Took my car straight from the dealer to there car wash. I get it home and there are scratches all over the hood. I talk to Courtney in claims and he tells me to bad. States his car wash could not have scratched it.

Alot of us work later than 8pm as in Hospitals, Police department, fireman, restaurants and so on . I have a ultimate pass and I try to use it on my way home from work about around 8:30 every other night now what? Crew doesn't care for customers that work late. I will be canceling my ultimate pass hopefully a lot of other customers will too as much as we pay for a pass we should have the extra hour 9pm .

Air dryer blew the rear spoiler off of my vehicle. Corporate refuses to repair because of the age of my vehicle. I drive a 2004 Nissan Armada that is in excellent condition. This is a factory part with no prior damage. The part is broken & scratched and cannot be repaired.

After two and half years of going to the same crew car wash on North Keystone, all of a sudden today I was told they could not wash my truck safely ONLY after I refused to upgrade my wash! When I asked for a refund, I was told that I needed to call customer service for a refund on unused coupons! I called customer service and they told me that I have to take the book back to the car wash for a refund! I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service in my life!

On Sept 21st in the 2pm hour went to use a sweeper when I came out of the wash and blood all over the handle. Tells me the place is not being monitored such as sweepers even with all the staff on site standing around. When I showed the manager Emily her approach ane customer service skills she showed were a disgrace. With my pick 2 for my monthly plan plus $2.00 a day when I sweep is $100 a month. I will be looking into taking my business elsewhere if you do NOT pick up the laziness and customer service.

I must say I was not overly pleased with crew car Wash after it change from Mike's the quality of people aren't exactly the same. Also they started changing a lot of their policies. I recently got a deal for a free month pricing for unlimited wash which I decide to take. headed up the guy gave me the wrong information when I bought it lied to me about the cost. Then when I chose to end it after three months they ended up ending it one month early and I had to fight to get my money back for the month they charge me but wouldn't give me the washers for. I prefer simoniz car Wash because you can get the inside and the outside cleaned off in a hand drive the automobile I would recommend them over the cost of $60 a month for unlimited washes for the same price you can have the inside of car cleaned as well.the corporate office doesn't seem very responsive her care very much about the situation with the customers.employees seem to employer lying to sell products which is not a good policy and any company. And some of them are just uneducated in the product and do not know what they're selling to begin with. They also policy of putting you to close to vehicles if someone in front of you breaks they came back and hit your car and they will do nothing about it I've had this happen once to I usually refuse to go right after a car I will hold my breakdown necessary to make sure there's a gap so I don't have this happen. again I would recommend shopping around you get better bargains with a little better service

Scratched the hell out of my MATTE black hood. You cant buff out MATTE you have to repaint it. They owe me a new paint job. I detail my car after every wash and after the one in camel I had scratches on my hood. They emailed me back and said 'to bad', 'no way it was their equipment. How is it not? Just look at the pictures you can see that the scratches are repeating. Meaning something was spinning and hitting the same spot. Cancelling my subscription and never coming back. Not letting anyone I know go there either. BTW this is going to cost me $1000 to fix. THANKS

I had been an ultimate pass holder for a few years now. Went through the wash and had a piece of something flew off in the dryers, saw and heard it hit. Once out of the car wash I parked which I never do ( I don’t use the vacuums or anything) and inspected what just happened, sure enough I had dings in my hood and bare metal showing in a few spots. Filed a report right then and was told I’d hear something by Wednesday (happened on a Friday afternoon) Called the next day to see what’s going on with it and they said the file wasn’t even submitted until Sunday, which is whatever. Called again on Friday and got my answer from them. They were not able to get a good angle on the video and said they could not confirm nor deny my hood got hit by anything, and denied my claim. I was hopeful the reviews of this company were just flukes, the reviews are correct on this company. I instantly cancelled my membership and they lost two more memberships along with mine. Bad business.

I have used Crew/Mike's for a long time but they seem to be slipping. I always ask for the back to be sprayed. I have two new cars one is 2016. I was there on Saturday morning and requested the back be sprayed as well as the front. Upon entering the car wash I saw the attendant run a broom with a brush over my car. I stopped my car and told him to stop. I keep my car very clean and use high end polishes and wax's. I am very particular what is used on the surface. When I saw him running a brush that was setting in a bucket of dirty water across my car I was extremely upset. I go to great lengths to keep a scratch free surface. Very disappointed that employees don't use better judgement. Have to try other car washes.

