I came to my appointment I made two days ago and it wasn’t open so I called. He said “it’s gonna be a minute because the shop isn’t together because they had a party last night”. I could barely understand him because it sounded like he was still sleeping. Unprofessional and rude. How do these people even have a business?

They told me it would take a few hours after I dropped it off early, they ended up taking all day it wasn’t done till 8pm and they ruined my day off. When I pulled up to pick up my truck the worker was smoking while cleaning inside of my truck, doesn’t matter if doors and windows are open that’s unprofessional and disrespectful, won’t comeback here.
