I signed up for a monthly membership. When I signed up, the customer service rep recommended not putting the FastPass sticker on the car, but to just leave it in the glove box so we could use it for our other vehicle. Fast forward a few months, and we were vacuuming out the car and a customer service rep came up and started accusing us of stealing from the company because we were using the pass on another car. I understand their point that they don't want people doing that, but that was literally what the customer rep said we could do when we signed up. Being reprimanded and accused of stealing for doing exactly what they recommended we do was sad to see. They handled that so poorly. I canceled my membership that day and have no plans on going back. Along with that, I feel like the washes have not been as thorough as they used to be. It often appears as if some components of the wash are not functioning. Also, maybe half the vacuums work, so that's frustrating as well. I only plan to use this place if I'm desperate and in the area.

I love this place! I have the unlimited pass and get a wash everyday and my car comes out Sparkling clean every time. Never had any problems there and it's so convenient.

Location has gone downhill The guy that used to run this car wash was awesome now it’s never open on time. I’ve been there 3 times this week and they’re not open even though they’re supposed to be. I walked up to ask why they were not open and one of the employees named Nate said because they’re fixing something and he is giving me an attitude. I asked what’s with your attitude …He said because I was giving him an attitude. all I did was ask why is the car wash not open nothing else. The other day I came here they’re supposed to open at 700am and they didn’t open till 720. Today they are supposed to open at 7 but as of 740 they’re still closed what a joke. This place used to be good and now they can’t even hire somebody that knows how to talk to you or provide any customer service. And I’m on their monthly plan with three vehicles which are going to be canceled soon thanks to Nate

Was there yesterday... I have a monthly membership. Went through didn't get any water or soap to the very end. I went back around a told the attendant and he said he'll walk beside me when I went through again and same thing happens. He said there that there were to compressors down and that was the reason for the issues. I told him they need to shut it down because it wasn't fair for the costumers paying for a service that they weren't getting. He told me to call Circle K 🤷♂️🤦♂️

This spot is junk! Ran our Jeep through the wash twice and STILL had soap everywhere. TBH this car wash has always been a let down. Thought we’d give them one LAST try. What a mistake. Save your money & time!

Location has gone downhill big time. Car comes out dirty. Vacuums broke. Almost been hit and had to put it in drive at the dryers because someone was under my bumper. Want me now to put sticker on my windshield, no thanks. Canceling. Too many other options to get bad washes and attitude. Giving an star for the towels. Or Id give a one sta.

This location used to be outstanding but the past few weeks for the most part you’re lucky to have your little Freaks even show their face at 7:05. Did you change your opening time? Love getting the long glare while they are moving the cones, never ever had an issue here until recently. Management should be aware. And if by chance you have them clocking in at 7 change your opening hours. There’s more than 1 car wash in the area

Normally this place is great. But, on this visit the system rinse function was working well and the left side and rear of my car were still covered in soap. There's was residue on the paint and windows that I had to rinse off when I got home.

We had the family plan with your car wash. Raising the price $9.00 per month is a little crazy. Obviously we canceled the service. $40.00 a month for the basic wash is out of line. Good luck.

Overall the car wash is good. Vacuums are good. Clean exterior. But I am writing this for the service. CLAP*CLAP I got locked out of my car and they were nice to attempt to unlock it but unsuccessful. They let me wait in the office with AC and use the phone and were nice through my experience. Probably the nicest Clean Freak.

Be aware that they do not clean ~1/3 of your car if you have a roof rack (The two straight cross bars on top of vehicles that nearly half of SUVs have). They don't mention that until after they take your money and send it through the wash. I watched the giant center roller brush turn off as it approached the front of the car and skip over the whole thing. Just the sides were cleaned. The rest was just sprayed with water and dried. When I informed the attendant that the wash malfunctioned, he looked at my car and said "it was company policy to turn off the center roller if there is a roof rack because the bars damage their roller. We can send it through again, but it will do the same thing". I ended up hand washing the grill, hood, windshield, rear tailgate and bumper by hand with the free towels as all of those locations were still very dirty. This policy should be shared with customers BEFORE they pay. I clearly would have gone elsewhere. I just washed it two months ago at a different location and my daughter and I watched their brushes scrub the top of the car through the sun roof window. This is obviously not an industry standard. I would not take this car (Honda pilot) back there again.

This morning while driving someone dropped a 5 gallon bucket of paint in the road and I could not avoid running the paint over. I went to Clean Freak Car Wash and was hoping to be able to get the paint off. The assistant manager John was AMAZING!!! He went out of his way to come to my car and help me get the paint off. He got all of the paint off of paint on my car and the plastic part at the bottom of the car!!! I tried to give him money for his hard work and he wouldn't accept any. Another lady pulled in who had also hit the same paint spill and he cleaned her car too. What a nightmare and not what I had planned for the day, but John made it all work out and I was able to make all of my following appointments since I didn't have to spend hours scrubbing paint off my car. THANK YOU JOHN!!!!

Come here if you’d like to get harassed for not wanting a membership! Told Kevin that I politely did not want a membership multiple times and he tried to lecture me on “respect”. Held up the line just so he could continue asking me if i wanted a membership or not. I’m JUST here for a car wash dude😂 Everybody else on shift was great to interact with though, no hate on them!

Absolutely no way to cancel when away from car> I'm out of state working- don't need it washed obviously. Tried my CC#, created a profile, CALL (no # on site. Have to Google and search. No way to do over phone- redirect to site. Insanity. Horrid. I have receipt, CC#, lic plate. Nere would have thought to take a pic or write down what's on the windshield sticker! Less than 1 * if possible.

The customer service experience was exceptional. Kevin was amazing. Kevin patiently explained our options and gave no pressure. The option we picked, Kevin said happened to the be the most popular. Kevin highlighted the features Clean Freak offers and wanted to make sure we were completely happy. Since it happened to be a slower day Kevin even check in on us after the wash while we were vacuuming and wanted to make sure we were happy and had no problems. You don't come across personable and conscientious employees like Kevin very frequently anymore. We applaud the exceptional customer service.

This car wash will scratch your car and they will not do anything to help you get it fixed. Recommend going elsewhere. The brush dropped on my hood, stopped spinning temporarily and restarted again. I noticed the scratches at 5AM the next day and they will only let you fill out an incident report if you report it immediately after your car wash. No one has answered the customer service phone in the last week and voicemail is full.

Been here since it started and opened. First, one bar code on a card to cover both cars. No problem they set it up for me. Now that they don’t feel like they need new people they started closing down that deal and limited me to my work car only. Today I come in and was told I can’t have the barcode loose and has to be placed on vehicle. Sorry but in a state vehicle I don’t get to put stickers where I want. He was happy to cancel my membership without a single f. So let’s be honest- the car wash sucks. It was mid when it opened but the car remains dirty and wet after a wash and dry. Not just wet but soaked. I have also come here soooooo many times and it’s closed for maintenance. The dryers shouldn’t even be there, they do nothing. Happy to take my business across the street to the car wash that has working equipment, doesn’t change the terms on you as they feel like, and provides a quality wash. Don’t waste the money here. You will find yourself continuing to dry with wet rags. Good luck.
