Joshua was a fantastic help. I booked online for just a headlight issue, but threw an a/c issue and state inspection at him when I got there. Not only were the issues fixed, but he also discovered my oil dipstick had not been seated properly when another dealer had changed the oil. He and his team made sure the oil was topped off and put on correctly. They even cleaned off the overspray underneath the hood! The whole team's willingness to help out and make sure we were taken care makes this a 10 star dealership in my book.

We were stranded on the road and lost our only key fob, had our car towed to CSH to get a replacement. We spent about 6 hours there, there were just a string of bad luck things happened. Not their fault and not ours. They were extremely professional trying their best to make sure we got what we needed. We were doing our best to remain calm and have faith. Finally they found the problem with programming the key fob to be a simple blown fuse. Would I recommend them for you to use for service? Absolutely.

I had a very good experience at College Station Hyundai. My sensor light came on which put it into limp mode. I pulled in and was greeted right away. Dylan Thomas helped me and told me they would check my car out. Dylan kept me posted while they were working on it. It ended up just being the sensor. They replaced it. I was so thankful to not be stranded on the road.

I was completely satisfied with the services I received on my BMW 428. My very professional expert service advisor, Mike, welcomes me courteously and treated me very well and explained my paperwork thoroughly and clearly. My car was washed and cleaned and returned to me looking like a new car- and actually much cleaner than it was when I brought it in. My loaner car was very impressive and the helpful service professional checking me in and out of the car with mindful And attentive to details to make it easy for me. I really appreciate and trust the whole team at BMW of College Station for my service needs, and look forward to returning again.

I went in yesterday for my first oil change with my car I got from Hyundai. They warned me when I got the car that their oil change price is higher than other shops in town because it’s made for Hyundai’s and that you’re getting the best quality for your car by getting it from the dealership. Once I got the bill, Joshua (who was helping me check out) told me he printed off a coupon to use that took off an additional $15 AND they gave me a complimentary car wash and vacuumed the interior. I was extremely happy with my visit yesterday and the service was helpful and professional. I was nervous with the high price for oil changes but after this visit I will definitely be coming back.

I have recently experience the worst custumer service ever by the service department. Never in my life had dealt with such an uncaring and unprofessional person who doesnt care for the customers or their needs. If I could put a lower scored I will. If you could take your vehicle to get service to a near by dealer do so that way you dont have to go through a bad experience. Needles to say, if I have to purchase another vehicle it wont be a Hyundai.

Came to this dealership after dealing with multiple others, and was happy with my experience here! Tyler and their intern Jessie made the car buying experience fun and easy! Eric in finance made the paper signing quick and easy as well, with never feeling like they were taking advantage of me as the customer! I would definitely recommend any of them to somebody else!

So, I came in for a recall on my brakes and I was greeted by Dylan, in the service department. Let me tell y’all, he was very professional and also let me know that my brakes will take about 2 hours, which I didn’t expect at ALL. He informed me of Hyundai service of free shuttle around as I wait for my vehicle to get ready. Need I remind you I was already pressing for time! LOL. He quickly got someone to take me around. And also, Ms. Carrie, she was the one who shuttled me to my destination safely and also informed me of some great cars there, that I asked about. Overall pleasant experience. I will be updating my review later on regarding my brakes or any issues. Thank you all very much.

Easily the worst service experience i’ve had. Made an appt for my car in the beginning of May for June 3rd. Drop off my car June 3rd and had to call them myself for updates every few days. there was not a single time that they would call me back if they said they would, i always had to call to check. last week we were told that the wrong part came when they ordered it but it would 100% be done Tuesday, and they would call us tuesday morning to let us know they had the part. we call on tuesday around 1 to make sure they had it. we were told they had the part and it would 100% be done by the end of the day. we call again at 5:45, knowing they close at 6 to make sure it was still going to be finished, we were told in a very beat around the bush vague way that it would still be done by 6. i called again at 5:55 (5 mins before they close) and i get “oh yeah we werent able to get to that today, we’ll get it done tomorrow” there is 0 excuse for this. if you cant get it done, say that. but dont tell me 15 times that it will be completed by a certain date and then let me know at the last second that you were lying the whole time especially when you have my car for 3 weeks and offer no solutions as far as a loaner vehicle. also dont tell me you’ll call me back if you wont. i will be going to Brenham from now on.

