Gets the outside of the car clean. There are vacuums available for a fee. One more thing, always always take your hands off the wheel and feet off the peddles. Crew Carwash will not pay for damage to your car. I learned that the hard way too.

Stopped in for a pass transfer, and thought it was a simple switcharoo. 7 minutes later, manager Pat came to takeover for the associate who couldn't figure things out. Pat then let me through and said he'd fix it in the office. Returned the next day to find out both of my passes were now void and I needed to contact customer service. Just annoying more than anything else.

Their new pricing model is terrible. The fact that they would raise the pricing of two out of three car washes to almost $30 to try to force you to do. Their monthly subscription is ridiculous. I’ll start taking my business somewhere else.

This Crew Carwash is amazing friendly service. For years I have used Crew and previous company Mikes Express. Convenient, awesome wash I trust. I highly recommend new 360 service with Ultimate. They don't accept cash and don't have any signage posted to tell you that. Turned me away with cash in hand and told me to go to another location that accepts cash. Have also experienced damage to my vehicle twice at this location, so I probably will just not return.

I ran over a dead deer on the highway last night and the underside of my car was covered in deer goo. Unfortunately the first pass through the wash wasn't enough. But the attendant was sooo conscientious that, after I had pulled over to inspect the results, she came over to my car before I had even finished looking. So, when I went back to go through again, they had 3 different employees (including the general manager) pre-spraying for almost 5 minutes. This is not the first time that employees at this location have gone above and beyond, for me, to ensure I left satisfied and with a sparkling vehicle!

I recently had a disappointing experience with Crew Carwash at the McCordsville, IN location (6963 W Broadway). On January 27, 2025, I visited with my 2019 Dodge Charger, which was in perfect condition before the wash. During the drying stage, I noticed something rubbing against my left wheels, and upon exiting the wash, I found visible damage to my rim. I immediately reported this to the on-duty manager, Brent, who acknowledged the damage. I provided clear before-and-after photos of the rim to show it was undamaged prior to the wash. Despite this, Crew Carwash’s corporate office denied my claim, stating their equipment doesn’t cause this type of damage and that no other customers had similar issues. As someone who manages a helpdesk, I find this reasoning flawed, and I feel my case was not handled properly. After receiving no resolution from the company, I am now filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) in hopes of getting a fair resolution. Unfortunately, my experience with Crew Carwash has been extremely disappointing due to their lack of accountability. I would advise caution to others and hope the company takes customer concerns more seriously in the future.

Have had my membership since 2012. A few weeks ago I went to the McCordsville location. The manager seemed bothered that I asked them to spray the sides of my truck. After spraying he threw the hose down and walked behind my truck and and started yelling at me to back up with no explanation. Once I was pulled out of line he told me I was too wide to go through. Meanwhile there are water spots drying on my one year old truck. The truck has went through that facility dozens of times in the past year. He measured my truck, but I watched him extend the measurement tool after he stood up to 73”. Truck measured 71 1/2” by another location. I went to the Noblesville branch and went through with no issues. Manager at McCordsville was completely rude and I later found out that he canceled my entire account. Was not notified or apology given. I’ve always had great service with Crew but it seems they have lowered their standards at this location. I have since discontinued mine and my wife’s accounts. Prime car wash welcomed us with unlimited wash for a much better price of only $22.00 a month. 13 years I have been a devoted customer and that was I get. 😔
