i do not know who he was but he stopped me and accused me of not letting my sticker for my subscription process and said that he will be checking. sir, if you check you will be proven wrong. very bad service will definitely not return. will be going to whitewater car wash from now on.

I have been a loyal member at this location for over six months, but my recent experience has been beyond appalling. I canceled my subscription just two days ago, yet I was still charged for the upcoming month. Deciding to make the most of the paid month, I went for a car wash. To my shock, a white guy with long grey hair and glasses, who I assume is the manager, rudely demanded I leave right after the gate had been opened for me by the assistant. His nasty attitude and condescending tone were unacceptable. One car wash would hardly impact your business or his role as a manager, but his behavior certainly has a significant impact on customer satisfaction. I originally intended to simply update my payment card, but after this dreadful encounter, I am canceling for good. Furthermore, I will encourage all my friends to cancel their memberships as well. This level of disrespect and poor management is intolerable. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call to improve your customer service and management practices. Sincerely,

The car wash itself is fine. I’ve used this location 9-10 times and my car always comes out clean and the vacuums are great. However, each time I select the $7 basic wash, and then the attendant with the long hair comes over and tries to upsell me. I’ve said every time that I don’t want the monthly membership. I just want to pay for the one-off wash. Each time I get the same speech about how much I would save. Each time I have to endure about a minute of why it’s the “best option” for me. Yesterday I entered the $7 wash like I typically do, tried to put in my card to pay for it, and before I could he reset the screen and started the monthly membership speech again. I said I didn’t want it. While I wasn’t paying attention, he selected a $12 wash - which isn’t the option I had selected in the first place. So I was charged for a wash I didn’t want. With how many of these identical washes are now around the area, I’ll just find a new one to go to with less pressure and hassle.

I am leaving a review to warn others to be aware. I used my credit card at this car wash. I was helped by the lady in to booth. I declined the membership. The next day my card was charged $78.21 for tools at some place called Precision Bolt Tools. Trust no one.

It doesn't wash the top of the back window on SUVs and rims come out spotty. Sometimes they wipe it for you, sometimes they don't. For $7 I was ok with all this, but when prices go up 57% overnight that's where I draw the line and stop going. Other places around town are $5 with a coupon and do the same job.

Left today very disappointed. When I arrived home, had to rewash the front of the vehicle, all the wheels and behind both rear tires around to the back. The girl who is to spray down the vehicle before going through the wash did a half ass job. She barely sprayed anything on the car. Did nothing to the wheels! What a joke!! Guys wiping it down did ok but slopped the tire shine everywhere. They managed to get it on the front passenger side of the foglamp. Go figure. Spent $18.00 + $4.00 tip. My mistake!!!!!!!!!! Will never return!!!!!!!! People work hard for their money and this is the treatment you receive from some businesses. I should have looked at their reviews first. Reviews are terrible!!!!

Took advantage of the free car wash. Somebody I knew went through it before me and she had to fill out her phone number and information email... Got the highest car wash they had for free which I thought was pretty cool. They even gave her a receipt. By the time I went through it, it was the last day of the promotion. I didn't fill out anything. The guy gave me the information about the subscription and the deals and everything they had going on. He said we're going to give you the highest wash we got for free. Go ahead. Went through the car wash, got the wax or whatever it was. Did not get the ceramic shine so it was not the highest one they had. So to me that was deceitful. So whether the subscription was a good deal or not. Does not matter to me if you're not going to be truthful right off the bat. It did do a pretty decent job. And when it was blow drying It was so powerful. It actually lifted the windshield wipers off the window... At the end there was nobody to wipe your car. So you can look at that two different ways. You can look at that like there's nobody to have to tip. Or you can look at it as wow they really aren't finishing this car wash. Like all the other ones do. I don't know. I was thinking about doing the subscription sale price but I just can't bring myself to sign up for it when they tried pulling a fast one on me right off the bat. I don't know. There might be a reason that they did that. I have no idea. I wasn't going out of my way to find out or complain about a free car wash. That's just my thoughts and opinion.

By far, one of the best places to wash your car in Toledo!! This location is great. The people were very upbeat, friendly and professional. The vacuums are very powerful over all the car wash is amazing special thanks to Maurice. He talked me into next time getting a membership here. Definitely look forward to being a long-term customer here for years to come.
