This spot is the wordiest car wash I ever been. Drop off the car and come back around an hour . Saw many water spot on the car and bumper still fill with many dead bug, I ask them come to see they just use dry towel try to wipe it off , NOT professional that just made your paint more scratches. Interior even worse they didn't event vacuum clean, my grandma could done better than that. I wouldn't wasting my 20bucks to go there again.

If i can i would give an negative stars!!!! I got the 70 wash with wax and it was a poor job they did i had to go and talk to the manager and even then they still thought what they done was good enough, wax was left on my car , the vacuum was trash , the cleaning of inside was also left looking like unclean, horrible service!!!! Ur better off going to the 5 dollar wash !!! Dont come here if u want ur car to look unclean

There's no AC in the waiting lounge so it doesn't help at all to sit inside with today's temperature of 97 degree Farenheit. The staff is friendly and very attentive. I regret to bring my vehicle in for a wash and have these employees sweat and soak in the scorching heat. They deserve the five stars rating but the waiting room. I truly appreciate their assiduity. I'll definitely come back another time when the weather gets nicer without the humidity then.

Paid $150 for a car wash, leaves 2000 spots on the exterior, and they told you it’s because it’s “interior detail package”. Sure, not even the interior is clean! Don’t even wipe the seat!! Then what the heck did you clean? My $30 car detail guy works 10 times better! Seriously the worse car wash ever. Will not come back again and will not recommend anyone to come.

Just read the other review from my buddy. You told the customer to check before pick up the car. I am sure they would, but not everyone have the time. I think it's your job to make sure the car is clean before you give it back to the customers. Why am I paying you, and you are not doing your job. With that attitude, and poor customer service. I don't review businesses, and I don't complain for little things, but I'm making an exception. Don't go to this place unless you like to feel mistreated or taken advantage of by the car you drive or your race. I went over there to wash my car, and I wanted to get the gold car wash service, but the young Indian lady wanted me to pay the very expensive 65 dollars car wash. I was in shock for what she was asking, so I didn't answer at first, and she started talking to me as if I can't speak English (assuming much?). She insisted that I should be paying the 65 dollars to get a hand wash car service. I go wash my car to hand wash car businesses often, and I have never had to pay that much money. It's no wonder there were almost no customers there, and the reviews are so bad.

Pretty good, not busy on a Saturday morning. Well staffed. Leave car there and they drive it up and hand towel dry car type of car wash. Window to see your car being washed, nice. Some koi fish inside and caged birds outside, nice touch. Inside they have a good stock of clean car items for sale, air fresheners and such. Cashier lady, which I think was one of the owners, was very kind and welcoming.

I'm just saying what they charge. Maybe they pick their guests? I only asked to wash the outside of the car, and then the receptionist went to ask something like the manager or the person in charge, and told me that it was 32 dollars because my car was a Tesla. I pointed to their express wash sign marked $12 and asked them what was going on, and he said, right, because it was Tesla, that's what they were charging this amount. Please ask all Tesla owners to avoid this car wash.

I won't do it again. I spent $56 and didn't even clean the dirt on the car body, the items included didn't happen, the attitude was very bad, and it didn't change the smell of the car. It was the worst car wash ever.

Used to go there, now it doesn't matter what package you paid for, they only do the minimum. Paid 30 + 10 dollars tips. Go home look at my rims and the side skirts. Not clean at all! Never again!!!

This was the first time I went to the Colima car Wash and it'll be the last. Terrible customer service. When I got there I requested the $26.99 package. But the gentleman insisted for the $64.99 hand wash package. I kindly decline in he seemed to be upset so he left my car I had to more than a half hour later insist on the start vacuuming in my car. I had to go home and clean the windows and spots on the hood. And part of the package was new car sent they did not even add the cent. terrible job never go back.

I saw other reviews and was a little skeptical. I got a handwash and wax. They really did a great job. Didn't leave any spots and the outside and interior looked great. The guy that worked on my car definitely took pride in what he was doing.

I would give this place 5-star if it wasn’t for the shady business of chargin $1 extra for paying with credit card. This place is conveniently located in a big supermarket parking lot (used to be bowling alley) off a busy Colima Road in Rowland Heights. Clean my car well, they try to make the waiting area pleasant with birds and aquarium. I did the Diamond wash ~$23 (sedan) for complete clean of interior, exterior, wheels and include waxing, very happy with their work.

They keep getting sloppier and sloppier. I usually let the smaller things slide because I can go home and clean out the cupholders myself but lately, they are only doing a basic exterior wash and vacuum. See pictures for what I got for $30. I really don’t know how my kids got the back of that seat to be that dirty but the older gentleman who cleaned my car would not fix it. Someone (Pablo) who seemed to know what they were doing came and wiped the seat (see the 2nd picture). He then spent another 5 minutes cleaning other places that the older gentleman hadn’t. Thanks Pablo.

That’s what I got when I choose gold wash. The car was washed very poorly no one cared about the trunk and no one cleaned the inside. And gold wash include “Fresh air” but no at all
