I used to always brag about crew car wash. Been an unlimited member for about 7 years. This new ceramic fast wax they switched to a little over a year ago is terrible. If you have a black vehicle it will leave a white film in the corners and inside the logos of letters on your car. Then after drying the remaining water after going through their mediocre wind tunnel, You get smear marks all over your car so it doesn't even look freshly clean. I'm going to start shopping other unlimited car washes in the area.

They always turn on the conveyor before you're even in neutral. I never touch my brakes and it clunks under me. Manager does it too. Next time I will put it in park. We don't care about your numbers. We want clean cars. You're reply is patronizing and frankly ignorant. I drive for a living. I don't need help. I need you to be less concerned about your bonus and more concerned about putting customers through your car wash safely.

Went to the the Crew Car Wash in Bloomington and as soon as I came out there were 3 long vertical scratches spread out across the length of my windshield (car is 3 months old brand new). Manager took a look at my car, agreed, and submitted a claim. Claims department responded essentially saying “we looked at the pictures and we didn’t do that. Case closed.” Very disappointing that this was their response. I’ll be cancelling my subscription.

This review is strictly based on the customer service I received while I was in a bay vacuuming out my car. Not based on products used or the wash. The manager on duty named Tyler and another young man with blonde hair (who's name I can't remember) went above and beyond their job duties to help me. My car battery died while I was vacuuming out my car. These gentlemen looked up you tube videos so I could put my ford explorer into neutral--if you have an older ford explorer you understand you can't just shift it into gears when the battery is dead. Then they pushed my car into a spot so the hood of my car was aligned close enough to another vehicle to jump the battery. They let me use their own personal jumper cables, because mine were so short and not practical for the position of my car. After all that, my car never started. The battery was bad and needed replaced. This took over an hour of their time and these gentlemen were so patient and polite the entire time! They allowed me to park my car in the bay until I could return with a replacement battery and even said they would help me replace my car battery. You gentlemen, made a stressful situation tolerable and I'm extremely grateful for your service!

Not impressed. I specifically asked for the bugs to be scrubbed off the front of the car, i live in the country and only come to the city for crew car wash. Lots of bugs remain on the grill and the mirrors. They barely did anything. I would post pics but ot doesn't allow it.

I’ve been a crew car wash member for years! My last trip through something inside of the car wash pulled of the rear driver side bumper. I immediately got out of my car, went and spoke with the manager at the car wash who then took down a detailed account of what happened and photos. The next day I received an email that they were not responsible. I’ve asked for the video of the incident in which the machine pulled off part of my bumper and they have refused to send it to me. The only way they will allow me to see the video is if I actually go to the car wash when one of their managers is there. they refuse to be helpful whatsoever and now I have a $2000 bumper to replace. When I took my car to the dealership, I purchased it at the gentleman told me that I was the 10th person in July from crew car wash was significant damage to my car. Highly recommend not using their services, especially since when they cause damage they will refuse to help you.

I have ultimate 360 wash, but I did not get that, and they charge me for it. I have to go again and wash my car but I did not see any difference between the ultimate 360 wash and the ultimate wash.

The fact that you will not accept cash is not american. My cash is legal tender. You being an american family own company. I would expect you to respect our dollar. I hope you consider keeping some cash around for those customers that pay cash.

I visited Crew Carwash today and purchased the Ultimate Wash. When I exited the wash, my windshield had a large crack running across it — damage that absolutely did NOT exist before entering. There were no chips, no craters, and no prior defects. What was even more frustrating than the damage itself was the response from the manager on duty. After looking at the crack, I was told that if I filed a claim, it “wouldn’t be taken seriously,” essentially implying I would be wasting my time. That dismissive, unapologetic attitude is completely unacceptable. At no point was there any meaningful attempt to take responsibility or properly address the situation. After speaking with my dealership and reviewing other customer feedback, it’s clear this is not an isolated complaint. That raises serious concerns about how this location operates and how customer damage claims are handled. A cracked windshield is an expensive problem to walk away with after paying for a service that’s supposed to safely clean your vehicle. Instead of accountability, I was met with indifference. I strongly caution others to think twice before using this location. Based on my experience, I will not be returning.
