Go anywhere else. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I hate this place. The pharmacy is rude, lazy, and does not communicate anything. Prescriptions are never in stock and the phone is never answered. Don't bother going in unless you want to wait in line half an hour.

Generally the staff is nice, however, the service is slow, except in regard to filling the actual script if you have it in stock. Not keeping the addictive type meds in stock especially when there is a regular customer base for them is a real issue however, since most of those are for chronic PAIN!

If I could give this place zero Stars I would this place as a pharmacy is a joke! My script has been in since 12:00 it was processing for 7 hours they said it was ready at 7:30 my brother was there to pick it up he was in line and at 8:00 they literally turned everybody away now I have to go to work sick tomorrow because they don't know how to handle their work I will be switching pharmacies and whoever answers the phone they need to learn some empathy and some compassion SMH what a joke for a pharmacy!

This CVS Pharmacy is so dysfunctional that even a simple phone call goes unanswered for over an hr. Not even a simple hello please hold for a moment just the same stupid music over and over will definitely be contacting corporate.

There is an employee named Alesha that works at this pharmacy. She is a top notch employee who has gone above and beyond just doing her job. I wish you had more people like her working there. She is great.

The pharmacist is rude , we're is customer care here ??? Had to wait 2 hrs for a prescription after they said it would be done at 2 pm , made me late for a very important meeting , the cashier was chatting with a customer about other things than medical, she was flirting , and slow , you all have a job to do , not be rude to customers.

Good luck trying to get through on the phone to ask questions about your medication. I sat on hold an hour yesterday to no answer. I called again today on hold for 45 mins. No answer. Is this place even open?!? On the flipside. And the only reason it gets 2 stars is because the wonderful and pleasant shift Supervisor Taylor. Only reason I use this pharmacy tbh.

Most of the pharmacy staff is pleasant compared to what i've dealt with at other pharmacies but we have had issues with picking up scripts recently. They had to give us a partial earlier this month due to them not having enough in stock. They said we could pick the rest of the script they owed us up at anytime once it had come in(the next day, week, etc...) We went back to pick up the rest a few days ago and the pharmacist wouldn't let us, saying that it was too soon(the partial they owed was 5 days worth of the original 28 day script). The doctor wrote the 28 day script to be filled and picked up all at once, not 1/2 on one day and 1/2 two weeks later, and definitely not when the pharmacy/pharmacist saw fit. How is it legal for them to refuse to fill the partial they owe (because they were out) when the physician specified the script was for XX Pills/a 28 day supply to be filled 1 time?

I came in at a busy time. The line was pretty long. It went exceptionally quick though. As soon as the employees saw it was long, they opened up second register. Jimmia was my cashier and Tina also assisted me when I needed help with my Extra Care bucks. It’s a great store!

Happy Veterans Day! Army Vet here. I was disrespected so bad at your business l am up at 3 am still confused at the interaction. I walk in and was immediately scolded/sized up by the manager instead of greeted like she gave everyone after me. I walked over a mile to use the atm for it to be a sign on it “out of order” I asked the woman standing there smirking like she purposely put the false sign up as I’m beginning to walk out. Do you have cashback here. Instead of her answering yes or no she said I have to buy something to deter me. How else would I get cash back? Robbery? I’m 39 years old and it is definitely common sense. She did everything in her power to make me upset. Then I ask her which option for cash back. She snapped at me and said “idk it’s your card” I selected the wrong option and she charged me for the over priced candy and told me my card doesn’t do cashback. (I can’t even keep up with the games she played telling this story now.) Forcing me to transfer other monies to complete my transaction. Causing impatient customers to become upset with me for taking too long. As all this is going on a young lady came from the back of the store to mediate the situation. After we were calmed down after a screaming match I thanked the young woman for having the sense to stop two grown adults probably twice her age from yelling like children. The crazy ladies respond by telling me “you know I’m her superior!” Unwarranted, inappropriate and unnecessary information. Her service was definitely not superior to anyone’s. I believe she was claiming her race was. That is the only reason I can fathom her actions. She went back and forth with me about that fact like a child again. “Yes I am” No you’re not” multiple times. This woman is ignorant and unprofessional. A danger to society. She has zero customer service skills and was purposely trying to provoke me. She for no reason threatened to call the police on me and in the beginning told me I can go elsewhere. When I said I wouldn’t come back here she told me “I don’t care I don’t want to see you back here” disgusting individual.

