Everyone knows Costco is THE best big club store. You can't beat the Kirkland brand and the largest selection in organic food items. We were visiting from Las Vegas and this store is huge! I've never not waited in line for gas, it was amazing. The staff was so friendly, no lines anywhere, on a SUNDAY 😲 You would never see this at our Costco's here, period. I loved it, I was actually able to take my time and look around. I'm so glad that BCS has a Costco, another great employer for this community as they pay more than SAMS, Walmart, Target 👏🏽👏🏽 If you have large breed dogs, get a membership.

I was really glad to visit the Costco. The warehouse is clean, spacious, and well-organized, with a great selection of products, from groceries to electronics and household items. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I had a good experience at the tire and pharmacy departments as well. The only minor downside is that it can get a bit crowded during peak hours, but overall, it’s a great addition to the area and definitely worth the membership.

Everyone is so friendly here and I love how spacious the parking spot is. The gas price is hard to beat. Great selections of food and there’s always something on sale. A lot of new things to discover every time I go. Hot dogs are amazing!

Love Costco! Plenty of parking with wide lines between the spaces to allow for the large carts. Only negative is there are sometimes too many people shopping and the aisles get hard to maneuver through. Love the free samples!

Costco is a truly great 5-star store. The incredible variety and bulk value across all categories, from groceries to electronics, offer endless choices. Yes, it's always very busy, but the top-tier product quality makes navigating the crowds completely worthwhile.

Frequent visitor and appreciate all of the staff - very rarely are we disappointed in a Costco trip. Great prices, trendy and good selection, fresh meat, veggies, bulk items and supplements. Worth the membership investment. Can also buy by the pallet which is a great option for local businesses.

WOWA!! My 1st visit to Costco. Got everything on my list and then some. Placing membership was so easy, even for a non tech person. Got my picture and off I went. I've had a Sam's Club card since 1983. They never offered a Veteran's Discount for signing up. Costco offers a yearly membership discount to Veterans. After some shopping I needed to eat so I went to the snack bar. Costco doesn't have help for this and my sugar was crashing. Hadn't ate all day. No employees on this side to order, and the self help kiosk looks simple, but doesn't take temporary cards for new members. Another customer tried to help me and a half dozen times later, people behind me were getting angry I wouldn't wrap up paying so they can get in line. A nice lady named Alice paid for my hot dog and wished me Merry Christmas and gave me a hug. So sweet, passing customer care from a stranger, but big FAIL for COSTCO for new customers. COSTCO did have the same setup as Sam's Club but different items I've never seen at Sam's. So my basket got upgraded to a push cart in automotive before I crossed over to the second half of the store. By the time I finished, they were closing and I was teetering a balancing act with items falling off before I could reach checkout. Employees were friendly and helpful telling me where things were so I could find them on my list before they close. Customers were equally courteous in the isles. Checking out was a breeze. The strong young man and his assistant young woman worked swiftly ringing me up. My back was killing me having recent back surgery, so they did all the heavy lifting. I do wish for those needing help loading the car they would help you at checkout. Sam's Club does the same. You have to push the heavy cart to the door and wait. No one showed up outside to help me. So I struggled to my car and unloaded half before I saw a strong young man collecting baskets. He came over and helped me finish, earning my respect and a cash tip to boot. By then I was screaming in pain and so appreciative for his help. Compare Sam's Club to Costco cash back benefits, Sam's is better hands down. They DO offer a Veteran Discount if you ask for it. So does Costco but Sam's only gives it once a lifetime and Costco yearly. According to Costco pamphlet, Costco only gives you cash back for gas for 1 year (4%) and after the first year only gives you 1% on gas. Sam's Club gives 5% on cash back in gas every year! Also, in store purchases Costco offers 2% cash back, but Sam's Club offers 3% in store. Both Sam's and Costco offers 3% back on restaurants, and both offer 1% back on everything else. Sam's Club offers MasterCard and Costco offers Visa. Sam's Club serves Coca-Cola and Costco serves Pepsi-Cola. When I got home I noticed from Costco there were at least 3 items I was charged full price for that was on sale. About $38. overcharge to me + tax, so I'm left wondering if there's more overcharges? So when I go back, I will walk the isles for 47 items sold to verify what I was charged was what the price tag shows on the items. Loved Costco, loved the products, love the people and it is closer to my house. But paying 5% on gas and 3% on in store purchases at Sam's Club is far better that Costco 4% and 2% cash back. And you get your cash every month at Sam's Club but only once a year at Costco by a mailed check. I'd rather have cash in hand and not wonder if Costco shorted you on cash back as they overcharged on purchases. With Sam's your purchase is recent and easy to verify the monthly amount cash back due to you. Costco expects you to trust them they are giving you the correct amount once a year paid by check. Sorry Costco, Sam's Club beats you hands down on this one too. Otherwise, the stores are mainly the same. I like some of Costco products better, can get a yearly military discount. But Sam's Club offers better cash back discounts for life. (Unlike Costco 4% on up to $7,000 in gas, then 1% every year after). So you decide. I want cash back now and higher cash back rewards with Sam's Club. The rest is just shopping.

Okay Costcos, you guys had a great selection this trip. So many great options. There was a “sample” person every corner with yummy treats or drinks. I just love that part when stores do this. There were great deals on quite a bit of items and I was shocked we left spending what we did ok all the good things we got. Cashing out we really loved the great help that they provided.

A nice Costco, much less crowded than the one near my home. I went in and found the item I was looking for and it was $179 compared to $219 on Amazon. Quite a savings. All employees were friendly and helpful.

January 2025 Aggieland has the population and the financial power to meet the demand of Costco warehouse. Great shopping experience with quality products. Costco does carry many different high quality product but with limited brand choices. Bulk items for large family. College students will go crazy with $1.50 hot dog meals.

Love this Costco. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's never overly crowded unlike every single Costco in DFW. Sometimes I feel like it's practically worth driving down to CSTAT for the Costco!

Costco doesn't honor their word. I signed up to get a membership with the promise of a $40 gift card. They refused to honor the gift card. I told them that if they would not honor their word for the $40 gift card, I'd want a refund. They decided that refunding a $65 membership and losing a customer that would bring in revenue, would be better than honoring the $40 gift card they promised. Weird business practice. Won't go here again and will stick with Sam's club as they always honor their word! Also, Sam's is MUCH less expensive on their items!

On January 16 around 6:00 PM, at the Costco in College Station, TX, a staff member named Valerie improperly challenged my service animal at the entrance. She required my service dog to perform a command (“sit”), stated that they had “previously had dogs bite people,” and told me that my dog “did not look like a service animal.” Falsely accusing my dog of things that never happened. Furthermore, when I told her this is against federal law, she replied Costco is store-owned so they have their own policy, implying that federal ADA requirements did not apply. This statement was deeply concerning, inaccurate, and reflects a fundamental misunderstanding — or disregard — of federal civil rights law. My service dog was calm, leashed, and under control at all times. Under the ADA, businesses may not require service animals to demonstrate commands, nor may they judge legitimacy based on appearance or past incidents with other animals. This interaction was insulting, humiliating, and discriminatory, and it interfered with my ability to shop freely as a customer with a disability. I hope this won’t happen to anyone. Since under no circumstances should one person be disrespectfully treated like that way especially for one with disability. Store should always be a safe place for shoppers. And I would question the fact how the staff are trained to perform that unprofessional and disrespectful way.

I had a great experience at Costco thanks to Treena. She was very helpful, patient, and genuinely kind while assisting me. It’s always nice to see someone who cares about customers. Thank you for the great service! Costco is lucky to work with her!
