During the wash my car was damaged and they do not want to admit that they are at fault. They refused compensation and said if you do not want your car damaged just don't use this car wash

Every time I come out of here there’s damage to my car. It’s no wonder they have a huge sign stating every single thing they not responsible for. Ruined my brand new lease. Avoid !!!

Broke off my side mirror housing and tells me it's my fault I didn't tell them to fold the mirrors. Then they show me a sign they're not responsible for damage. Come here if you want your car to look worse then it came and more!

They charged me for in&out and the car was just machine washed outside. Not recommended.

Worst car wash experience ever. The manager was unbelievably rude to me for no reason. They rushed through the wash so fast that my car was still dirty, and when I asked them to redo it, they flat-out refused. Zero customer service. Never again! If you want the fastest, most disappointing car wash in Brooklyn, this is the place and the manager HAS NO RESPECT!

Вот жёсткий, эмоциональный вариант — как будто вы возмущённо рассказываете другу: They steal here, man. First time, I lost my ring — thought maybe it fell somewhere in the car. We weren’t even drinking much. Then another time, I had two pairs of headphones in the glove box — AirPods and another pair, I think GLP. Those were pricey too, but no GPS. They didn’t touch the AirPods, but they grabbed the other ones. Right out of the glove box. That’s when it hit me — my ring wasn’t “lost,” it was stolen. This place is full of thieves. Stay the hell away from it.

You can just spray water and wipe it a little. If you're only interested in spraying water outside, you can come, but this is not the place to wash it for your money.

I had a really disappointing experience here. Paid for the full service, but my car still had dirt on the windows and the interior barely looked touched. Staff seemed rushed and uninterested when I pointed it out. Definitely not worth the price—won’t be coming back.

My car always leaves nice and clean with this place. I usually go with the #3 which covers the interior, exterior, under carriage, mats and wheels. The guys are super nice and if you're confused on which wash to get they'll help you out.

First time in a long time, last time forever. This place tanked. Went on a rainy day for a in and out car wash. The workers barely wanted to do their job. The inside of my car, dash, cupholders, door pockets. Literally everything untouched except my mats. I paid $30 for a rip off wash. If you want a great wash for your car go to the spot on Knapp st and ave Y. They actually work on properly cleaning your vehicle and want a satisfied customer.

Worst experience ever, didn't even clean the car correctly from sides and back it was all still dusty. Didn't wipe the dashboard at all never going back to it.

I got a very good full cleaning on my Suburban. Thank you guys , this company is a joke.. I payd 35$ for an exterior wash basically because the interior cleaning is nothing...

It's my first time coming here and I'm very disappointed. Look at the interior of my car. It like they only rinse the car car exterior. They didn't vacuum and clean the interior. My usual 20$ car wash service in bronx does 100% better than this. I'm not coming back.