Terrible corporate customer service! I bought an unlimited pass, I advised rep when I purchased it I didn’t want it stuck to my car. A few weeks later my pass was cancelled, unknown to me until I called corporate to discuss the issue of cancellation after my buy one month get one free was over. They say I was on my free month so no refund. SCAM!!! Buy one month get one free as advertised! They said it’s a policy to have the sticker on the windshield or they can cancel, it’s not listed. I signed nothing, I was sold the pass knowingly that I wasn’t adhering to my windshield. I will be putting my experience out there. I’ve had other issues as well, but this upsets me because they would have refunded me for the paid month.

I recently when though the anderson wash location and while going through the drying section of the wash damage was done to the full length of my passenger side from what I can only assume was small rocks. There are paint chips along the length of the vehicle and they were immediately notified of the issue after exiting the drying bay yet they they refuse to claim responsibility or offer to repair the damages they caused.

I love my unlimited crew car wash unlimited pass. The only part that displeases me is my fender wells never get clean even after I ask them to and they write it on the windshield. I’ve even gone back through the second time and do same as the 1st in asking the employees to wash my fender wells and they assure me they will take care of it, but that does not happen. Please Crew Car Wash fix this problem, if not for me but for yourself because I want you in our Kokomo community. If you can’t fix the problem I will still use your service but I will prewash my fender wells before I come. Thank you for listening.

After going through the car wash I always dry off and examine my car thoroughly. Unfortunately, I found multiple scratches all along the driver side and on the hood of my car as well. Their claims department refused to acknowledge that there equipment caused the scratches. I say BS. This company according to multiple complaints, have continuously denied responsibility for any damage their car wash service causes to their customers vehicles. I canceled my car wash membership and will never, ever use or recommend them again. This company is very unethical and could care less about customer service in owning up to their responsibilities. DO NOT USE!!!

I filed a claim for damage to my splash guard and like all the other customers who filed claims, Crew Carwash said they were not liable. They claimed they have no video surveillance, and no photos, but insisted there is no way their equipment damaged my vehicle and suggested I reach out to my insurance provider. The WORST customer service ever. I doubt Crew Carwash reimburses any customers for any damage, but they're happy to take your money!

Been going there for years and spent tons of money. Bought a Mercedes g class and went through and got 1/4 mile away and had two flat tires. All holes on sidewalks. Called, made a claim and it was turned down. We literally left the car wash and stopped with two flats and could still see the building. So much for being responsible for anything anymore. We bought the vehicle less than 48 hours before and it had 90% tread on all tires. Very disheartening situation. Thank goodness there is another decent car wash in town. We had to call a roll back just to get it home.

Early this afternoon after a long bike ride and several errands I pulled into the priority line at the Range Line Road Carmel car wash. A young Black lady whose name I didn’t catch in a very kind way told me I couldn’t drive a bike in a carrier through the car wash and told me I could take it off and set it aside and go through the wash. When i went back to ask another question she was busy helping another customer but Daniel was free and he took the bike and bike carrier out beside the 1st self service stall and saved the stall for me. I wanted to give him a tip but had only a charge card and he said a tip was not necessary. As I was drying off my car Katelyn a new employee was also very kind and helpful. The service of these 3 employees turned a thoughtless mistake into a good experience. The quality of these and other employees is why I plan to be a priority Crew Carwash customer for a very lon long time

Bought a car Friday 7/11 from a family member in Colorado and they washed it in a car wash for me - no issues. Drove home from Colorado and decided to get a membership again as I had one on my previous car - took it through 7/12 and my windshield cracked. Claims dept. is ruthless. Horrible customer service and blamed us for the crack stating there had to be an imperfection prior to entering and they have a sign that states they aren’t liable. Well obviously neither one of us can prove the other wrong so I argued morals and ethics. They literally said “I can appreciate your moral and ethical argument but we just aren’t in that place”. So you don’t care about the right thing to do. You have insurance for a reason. I was allowed to watch the footage that clearly shows me enter with no crack and exit with one but they aren’t disputing that. They are just blaming me for it. Absolutely horrible service that even if this didn’t happen to me and I heard it I would not go back.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this has been one of the worst car wash experiences I’ve had — not just once, but twice. The first time I visited with my husband and kids, the rear wiper of our minivan was broken during the wash. One of the staff members promised us a free one-year membership as compensation, then said they would fix it — but none of that ever happened. It was all empty promises. A year later, I decided to give them another chance, hoping things had improved or the management had changed. I was absolutely sure that my car was in perfect condition and had no scratches. Unfortunately, after returning home, I noticed clear scratches on the trunk. I was deeply disappointed. They also have extremely poor safety practices. They position cars far too close to each other, and if the car in front of you breaks down, it’s very likely that you’ll end up hitting it. This puts your vehicle at serious risk. I’ve witnessed it myself — they simply don’t allow enough space between cars. If you care about your vehicle, stay far away from this place. I’ve never seen worse customer service in my life, and I will absolutely never return.
