These guys were fantastic and flexible. My SUV was thrashed from so many projects in rural areas and there was a leak in the sunroof that caused water damage to the flooring. I was going to cut out all of the carpet because it was growing mold. A friend suggested trying a detail place. I couldn't believe how good their work was. Exactly like new erasing 4 long years of being a camp truck. Every thing was cured and fresh.

While they did an excellent job removing the oxidation from my 40 foot 5th wheel and waxing it to a like new shine, the best part of doing business with them was the professional manner in which they conduct business. They were punctual and kept in touch via phone and text to confirm appointments. When they showed up they had all of their equipment laid out on a table so they had access to everything. Let me start by sayingg Edgar is a friendly fellow. That being said. You need to keep in mind, the price is not the price. Do not go off of the website it's misleading. $200 turned into 250, which wasn't a big deal. But that also made the $50 tip turn into a $20 tip lol. The seats and floorboard looked amazing and the car smells great. Other then that, the trunk was not vacuumed thoroughly and the non upholstry (i.e. the dashboard) parts of the car were still noticeably dirty upon first glance. 2 hour cleaning I could see, but 4 hours for that. Better off buying my own supplies. No offense

We used Custom Correction's detailing service once before and as far as the cleanliness of the car goes they do a top notch job here! They did a full car detail for interior and exterior and it looked like new afterwards! They really went out of their way to come out to Portland to pick up the car on a day that they usually don't work, and then also brought it back later, great customer service! Two small gripes I had this time around, the first one being that apparently the remaining of two strings that was holding up the trunk cover (hatchback) broke during the cleaning, and they didn't disclose this to us - we had to find out later. Ordering the part was no big deal since it's pretty inexpensive, but I would have liked more transparency here. The other thing was, there was a large oil stain on the dashboard (likely from a rag being left on there too long) that we had to later clean off ourselves, also not a big problem, but not ideal. Otherwise the provided service was great!

I love the work! My 10 years old car interior looks like new, all stains are gone! Guys were very respectful, and responsive to all my needs. One stain on the driver's sit was very stubborn and did not come out from the first time, they managed to come back and re process it. I am very satisfied with their work and would hire them again.

We had to reschedule, but he was quick to figure out another day and time. We did a quick walk through when I got there and another one when I came back to pick up my car.
