When my car is really dirty on the outside, but I don't want to go to a full service car wash this is where I go. It's only $7.99 and does a very good job of cleaning my car. Most of the time there's no line, even if there is a line, it moves quickly. The employees are always nice and friendly

This is one of the most unpleasant and un-professional services. I encountered this the first time I tried the car wash. I was treated with no respect. I made the mistake of going towards the entrance of the car wash thinking I had to pay up front. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. There was a pay booth that I missed by accident. The employee came off rude towards me by yelling at me in front of my two kids and the other patrons behind me. Not only that, he rudely took my membership card and my Debit card out of my hands. After that, he started yelling at me because he thought I wasn't complying with the rules of the car wash. I will never use this service again.

I didn’t even know Costco had a car wash! This car wash is so amazing! It has many wash cycles and does a good job of cleaning a neglected car that needs a quick wash! It does not offer vacuum stations but for the price you can not complain because they offer a much better car washing than other drive through places. Definitely open more car washing in other locations!

You Get what you pay for. Its more like a car RINSE.. may be a good alternative after a deep wash by hand and then Use this place as a weekly wash. Wont go back

This car wash may be at a discounted price for the area but it's still average in terms of exterior car cleaning. Our family has a 3 row SUV and the car wash barely touched the rear of the vehicle. We went through the wash then parked in the lot to go inside the warehouse. That's how I noticed the back of my SUV was still dirty. I have no idea why but everything else was cleaned/rinsed except the back. I also noticed my rear wiper was lifted even though the attendant taped it down. When we got home I notice waterspots too. It's all par for the course of most washes. Another reviewer mentioned you can go through more than once to get your car completely clean. If they allow you to go through the wash more than once without paying each time, that's great but you shouldn't need to go through the wash more than once unless your car took a mud bath then drove through the woods and endured a dust storm. Maybe a smaller car gets cleaner than a large SUV but I have no idea. Other reviewers believe it's a 5 star wash. Try it for yourself. I'm not rushing back.

I love that this car wash is available. Does a better job than my car washes in my area. Economical and efficient! Just sad that car washes are at only very few Costco locations. Lol. I hope that costco creates more washes in different locations

Josh is very rude and not a professional he should be reprimanded he's closing the car wash before time and despite of seeing me standing there at 7:58pm. He's still putting cones and walking away from me. Wow

This is a neat place to get your Car washed for $7.99. It's a drive thru car wash and it does a pretty good job. There is no price difference if you have a large vs. a small car. You can pay for a wash all by itself or when you fill up it gives you an option if you like to get a car wash which is convenient. Personally this is my first time using a Costco car wash and I am please that it did a pretty good job. I drive a mini van, Toyota Sienna 2017 and it was dirty but not terribly. Over all it washed the car well and even applied that coating on the tires so they shine. The drying feature could be better but overall the car looks clean. If you have a super dirty car you may need to go to another place which uses a high pressure spray. Unfortunately I do not have a Costco car wash where I live else I would be here twice a month.

It was my 1st time using the system and the employee was very helpful and actually help naturally help to program the machine using my credit card with my permission to do so. It. It was excellent excellent including the blow drying of the car. It was an excellent Valley as well. Although it is quite a distance from where I live I would definitely go again. Best drive-through car wash ever ! Really terrific employees!

The price was about the best thing they offered.$7.99 i believe for a quick washroom with hardly any real friction applied to the washing of the dirt off my car.The top on my passengers side trunk of my Honda Crv was still dirty.Maybe the cleaning agents didn't get in that area. If your car is extremely dirty like mine was I recommend first a hand washing carwash.2nd if your money's not the best try an automatic with high power bristles and less traffic.I really do believe due to the volume of people that frequent Costcos they decided to cut down on the quality of the water and give us half the power with heavy soap disguised as power washing.. Yes I still love Costco but hopefully this review can help them fix this issue since quality and convenience is the reason why anyone would even give this car wash a chance in the first place.

I've used many, many car washes in the area, and this is by far THE BEST, especially for the price! I will never go anywhere else. Costco exceeds once again. The carwash operators are always so nice and pleasant and seem to enjoy guiding people into the carwash. Thank you Costco for this carwash at the Torrance, CA store!

I really love the Costco Car Wash. It's powerful enough to really get all the dirt off your car and it's pretty inexpensive 7.99 (member price). Literally the only downside of the car wash is the only downside of Costco itself and that's the people that use it! Most people can't figure out that there are four pay stations - two in each line therefore they don't pull up to the first pay station which delays the entire row of cars. The other thing that people can't figure out is how to align their car on the mechanical belt drive that guides your car through the wash. The cone configuration that the attendants have to set up each day is truly hilarious, I feel as though they have to go out of their way to make sure that cars understand how to line up. Totally fun people watching as you enter the wash that's for sure! The entire wash is done within 3 minutes and you have a nice clean car! Totally worth it. It's become a weekly habit. Make sure to arrive early in the morning as the wash opens and the lines are almost non-existent, lunch time is the busiest time to get a wash, I have sometimes waited almost 20 minutes for my turn!
