accuse me of lying, and basically insisting that I was wrong. Despite the fact that they had ALREADY done what I specifically told them not to. He finally told me to get an estimate and let them know. Really? Your company causes damage to my car, and won't even try to amicably find a solution? I am supposed to take time out of my busy schedule to fix their mistake? Unacceptable. I am completely disappointed with the customer service level now, and will not recommend this place at all. It would be fine until something goes wrong - which is where customers should always come first. EDIT 8/15/2016 Spoke with Manager Katie on 8/8/2016. She asked if I was ok accepting free car washes as an apology. I stated that I was not if they were not willing to take care of the damages caused by their machine. She stated that she was not certain if they were able to correct the damages. This concerns me greatly. If you have a company that takes possession of others material goods for a certain amount of time, but do not have ways to cover damages that will inevitably occur?? Do NOT get your car washed here! Damages ARE NOT COVERED. PS - Katie said she would return my call the next day. To date, I have not received a return call.

I only come here because it’s close by. Other than that I’d go elsewhere. Every time I’ve come here they don’t clean the dash let alone DO NOT do a good job at vacuuming in between the driver and passenger seat & the sides! I’m the only person who uses my car & I don’t have kids… so there’s not much of a mess going on over here. It’s frustrating to get your car back and still see there needs to be vacuuming done in the crevices. I’m debating if I will ever come back; hoping to find a better spot. I payed for the Emerald wash and they did it all within 15 minutes… faster than any other time I’ve gotten it washed and I only got the basic wash in the past. Lastly, they didn’t put any air freshener this time even though the guy asked which one I wanted. I was looking forward to my Pina Colada scent :’( lol.

I Was there today, it was my first time the sales man was very good in selling me the $59.99 minus a discount I paid $54.99 not worth it when I got home I check the back seats they were duty is obvious that they did not take the time to even clean , the carpet was not vacuum good and my car is almost new I call the car wash and the girl that answer the phone she said that I did not pay for detail work and that she can not do anything about it to me is not valuing your customers. Specially when i did not pay only for car wash which was $19.99. Bad services I hope the owners see their reviews and value all the customers new and repeat I will never come to this car wash again.

I've been coming here for over 14 years, the quality of has slowly gone down. But today was a first, the carwash wasn't busy at all and I did a little touch up on the below average drying job that was done. After about 10 minutes the dryer that did my job asked if I was done. I said no, there weren't any cars behind me or coming out of the wash. Then he said we want you to go. Couldn't believe it. I guess the next time I get that guy the tip will be $0. I guess customer loyalty doesn't mean anything anymore. I get both cars washed there 2 a month. I guess I'll only be coming back for my free birthday wash.

I come to this location on several occasions and paid for an emerald wash and I always watch through the window to make sure that I get what I paid for and the last three times I did not get what I paid for. I brought it to their attention and it seems that they get annoyed when you bring that to your attention so my advice to you is to make sure you get what you paid for, your car it goes through the car wash. Even though this is the closest car wash to my home, I will not be coming back. I advise you to pay close attention to what you getting when you pay your money..

I'm really upset with the car wash service I received yesterday. I went in and specifically told the person who took my car that I needed a thorough cleaning inside and out. He assured me they could do that. However, when I went to pick up my car, it was only clean on the outside, and the only part they cleaned on the inside were the floor mats. The guy who took my car had left, so I couldn't address the issue with him. I feel like they completely took advantage of me, and I'm very disappointed. I won't be going back there again and wouldn't recommend their service to anyone.

Love this car wash! If you don’t want to purchase an expensive package they also offer the smaller versions where you can roll in and just get the outside of your car done for as low as $12.00 They do a real nice job and if there is anything you see when they finish that needs a lil touch up they will do it for you no problem.. all of the employees work very hard so plz keep that in mind when you go to get in yr beautiful clean car.. tip them.. tip means .. to insure proper service. And trust me you’ll be happy with their service and your clean car as you pull out the lot feeling brand new :)

They don't clean dashboard around the radio speedometer they don't take the time to clean that area good it's not the first time it's the second time but it's my last time going there they Rush I paid $140 for a detail I could have got better at a car wash for $10 that's a shame they're all rip off the last photo of my whole car I washed it at home didn't even cost me just a little soap and it came out better than that that's a shame diamond bar car wash they need some adult supervision to watch over employees the two young girls in the office or just there in the office all day they need somebody outside making sure they do their job right thank you wish this help

Whereas they do a fair wash and wax, 60 dollars plus tip, should give an excellent job. Too many shortfalls. They omitted the deodorizer. Entry door sills were not wiped down. They wiped down part of the dash with armor all. Left a spray bottle in the vehicle. The Center console was left dirty. I am sure I will not stop there again.

I paid 274 for Diamond detail… when I got my car back it was like it hadn’t even been vacuumed. There was dried wax on my car, too. It didn’t seem detailed aside from the tires being dressed. The interior was not very clean either. There were still kids handprint on the back of my seat (from when they ate cheetos, so NOT a stain). My car wasn’t even that messy to begin with so I am puzzled how so much could be missed or done so carelessly. There was also some sticky gooey stuff on my car. W. T H. You can see the carelessness in the photos. There is more dried wax everywhere but I wasn’t going to upload like 10 pics

The staff is very friendly and they do a excellent job of cleaning your vehicle. They also have an oil change service that's pretty good making this quick and convenient to get your oil change and car wash in one stop. The lobby has a decent selection of drinks and snacks along with various accessories for your vehicle. I recommend you joined they're Diamond Club it's free and it gives you a pretty cool membership perks

The place was not open for business, probably due to Mother’s Day. That would be fine except it website needs to say so. I googled the car wash site and it says open all 7 days but no indication that it would be closed on May 7th.

They do a decent job with a basic car wash, but I wouldn’t recommend them for detailing. Other than the miscommunication from when I purchased the detail in advance, when I got home, I noticed my center console hadn’t even been touched. Pretty disappointing for an “interior detail”. Cost was $115.

Beware! This carwash location does minimal, yet they expect a tip!! I've been very unhappy with their service. They don't fully vacuum. They don't do a good job with wiping down the interior. They seem to always be in a hurry so they can service more cars, therefore, don't do a good job! IF I do take my car, I've learned to just get the exterior washed and I clean the inside to my liking. To add... prices have increased drastically for a full wash! It's NOT WORTH THE PRICE! MAYBE just an exterior wash!
