Had an issue with the bay I used for automatic wash. The owner was responsive and made it right. I had pretty low expectations but DJ’s changed my opinion of the DIY Car Wash.

It's a decent touchless car Wash doesn't do a great job if your car is too dirty but if you don't want to get it scratched that's the only positive I can think of and I think it's a little too pricey they should lower it a few dollars

This place accepts $10 bills for quarters. The people running it are super nice and always helpful. If you don't have time to wash your car yourself the automatic wash does a fantastic job!!

This was the worst experience of my life. Tried to do a touchless 15$ car wash and got a pathetic sub-par not even worth 7$ car wash that didn’t even have working dryers. It also took half an hour to even get the machine to accept a full payment. It quickly took a 5$ Bill after rejecting 6 cards and proceeded to reject about 15 - 1$ bills and then finally accepted the card leading to the worst car wash ever.

Self service car wash gives minimal time compared to other places and quality of equipment is poor. Outdated coin machines are NOT consistent. Coins got stuck and couldn't get money back. Edit: A touchless automatic wash was added since the time of this this review. It works great. It has doors so you can use it in the winter and it fits my 1/2 ton truck. One of the few touchless options around. Increasing review from 2 to 4 stars. I have not used the self service wash again since last review.

Got charged $25 for one of the self wash car bays?? Can't get a hold of anyone to figure out why? It's one charge , of $25....so it's not like I swiped multiple times.

The $12 premium wash doesn’t even get bird poop off of your car Edit 2-22-25 Decided to give this place another shot, they didn’t salt the exit so my car got stuck. Called the help number and the person on the phone was rude and acted like it was my fault. I tried reversing and gunning the gas several times, but when you have FWD and your tires have just been washed with water it made my tires spin trying to leave. Anyway, the owner or whoever answered the phone has zero customer service skills. I’ll be going to another touch less wash from now on.

Pros……. Well maintained, plenty of detergents/chemicals coming out of pressure washer, they have 2 bays that accept credit card, when you turn the knob it audibly tells you what selection you are on and most importantly high ceilings in case you have a high top van. Cons…… the foam brush isn’t mounted high enough whatsoever. I had to pull my truck out and turn it around mid wash. But I will be back, hopefully they address this brush situation somehow.

Used the automatic car wash, no soap was dispensed, was in there 20 seconds and it was over. Left still dirty and had to hand wash when I got home. Waste of money. Update:It was last week when I went through. From your snippy response to all your other bad reviews I'm surprised you're still in business.
