It says it opens at 7am, its 10am and had cones not letting people enter, no one is answering the phone, and the only staff outside ignored me when i asked at what time they are opening.

Great place, I just dislike how "fast pass" members don't get a fast pass because people in town cannot read english.... maybe have a sign that is in english & spanish.

The wash is ok but the establishment needs to maintain the vacuum area, everytime I go there there is always 2 or mor vacuums that are clogged or disconnected. Just because the vacuums are free does not mean the business should not maintain them. Will most likely cancel my membership and do the job myself.

Hi, I wanted to share some feedback about a recent visit. I paid $22 for a wash and gave $25 to the attendant. He took my receipt inside to get change, but I never received the receipt back. When I went through the wash, it seemed like I only received the basic service. I went to the office to ask for my receipt and to clarify what the $22 wash includes. The response I got was that the soap used is a good one, and they offered to let me go through the wash again. I declined, as I didn’t want to spend more time waiting. Unfortunately, I still didn’t receive my original receipt—just a basic printed one—and felt like the situation wasn’t taken very seriously. I just wanted to bring this to your attention, as I didn’t feel I received the service I paid for. Thank you for your time.

As of January 2023 they are still offering grand opening promotions. This Clean Freak in San Luis has an exit that doesn’t have immediate cross traffic. There is the standard bug prep area before the pay booths and lots of vacuum stations.
