Don’t waste your time with this shop. Made an appointment 3 weeks out for a Monday. Received several emails and texts as my detail day was getting closer to remind me and ensure I was ready. Day of appt no one shows up. I had to call to find out why. No one ever answered the phone, had to leave a message. After my first message left, they automatically rescheduled me for the next day. I’m glad they just assumed that would work without talking to me first. I left a second message to cancel. My appt was cancelled. Customer service and follow through is severely lacking. Clearly a company started by people that want to text and email vs actually talk to their customers. Maybe teenagers will like that but not me. So I googled how to clean my trucks upholstery. Lots of good videos out there. Have my products and equipment ordered (which was cheaper than the price of my detail) looking forward to doing it myself and having the supplies needed to clean again in the future. Like the saying goes, “if you want something done right, do it yourself “.

Although I have maintained our family car regularly these past six years, I had never professionally detailed it. Cloud 9 met all my expectations. It’s an easy process to choose a time and service. The young man was respectful and efficient. I paid $220, which I don’t regret since the car is back to looking new. I wouldn’t do it every year since I keep it clean anyway, but I feel it adds to the car’s value.

We scheduled Cloud 9 Detail to come 6 weeks ago. They called within 24 hours of the appointment and said they needed to reschedule and would give us a $100 credit. On the next appointment (7:30am) they did not respond until about 9 that their drivers were in an accident and they would be issuing a refund. Between my neighbor and I booking this company over the last 2 years they have had 3 "accidents" for when they no show to an appointment. Very unreliable and would not recommend.

This was my first time using mobile detailing, so I was hesitant. Sometimes what companies try to pass off as "detailing" is little more than an extra vacuum and wipedown. But Cloud 9 delivered! First off, the website and scheduling process was easy and flawless. I was able to get right on their schedule, the pricing was fair, and the payment was easy. Noah showed up on time, was professional, and made sure he knew what I wanted. I was thrilled when I saw the result. He brought my car back to flooroom perfection. Not a fleck of dirt or speck of dust anywhere. He nailed it! My only suggestion would be to ask your clients what they want in terms of scent. I would have preferred no scent at all and he hung an air freshener in my car (which I threw away). Other than that, this was awesome, and I will gladly call on Cloud 9 again!

Noah was friendly, polite and incredibly detail-oriented. There wasn't a speck of anything, inside or out, on my truck by the time he was done. I track a lot of dirt, mud and dust into my truck. It's only two years old and I had it looking 6 years old. When Noah was finished, it literally looked brand new again.

Cloud 9's detailing service is phenomenal; I wish I could say the same about their customer service. I scheduled an interior detail with an exterior touch up. The tech did a wonderful job with the interior, but told us his equipment for the exterior touch up wasn't working and that we would receive a link to reschedule that portion of the service. A little while later I received an email receipt for the interior detail part of the job with $25 taken off. I thought that was a nice comp for making me reschedule the exterior touch up. (I didn't know it at the time, but that's not what it was for, because they had no intention of rescheduling the exterior touch up. The receipt didn't say what it was for, but I imagine the $25 off was because they weren't going to come back.) I waited for an email to reschedule the exterior touch up, but never got one. Thinking it was a simple oversight, I texted the company. I received a reply saying they couldn't reschedule their exterior touch ups, and that I'd have to pay for a full exterior detail. Granted, they don't let you schedule just an exterior touch up on its own, but I had scheduled it in conjunction with an interior detail, and I expected them to finish the job I hired them for. So I requested a call back (you can't call them directly) as I didn't think text was a very good medium for resolving the issue. After waiting 4 hours for a call, I discovered that they had sent an email instead, saying the same thing as before but also pointing out that I wasn't charged for the exterior touch up. I emailed them back but never heard back from them. So they basically refused to finish the job they agreed to do because their equipment broke. I would not recommend or hire again a company I can't trust to finish a job. I believe that good customer service and integrity dictate that a company finish the job they agreed to do, even if it's not convenient or immediately economical to do so.

Noah cleaned my 2020 Kia Telluride today and I am in awe. My car looks brand new. He cleaned and treated all the leather and interior surfaces beyond my wildest expectations The outside was hand washed, waxed and ceramic coated. I forgot my black car could shine the way it is. Noah is a very professional, friendly and polite person. He was scheduled to be here at 730 and he got here about ten minutes early. He never left our house until he was finished with the job. I would recommend Noah to anyone that wants a professional job done on their vehicle. He is a dedicated and hard worker. We had three different vehicles at our house done and everyone is as equally beautiful as the other.

Over the last 8 years, I have used Cloud 9 detail for multiple vehicles, including a large RV. Just over 2 years ago, I decided to buy all of my employees gift cards as a thank you gift. I spent a couple thousand dollars, on top of the thousands I have spent on my own details. I did this because I did feel like the detail work was solid. That said, I did experience frustration at times with scheduling and the fact that no one every answers a phone call. With those gift cards: One employee was canceled on at the last minute multiple times, they told her they could come out in 4 months. In frustration, she finally gave up. Meaning she still has $250 in unredeemed gift cards. Another employee had to reschedule 3x to get them to come out. This last situation, I have some fault in. How they have handled it shows they simply don't care about customer service or repeat clients. When ordering the gift cards I misspelled / had a typo on 2 of their email addresses. My employees took some time to finally ask about not receiving the gift cards. When I reached out to get this corrected, I was told they needed to contact their credit card processing company, and would issue me new ones. I still have not anything, and they have quit responding. In all, I should get $750 back from them.

I scheduled with cloud 9 after a horrible experience trying to schedule with a different company. Cloud 9’s website was so easy to navigate. I was able to pick my preferred available day and time from their list of available appointments. When he arrived he was right on time and spent 5 hours making my car look and smell like it was brand new. He sent me an invoice when he was finished, and the process to pay was super simple too. The time and detail spent on my van (with 4 kids 5 and under trashing the thing) was worth way more than they charged me. I honestly felt a little bad that they charged me so little after how much time and effort he put in. I will shout their praises from the rooftops, and I will be using only exclusively them for my future details. Thanks again!!

I highly recommend Cloud 9 Detail! My car is very special to me and the gentlemen at Cloud 9 Detail put the time and care into washing it as if the car were their own. Their attention to detail is superb; the car is always spotless no matter the gunk that gets stuck on it. All creases are thoroughly cleaned, even hard to access areas. They arrive on time and work efficiently. Doesn’t get much easier than letting these gentlemen come out to you to detail or wash your car while you go about your day.
