The wash got the front part of my car clean but not the back. When I pointed this out to the attendant, he instructed me to pull into a wash bay so he could power wash it. When he was done, I stupidly trusted him, gave him a $4 tip, and left. I got home (2 minutes away) and discovered that the back of my car was still just as dirty. $16 and I still have a dirty car. 🤦♀️

Went to wash my 1/2 truck with minimal dirt. The timer on the last bay is way off! I spent $10 for a bare minimum of 3 minute wash. Presoak didn't work, foaming brush was worn out and before I could a side done on the truck the buzzer was going off. I told the attendant and he looked at me as if the lights were on but no-one is home. I should have just wanted my truck at home and saved the money. I won't be back.

I used the self serve bay and my credit card. I put $10 on the card and pushed the button to start. The wash didn’t start up by itself like I was expecting. I pushed the button up to $10 agian then I grabbed the spraying wand and pulled the trigger then it started. Of course it charged my card the extra money. I took a picture of how much time was left when I was finished. Went back up there today, explained what happened, and showed the pic to the young man working. He gave me the extra money back, very honest thing for them to do and I appreciate it. They have my business. Thank you!!! I would have given 5 stars but the last bay sprayer was a little weak and the wax setting didn’t work at all.

I’m all About giving a local company business. Specially Living in the same town where this is located. But, when it comes to using this car wash, the Pressure washers are terrible.I literally used the scrub and so on my whole truck with just a little bit of dirt on my truck. And when I use the high-pressure rinse noted that dirt came off. When I try to use the tire cleaner and a low-pressure rinse they didn’t even work. I will never spend my money here again. Not to mention, my wife used the automatic wash and it cracked her plastic on the bottom of her door and cracked her mirror. I will honestly drive all the way to Hewitt just to wash my truck because their car wash is worth the drive.

Unkept....hoses do not work well. Waste of time and $$. If you are going to own a carwash.....do the upkeep on the self service. I know certain idiots do not treat the equipment well....that is why you put in a camera.... sorry..will not be back.

I have been to this car wash multiple times and have always had a great experience. The self wash has always functioned. I’ve read the complaints about the price of the self wash stalls and think it’s comical. Clearly these customers don’t realize how much water they’re using? Anyway, they’ve always been great to me!

Update 7/25/2021 This business is under new ownership, and the last few times I have gone through there have been workers providing great customer service as well as trying to get you the best product. Could recommend it. Was not impressed with this car wash. Usually these facilities have a much better service than local gas stations, but in this case you get a better wash and it's cheaper at any gas station. Save yourself the headache.

Paid 8.00 for the basic wash and all it did was spray some soap on the front of my car and one pass with the high pressure water. Car still looked just as dirty. I won't waste another 8:00 again. I'll go to the Stripes car wash down the road.

Started in a self wash bay. First way overpriced! Second, doesn't accept coins so I put in the $3 cash I had with me and when I ran out of time I asked the attendant if he could give me a couple bucks in exchange for some quarters. I was essentially told no, so I then paid $10 for the basic wash just to finish the job. Apparently my rear wheel is to wide to fit in the track for the automatic wash except the attendant didn't tell me so now I have a scratch on my drivers rear rim. I also noticed several scratches, albeit minor, on my trunk lid when I got home. I went back up to discuss this and left my number for the owner or manager to call me and never heard back. Terrible response, way overpriced! DO NOT GO HERE! Go to Stripes just down the road WAY better wash for WAY less money! And won't scratch your car! I will absolutely not be back!

Literally a 5 star customer service. I disputed a charge and within 2 hrs. I was contacted and refunded the $36 I was charged. I would give 1 star For the self service facilities. It's like playing Russian roulette on which one of these bays will have all functions working at once. I also have had to correct several people using these bays in the wrong way. Leaving trash, mud, oil etc..... in the bays. And vacuuming all types of things up. It's on the company to keep things in proper functioning order. It's on the community to respect their equipment and treat it like our own.

I used the automatic car wash and my car was still dirty on the back and sides when I left. Not worth the $8. And unfortunately the vacuums were pretty poor strength.

As Car washes go, This one has been my goto for a year now and is pleasant, because minimal time to wait for The automatic wash and plenty of bays, they have someone there (which is a big plus) that can help you and they will help do a little detailing prior to the automatic wash. I have always used self wash bays and I have used them till I decided to change it up on my last trip and I will say I was happy with the quickness over most other Car wash stations. Definitely a nice place, the location is great and it's not out of the way. Unless you live in the heart of the city (sadly) but it is nice, because the local community can have the spoils of such a car wash. We may all not think about car washes as much. But when you want to shine the vehicle up for a night out or just to clean and clear your mind, it's a pleasure to have a place like this. Keep up the great work and the great customer service.

The free vacuums are nice but the lack of having spot free rinse is absolutely dumb with the crappy water we have in waco so your options are to wash your vehicle then towel dry it or end up with spots, Noice

Brushes don't work. Vacuums were off Aug 22, 2025 at 3:55pm, it was sunny. Called number on website TWICE with no answer. Got a message back instead and the "manager" lashed out at me for "complaining" that vacuums were off. I'm not returning, please just save your money and go to a nice car wash. I WASTED $20+ on one wash, with no dryer, no vacuums, and a rude kid becoming upset at me for calling this in.

Update: Tech purchased replacement mirror, which was very appreciated. Accidents happen, but it's how you handle the situation that matters. Just wanted a car wash and ended up with a broken mirror. Service technician said it wasn't likely the wash broke the mirror even though it had to be retrieved from the wash bay. Basically called us a liar and said he would have to investigate.

Came to the self serve car wash. Swiped my card to start it. There is a busted hose so the foam brush won’t work. No employee in sight, or over the phone. Now not only did I not clean my vehicle and waste my money I have to wait for 10 minutes for this timer to run out because I don’t know if it will leave my card open to charges. Zero stars, a waste of time and money. Don’t even bother coming here.

Paid for a wash and shine and my vehicle looked worse than it did when I got there. How does a shine adhere when the dirt was not removed. Had to was again at another location. Paid twice. Please avoid this place.