The customer service was great with friendly and professional interactions with team. The shuttle driver was quick and friendly, making what could have been an awkward situation not feel that way at all. After the inspection, I was given the list of recommendations of work for my car with a very detailed explanation of why these services were recommended and why they are beneficial to do. I never once felt pressured into doing any of the extra work that was recommended. Dylan and his team were absolutely great to work with, and I definitely recommend them!!

Extremely disappointed and I’m surprised with all the positive reviews. My wife recently bought a brand new car which now has an issue with the gas cap cover being stuck when closed. This means we have to leave the cover for the gas cap open while driving until it’s fixed. Initially, we were told to expect a call within a few days when the part was in. 2 weeks later we received no call. After calling them, we were told we were now on the “high priority” list for the part/fix and to expect a call later that day. One week later…no call at all. We call back for some sort of update. We’re then told the part has no update with the delivery and we’ll get a call from our technician soon. A few days later and at the time of this review, we have not received a call. This is terrible customer service. I would completely understand if the part was on backorder or delayed, but straight up ghosting us is unacceptable. And this is after buying a brand new car from them.

I came here for the free service that came with my 2023 Hyundai Kona. I've always been respected. I don't expect fast service because it wouldn't make sense to. If I have questions, they answer ALL of them. If I have a factory recall, they order the parts and fix the problem. No one has given me any grief during my service calls and I am grateful. Trevor S. was the guy that helped me the last time I was there and he was great. He spoke to me very professionally and even walked with me all the way to my car. Great guy!

Drove 90 minutes for a specific color Palisade they advertised on the web. Called the night before to confirm the car was there and to make an appointment. Checked in during the drive down to confirm everything was OK. Got to the dealer and found out the car was in the bodyshop and was not available. Complete lack of transparency at the dealer or they are just incompetent. Wasted out time. Very disappointed.

I have to say this is the best service around. They are super friendly and work with you. Josh and Dylan are super amazing, and very helpful. If these two haven't gotten a raise yet they deserve one. Not too long ago I got my card lost in my driver door and without hesitation they got me in the same day I called. With them and their service guys they are amazing. I'll keep going to them until they give me a reason not. The sales department is great itself. Just bought my third car from them. Sorta pricey, but they were willing to work with me. Overall it is just friendly, laid back.

The service team did an excellent job of returning my calls when my questions couldn't be immediately answered. They promptly made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. Even though their vacuum pump had failed and were unable to complete the service, they were very communicative and transparent during the entire process, and they still gave my vehicle a free detailing. Due to my low conductivity coolant on my Ioniq 5 needing to be flushed immediately, I did elect to have my vehicle serviced elsewhere. However, I'd still like to give my praise to College Station Hyundai's service team, and I'd easily recommend them to anyone nearby.

Had my 2023 santa cruz for 70 straight days for total transmission replacement at 19k miles. No offer of a loaner until day 50. Constant misinformation from the service associate. I will never own another Hyundai or do any business this dealership . Filed Lemon Law successfully and Hyundai bought the vehicle back after 3 months process.

They take too long just for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there for 3 hours just for that service. If you don't want to waste your time, don't come to this place. The person who helped me, if you ask him, says 15 minutes and an hour goes by, then he says 5 minutes, just excuses, and reluctantly answers if you approach him to ask for information about the car that you, the designer, are paying for the service.

They take a lot of time, don’t have loaner cars even though it’s covered, and their techs are not really skilled and do damage to the car. I have had my car fixed here multiple times. My engine had to be replaced (for free because of a class action lawsuit against them) and they had no loaner cars even though I am entitled to one. My car tow claim was not approved either. Anyway, their techs either accidentally or intentionally damage cars. The clips on the right side of my car’s front bumper broke while being fixed. I only noticed it much later unfortunately. The window switches were fine before the engine replacement, but started getting stuck after getting the car. The people are friendly, but maybe not competent, or maybe malicious so you go there and keep spending your hard earned money there.
