Just wanted it cleaned inside and the new car going in smelled terrible when they were done. Like the workers hadn't washed, body stench,, cigarette smoke, mats weren't clean and they used something like paint thinner inside the car to clean it. Didn't tell me in advance that's what they were using. Not going back. They used to be good but pretty disappointed this time.

I went here to support a black business but for the future I can no longer come to this car wash because of how poorly it is ran. I went there June 17th at 8:00 and which states that they open at 8:00 they start setting up at 8:00 and their employees do not come in until 8:20 8:30 . That employees stand around and do a lot of time wasting opposed to washing your vehicle a 15 to 20 minute car Wash took an hour and the car wash was not that great I am sorry but I cannot support this business. Very disappointed

They did not clean my car. I had to call and ask for the owner, so I could get my money back. The guy who was supposed to be detailing my car. Along with the manager was too busy trying to flirt with some female customer behind me. And I believe they stole my hub caps. Or sprayed something on them. My hub caps were not the ones I drove in with.I am going to call the police and have them meet me there .

I'm pretty sure they have new management and their prices are VERY fair! *☆In fact, when you consider the amount of work that they do, its actually a really good deal honestly! ~(*So once you see just how good a job they do & are satisfied with the work that was done cleaning your car for you, you should really be sure that you show it by TIPPING your Car Care Specialists! [& NO, I don't work here-nor do I personally know any of the guys that do work here; but it's just what your supposed to do to show your appreciation for all their hard work & for insuring your satisfaction with their service!] FYI: *It is a good idea to just be prepared to spend a little bit of time here though, mainly because they are very thorough! But also because both their service AND their prices are SO good, they can sometimes get kinda busy. But even if it is busy when you go, it honestly IS worth the wait. *They also have specials on certain days of the week with an extra discount/ $2 Savings on a full service wash... ▪Wednesday's it is ladies' day & ▪Tuesdays- seniors' day.

Their car wash was good. They always for $5 extra as a tip. Typically I wouldn't mind but one attendant ask me for the keys I informed him that they were in the ignition. Rather asking the other workers he asked me. I was I'm the lobby, I know where I left the 🔑 keys. Of course another worker had them. I am running back and forth trying to locate the keys which was their job rather than relaxing in the lobby, thus no tip.

If I could give it a zero i would. Rude disrespectful and poor service. My first and last time Dec 10 ,2022. Th3 waiting room was raggedy. My car was still dirty and as I was telling the staff a man walked up asked what was wrong I told him my car was still dirty he told the staff to go clean a white truck gave me my money back and walked away. His attitude was poor. I try to support small businesses but this is why corporations take over.

Not gonna lie they fell off. Been coming here almost 12 years straight but once the new owners came it’s always an issue. Did a poor job of cleaning my truck left smearing all over the windows and didn’t even rinse it off good because soap was still in the rim and they use body rags instead of microfiber cloths that’s a big no with cars and it will leave smears and scratches on your paint

I just washed my car yesterday and when I brought it home I discovered that my car was still very dirty. I paid and gave them a $20 tip. Waste of money

This place is awesome! They do a great job, you don't have to worry about the robo wash scratching your finish. The owner and the employees were all very nice and they got it done on time. The SUV is sparkling clean inside and out, and I even got a discount for Tuesdays lady's day! You should check this place out for yourself!

SAVE YOUR MONEY - THEY WON’T PROPERLY CLEAN YOUR CAR!! Ever since they changed management, they are so UNPROFESSIONAL!! They charge $27! $27! I tried to give this car wash a chance twice. On both occasions my car was LEFT DIRTY. This last time not only did they leave literal dirty spots on my car hood,, grill, tires and streaks on my window, the tall slender kid had audacity to act like I was saying too much when I pointed out the dirt left on the outside and inside my car. There was a guy with a mustache too, who also was acting like me pointing out the dirt on my car was a problem. The owner is the worst. He gets on the phone and tells me that he can’t even take off two dollars over the phone for the inconvenience of them leaving my car dirty and making me late for church cause I had to get them to fix the dirty parts still left on my car. The worst offense was they charge me an extra two dollars to put Armor All on my tires and that they only put it on thee-quarters and left a quarter of the tire unpolished!! with I will never go back to this farce of a car was again if you want your car clean, DON’T GO HERE!!
