This car wash does a pretty good job at getting your vehicle clean. However, you never know if they will be open (during their posted hours) or if the wash will be operating. I have been there SEVERAL times when they are supposed to be open, and there is a sign stating that they are closed. No explanation, no one working. I have also had quite a few experiences when the auto wash shuts down in the middle of a wash.

Affordable unlimited wash packages. Friendly staff. Good washes and dryers. Tire shine slings down the car afterwards if you don't stop and wipe it off. Free towels are a nice addition. I wish the layout of the location was better as the lot is rather cramped, but they are kind of landlocked where they are.

Didn’t know this was here. I also drive by here and don’t even look. Did a good job, Slightly pricy, but there is staff and they do good work. I might use this photo for a membership, but I’m still in a relationship with another carwash.

This car wash is very thorough for a drive through wash. The workers put in extra time to spray and clean the dirtiest parts of your car before even going through the drive through portion of the wash. It’s worth a couple more dollars. Others in the area miss spots or I have to get out and wipe down certain areas afterwards.

Car wash ripped the trim off my Honda windshield. Workers saw what happened and took info, I talked to a manager but the owner wouldn’t talk to me, wouldn’t accept responsibility nor file a claim. Honda mechanics said the broken brackets only come from car washes or replacement windshields. So my family and friends won’t give you business.

I have not encountered someone that angry in a very long time, the white man with glasses literally yelled at me because the sun was blinding me so I could not see him trying to guide me in, he yelled "I'm trying to guide you in and you're just sitting there staring at me" And when I explained that the sun was blinding me, he scoffed and said with as much attitude as he could muster "yeah whatever." I will never go here again because I will never be yelled at by an angry man ever again, I don't care how good the car wash is.

I wanted to commend an employee at the Deans Car Wash Centerville, Ohio location. I don't know his name but he is the gentleman in the red shirt (glasses and beard) on your website photos. He is always very welcoming, professional, and just a nice person. I frequent this location with company vehicles . He is an asset to your company and I hope he is recognized as such.
