I am not planning to return to Community Auto Wash any more. For a Full Service Deluxe one would expect basic cleaning of Matts, vacuuming, cleaning console, wiping down the seats, you know the usual Full service. Increasing prices should include improved or same service at the minimum.

Very disappointed after purchasing the $25 Ultimate Wash. Most of the vehicle looked hardly wiped down or vacuumed and other areas weren't even touched. (These are the "after" photos.)

Disappointing. I paid $28 for the "ultra" wash and vacuuming treatment. The wash was fine, but they really only vacuumed the front (which looked great, so I didn't bother to check the back until I got home.) The pictures speak for themselves.

Terrible experience. Purchased the “deluxe” exterior wash and it left my car filthy. This is supposed to include rims and tires as well but they are just as dirty as before. When I called the manager, Alan, he was hardly surprised and not helpful at all. Don’t waste your money.

My two issues with this car wash is as follows: 1. My car is never fully cleaned when I get it washed here. I was a monthly member and no matter how often I got it washed it was never fully cleaned. I also think the price is a bit steep just to offer the bare minimum (with the monthly subscription you don’t even get to vacuum your car, which is what I would get with my previous membership for the same price). 2. Every time I come here I always feel uncomfortable as a woman. I’ve been hit on and looked at creepily almost every time I would come and it got to a point where I wouldn’t go unless I was with my boyfriend or male friend. If you’re a woman, I wouldn’t recommend bringing your car here.

After years of going to this business I went again today. The job on the interior was TERRIBLE. $28 later and mud, finger prints, and obviously not vacuumed seats. They were nice when I asked about this but the person who appeared to be in charge took no responsibility for the work and acted like “well, we did something so that should be good enough”. I literally asked for a rag and spray to work on it myself which they were happy to let me do. So not only is there still visible dirt on the outside of the car I’ll now have to go home and vacuum and wipe it down myself.

The service was absolutely terrible. I had previously enjoyed a pleasant experience, but this time, it felt like a complete rip-off. Despite paying extra for the trunk and interior cleaning, they didn't clean a single thing inside. I paid $29 for the Ultimate Wash, which was supposed to include power washing the mats and trunk, but the result was absolutely dreadful. Regrettably, this will be the last time I bring my car here for a wash.

I’ve been a long time customer, but the last handful of full-service washes that I’ve paid for have been very disappointing in terms of the interior cleaning. I called to inform someone of this once, but it really hasn’t improved. I’m routinely getting my car back without the interior wiped down well – – cupholders still have crumbs in them, dust still on the radio and console, there was a footprint with mud where my daughter had put her foot up on the console above the glove compartment today, and clearly they didn’t wipe it because the footprint was still there. If it doesn’t improve I’m going to try to find a different car wash for full service.

This was my first visit to this car wash. I paid $28 for a "full service ultimate wash."The wash and the vacuum were subpar. I get a better wash from zippy wash at half the cost. Not to mention there were spots in my car that didn't even get vacuumed.

The best in Ann Arbor off of South industrial. They are professional, nice and clean your car with a rag after the wash. That in itself is wonderful but the shine on my car lasts for days. Kudos to all the hardworking people there, ty so much!

Let me start by saying I used to take my Mustang GT convertible here and the service and outcome was always amazing! Because of prior visits, I took my Charger here. Outcome was awful, and when I tried to call, no answer. I didn't notice the issues until I got home, because why would I think to get in my backseat? (Only reason I did was to put my extra jacket back.) I paid for premium w upgrades, so my cost was $29 and some change. List of issues: 1) Still have salt on my front grill 2) Still have snow and ice on one wheel well 3) Center console is still dusty. 4) The spray they use inside the car was not wiped, so the backseat doors of my car were still wet. 5) Getting in the backseat, dirt on my exterior window. Wiped it with my finger and it came off, so why didn't their wash get it off? I know this one sounds petty, but after all the other issues, now I'm just mad. (Numbered pictures. 1 was before I wiped the area with my finger. 2 was after.) Never taking it there again, and now I have to go wipe it down myself.

Tolerance was very poor. Even though I don’t speak English well, I understand that communication can be difficult. However, the treatment was bad and disrespectful to the customer. The car was not properly cleaned and was still very dirty inside. The wheels were visibly dirty and stained. I do not recommend this service. I know I need to improve my English, but the lack of respect, attention, and courtesy was unacceptable.

My car was not clean after paying $18. I did the ultimate exterior wash. I actually was surprised that it was still not clean considering 4 different guys had helped either wash or dry it and none of them seemed to notice / care.

I paid over $30 for a deep vacuum, and they didn't do it properly. Ash was left in visible places. Poor work by the vacuum cleaners.
