Wow! I just got the best car wash I've ever had. I'm so glad this place has opened. Unlimited car washes for $20 a month. Can't beat that anywhere else. Every time I've gotten the car wash at another location, I've always had to do some touch-up work when I get home. 5 stars!

I thought it was just me, but as I read the reviews, I’ve concluded it’s not worth it. I literally had them to wash my car a second time because the first time didn’t clean my car( places had absolutely no water or subs or signs that it went through a car wash). And as I get out to dry it off the second time, I still notice that my truck was still dirty and some spots still didn’t have a once of water or soap suds on it. This is a newer car wash so there should not be this many complaints about it not washing their cars. Please advise and check with your systems. If we’re paying for a service, it should be executed efficiently.

During the wash, something hit my car strongly, and the driver-side mirror was damaged. I had to wait a week to meet their manager. Initially, they refused to hear my complaint, but after they tried to check their video footage, it was weird that my car entry was missing at the exact time when the incident happened. Luckily I had video proof on my phone(I was recording my kid's reaction during the car wash, I heard some noise when it was broken, and I somewhat captured the mirror damage in my video). The manager said they don't have any coverage for the mirror. They would order and give me a mirror, and I have to own the charge for fixing it. I am considering whether to take it because my mechanic quoted about $383 for the original parts. They ordered a $41 mirror on some website with black color (mine was gray).

It’s pretty mid, but you get what you pay for. I did a membership for a month $10 first month then $20 after. It doesn’t get certain spots on my car like the other places do. They supply towels to wipe but some of their suction for the vacuums are a little weak. Go to the ones towards the end and it’s stronger. The employees were really friendly though. I mean I don’t mind it because it’s close to home.

Not worth the money! I spent $14 on a wash, which lasted MAYBE 10-15 seconds (not an exaggeration!) and was still left with so much crap on my truck that I’ll have to go somewhere else to get this cleaned off! The vacuums at the station I was at were barely functional. The only nice thing they have is towels for you to wipe off the vehicle after you go thru the wash. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I came out as I went in. I had my membership ship today and it’s my first car wash and it didn’t even cleaned basic stuff. I still see the dust after I came out of the wash. Highly not recommended at all.

I love the whole setup at this place. They can take my money fr. And price not bad ATALL to be able to get unlimited highest tier washes AND discount on gas. (I have an electric car so I can’t use it… still pretty cool)

Service has significantly waned over time. Vacuums don’t work, wash doesn’t clean well, and drying rags smell like mold and sweat. Will be canceling my membership soon. A note to Mercer Crossing residents: there’s a new Quick Quack Car Wash that opened (a little down the street) that has exemplary reviews. The Clean Freak who runs this location ain’t as freaky about cleaning as we thought 🤣

When this place first opened, it was great. There was plenty of suction from the vacuums and there was good airflow for the air nozzles. Now you can’t find any towels and both the vacuum cleaners and the air nozzles stink. I still like the way it washes my car, but I won’t be returning.

I had a terrible experience at this car wash. An employee was extremely rude and aggressive toward me for no clear reason. At one point, his behavior made me feel genuinely threatened and unsafe, which is completely unacceptable for any business. I did nothing to provoke this treatment.

I just canceled. The worst part? The employee was more than ok with it. Not a single retention effort. Half of the car with suds and the other half wet. The back door/glass dirty. Worst than before. He was not even interested on looking at my car for reference. It was excellent at first but with time the service overall has declined. A subscription canceled because I want my life to be less complicated and not hand dry my car. It defeats the purpose

★☆☆☆☆ I signed up for a Clean Freak membership, and this was my first month using the service. While waiting to enter the automatic wash tunnel, I followed the hand signal from the onsite employee and the green light, which clearly indicated it was safe to proceed. However, during the wash, the built-in antenna on my Toyota Sienna was broken off by the equipment. What makes this even more upsetting is that I’ve been using automatic car washes with this same vehicle for over 10 years, and this has never happened — until I came to Clean Freak. And yet, it happened during my very first month as a member. I immediately reported the damage to a staff member. Later, I received a call from the location manager, who told me that Clean Freak takes no responsibility and that all liability falls on me — without any investigation or willingness to discuss the situation. To make matters worse, instead of offering support or resolution, the manager simply suggested I cancel my membership if I was unhappy. This was incredibly disappointing. There was no accountability, and the dismissive attitude toward a new customer was unprofessional. I regret joining this membership and would caution others before signing up.

I had a very disappointing experience at Clean Freak Car Wash yesterday. This was my first time visiting, and I came with a free car wash coupon. Instead of being treated professionally, the staff behaved very rudely and disrespectfully. After the wash, they pulled my car to the side and accused us of coming multiple times using free coupons, without even checking any details or asking politely. The way it was said felt judgmental and embarrassing. No customer should be spoken to like that, especially without any verification. I was really excited to try this place for the first time, but the staff’s behavior completely ruined the experience. I left feeling disappointed, insulted, and very sad. A free coupon does NOT justify rude treatment. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, this location failed badly. I will think twice before coming back and would not recommend this place unless the staff learns how to treat customers with basic respect.

This was a horrible experience. There were no spray bottles available for extra detailing, all towels were out, and the compressed air system used for blowing debris was not turned on or operational.
