Had a great experience last week at this crew car wash. I’ve been an ultimate club member for about 3 years now and I’ve never had anyone be as nice and accommodating as Luis. He ran inside to grab my son a toy and that made my day. I also watched him go above and beyond for the rest of the cars behind me. It was about 20 degrees out and he was still so happy and running around for everyone.

Crew actually gets my car clean and shines my tires. They will run your car back through a second time if you want to. The staff are always pleasant. Please remember--they do not collect tips and they still work there!! I had an extremely poor experience "down the street" and I will NEVER use that carwash or any with the same name again. Just one of the awful things about my experience...After they made a mistake and had to fix it, my car key was thrown (yes-thrown) at me and landed on the floor upon opening the door. I am not a complainer and don't typically post bad reviews...even that one! But honestly, Crew has been great upon all of my visits (3 cars consistently).

I recently visited Crew Car Wash and had an incredibly disappointing experience. While going through the wash, their rotating brush damaged the passenger side mirror of my car, leaving visible damage. I immediately notified the crew, and while they took down my complaint to forward to their office, the response I received later was beyond frustrating. Instead of taking responsibility for the damage their equipment caused, they told me to go through my insurance to handle *their* mistake! It’s absolutely ridiculous to expect customers to bear the burden of damage caused by their own machinery. This is a clear sign of poor customer service and a lack of accountability. If you care about your car and don’t want to risk dealing with expensive repairs, I’d strongly advise against using Crew Car Wash. Definitely won’t be returning.

This is not my favorite location because they do not sell car cleaning suppliers and they also don’t have self-service hoses for washing down cars and floor mats. That said, 5 stars because I had a great experience here. One of the associates saw me looking for a way to clean my matts, walked over to me, and offered to spray them down herself with the car hose. Great service!

IF THEY BRAKE YOUR WINDSHIELD THEY'LL SAY IT'S NOT THEIR PROBLEM AND NEVER CALL YOU BACK: Manager on site took pictures of the broken windshield and apologized and stated clearly this is our fault and our support team will get back with you in 2-5 days. They send an email saying sorry not our problem and when I have called 3 times leaving message no one returns phone calls or emails. There was no existing damage at all but they don't care....

Longtime customer (15+ years) with unlimited membership. Currently driving a 2023 Volvo XC90 with no history of accidents, low mileage, routine maintenance. Went through the carwash recently and the force from the blowers broke my drivers side mirror. Spoke with manager, attempted to replace it but it was wobbly, and I was advised to “tape it back on” and return if it comes out again. I returned a couple days later, and the same thing happened in their carwash. I also showed them a video of how it was coming out at high speeds over the past 24 hours (see attached). They acknowledged that it was broken from their dryers and filed a claim. I received an estimate from the local dealership at their request, and submitted it. Crew responded saying they would only cover 10% of the claim because they felt it was too expensive. I’m furious. Needless to say, we will be canceling our personal and business unlimited memberships.

Went to Crew Car Wash to get my car cleaned after a long time. A mysterious yellow stain, covered the whole front of my car the day before taking it. After two washes, the stain would not come off. The management and service members were amazing! Shout out to Emmett! They helped me get the mystery stain off with a lot of extra TLC to my car and amazing customer service! 100% recommend to fellow Caramel/Zionsville residents.

Whenever I come here, they always do excellent. This is the only place I come to get my car washed. I don’t know if it’s just me but, I just love the smell of the soap after the wash. It’s a good thing that the location is not too far from where I live. Overall, awesome place to get your car washed!

Visited this car wash one week ago and after exiting the car wash I heard something scraping against the ground. I looked underneath and my heat shield beneath my car was half torn off and dangling under my car. The employees had me submit paperwork for a claim and just today I got an email where they say the damage had to be preexisting. I do not have an old car, and the shield had no rusting or signs of deterioration that would indicate it was loose. I called the office to try to get their explanation as to why a claim would be denied, and they said there’s nothing I can do because they don’t have cameras that can see beneath the car, nor can they provide me any of the footage anyways. They also claim the only thing below the car is water, and nothing could have possibly damaged this. I understand that there are limitations as to what they can prove, but I thought the given damage to my car was obviously not preexisting considering it was scraping against the concrete when I left. Not having footage of below the cars also isn’t a valid excuse for saying it was preexisting damage. I also thought at the least they would try to make it up to me in some way, but no. Seems that their goal is to deny any damage at all based on other reviews I’ve seen.

I come to the car wash say I want an ultimate car wash but I need to ask if my paper plates going to be an issue no problem she says and I believe her because she's the one that works here. She makes me the offer of a lifetime the monthly ultimate car Wash unlimited package for the same price that I was going to pay for a single car wash today of course I take it why wouldn't I? can I cancel anytime of course you can...😶 Sure why not I'm trying to turn over a new leaf I'm trying to be responsible and keep my car clean sign me up. 🤨 So here I sit with no paper plate they can't find it 😤 the guy tells me oh it's no problem you can just tell the officer if you get pulled over that you lost it in a car wash. Now I have 13 years clean and sober but I know for a fact that if I get pulled over with no plate and they see that I am a convicted felon I'm going to be put through the wringer over this paper plate. They took my information and said they would look for it at the end of the shift and call me if they find it. Why couldn't they look harder for it right now? Because it's not so important to him that they'll just wait for 5 hours they didn't care the trouble it was going to cause me.... Oh and let me add the car isn't even clean 🙅♀️. UPDATE: they did not call last night so at 11:00 a.m. this morning I called them. I spoke to the general manager and I started out the conversation with her I was supposed to clothes from the shift manager to let me know if they found my favorite place. I never received a call back.. unpause giving her time to interject into the conversation which she did she said oh well if it's locked in the car wash it was it's probably gone shredded into a million pieces. ... At that point I let her know that the shift manager from the previous night had watched the camera installed at the paper plate came off in one piece because it was in plastic. She may no apologies for any of the situation after I explained everything that happened the previous day but said I could come get my paper plate. I asked her how I canceled the membership thing that I signed up for yesterday she said she would give me that information when I came there. That also seems ridiculous to me.