Trying to get prescription is a pain. You could have refills left, it could be the date they should be refill, and you still won't get them even when the prescriber actually contacts them. I have had nothing but problems for four months now trying to get the medication I NEED

The Pharmacy is pathetic. For the past few months. They don’t answer the phone. I have stayed on the line for as long as 1hr-20 min. Most of the time 30-40 min. Before I hang up. Then I go there and ask why they are not answering the phone and they say they’re busy. Multiple times I have heard the phone off the hook behind the counter. I have noticed different pharmacist. Not the normal guys that are there. Never had a problem when those guys were there. Not sure who is runnin the show. But They SUCK!! Time for someone new.

This CVS is notorious for sending you an alert or message claiming your prescription(s) are ready for pick up. Then when you waste your time & fuel to get there they tell you it will be 20 minutes. But you end up waiting another day or two. This place is located in a terrible area of Hagerstown so don't bother waiting. There's an obvious issue or lack of communication with CVS & convenience. What a joke. I've been waiting for 2 scripts to be ready for 4 days now. Then they send me an alert that I can pick them up. So guess what happened? Yep, you guessed it. It will be 20 minutes. Which means another day or so. Waste of time, gas & good thing I don't need these meds to live. I'm sure this place has lied to many people that need their meds to stay topside. This place & most of the other CVS stores around here are the same. Some worse than other's. I think if anyone would start a class action lawsuit CVS would be in real trouble. The only reason I gave one star is because they sell drinks to help wash down all the anger they give you for free.

Worst pharmacy ever!! The pharmacist and staff are rude and incompetent. They don't respect you, don't or can't understand you, dishonest, your rx will NOT be ready after you receive your notification!! Within the last year, since "they" removed the prior staff along with the best pharmacist, this place has went to HELL!! Get a new staff, start from the top

I was able to use the site to track status of my prescription after it was filled. I went around 6pm and the pharmacy line was pretty short and moving quickly. The tech at the service counter was quick and provided great service.

I called ahead of time to see if I needed an appointment to take a “passport size photo”. Also to see if they were available to do so today. They told me over the phone yes, they are doing photos and I came come in anytime to take it. Great! Well I get there and the camera is not working and it won’t be fixed for a year. How inconvenient, it wouldn’t be so bad had I not called before I took a walk up there . Cashier guy was very short and rude . I called for a manger she at least attempted to change the batteries and connect it to a charger. I suggest you make a check list of things check in the morning(such as the camera) so you don’t give out false information over the phone, then have someone waste their time coming in. Do better .

The pharmacy needs work. I always refill my perscitpions through the app. Every month it says that my medicine is out of stock and to check back in a few days. A week later the app will show the order has been canceled. I have to go through that 2-3 times before they fill the medicine. You can never get anyone on the phone. I’ve been trying to transfer my prescription but Walmart pharmacy can never get anyone on the phone. If you are a person that needs your medication timely please avoid this location at all costs.

One of the best CVS I have been to. The workers are attentive, helpful and thoughtful. The space is clean and welcoming. The CVS rewards bucks have literally fed me when I had no money, and have put home care items into my home when I was penniless or very little monies. Thank You CVS, literally yesterday no money but was able to get $4 worth of things to eat on.

The lady at the pharmacy check out on the night of 2/2/25 is straight up rude. I handed her my ID and when I put my hand out to grab it from her she dropped it on the counter. She had a nasty attitude. If you don't like your job, quit. She also told me one of my prescriptions isn't ready until the next day, but the app says it is. So now I have to make another unnecessary trip back there tomorrow. Work on your customer service skills.

The pharmacy staff are either extremely knowledgeable & helpful (most) or they are terrible. On more than one occasion I've had to make go back through the line, or even make multiple trips because technicians incorrectly told me medications were not due for refill. The parking lot is filthy, with trash everywhere and there can be a large number of people loitering between the CVS & McDonalds; it looks like they are waiting to engage in drug transactions!
