For some reason at this gas station it makes me hold the gas pump the entire time if I let go it will just automatically turn off every time

Lucky if your card will work at the pump, even more lucky if you can find a pump working. Its sad how often this 2 year old gas station is broke down.

Men's bathroom was cluttered, dirty. Staff seemed to be disorganized. Cashiers were courteous and pleasant. Customers in the store practiced social distancing, few were masked, as I was 😷.

The shell gas is really good... To bad the pump area very rarely has window water or paper... The pumps are REALLY REALLY dirty and have been this way for a couple months... Sorry for this bad review but you need to know... tge 3 stars are for the Shell fuel NOT the pumps...

I've made the mistake of getting gas here three times. Three strikes in you're out. Every single time I have had serious problems with the pumps. The people inside the store are not friendly and I can go anywhere and be treated rudely but when I'm spending my money somewhere, you treat me rude and I'm not coming back into your store. And then when you have pumps that don't work either... And I get false advertising from get upside app where I'm supposed to get a gas discount and don't anytime I use your stinking store. Can't stand it. I will never come to your store again I don't care what the problem is.

4 customers in the entire store and took like 10 minutes to check out. The young man behind the counter is the entire reason why people don't want to pay higher minimum wage people like this is at fault for for the resistance to better pay I would vote against higher minimum wage just to keep this guy from getting paid better he couldn't move any slower if you absolutely tried. Thanks for waiting part of my day Richard

Im always having issues with the pumps. during the busiest times of the day, they have 1 single cashier. Also, there are never any lids for their fountain drinks, which are usually terrible anyway. Updated to 1 star. It's still awful. The fountain drinks ALWAYS suck. Flat, bland etc. Really disappointed

I timed the pump for 87 at 1 gallon every minute and 12 seconds.... turn your pumps up. It was annoying enough in my car, I can't imaging filling up my truck here...

Whoever the black dude was working September 24th 2024 night shift, deserves a raise. I can be a prickly guy, but this guys attitude was immaculate. Everyone who walked out of the store walked out with a smile on their face including myself.

Was on the DoorDash order and pressed for time pulled up to pump. 8 went inside. Put nine dollars on pump. 8 walked outside. The pump wasn’t working went back inside and apparently one of the other employees didn’t mention pump. 8 wasn’t working so I asked them if they could transfer it to pump seven They said OK walked outside to pump seven pump wouldn’t turn on clerk walks outside. Meet me at the pump. It says the money I put on pump. 8 will be credited back to my card. Unfortunately, that was the last nine dollars I had in my account clerk said it would take up to 24 hours for it to post back on my account. Meanwhile, I still have this DoorDash order in my car. was able to get a hold of a friend and he sent me $15 for gas so I went back inside and put $15 on pump five went outside pump 1499 in my car and left check my bank account and the one penny that I didn’t use in gas was credited immediately to my account The nine dollars is still missing. I will never go to the Shell station again. The employees inside definitely don’t know what they’re doing and was told management wouldn’t be there till next week. Very unprofessional gas station would not recommend to anyone. if I could give you no stars, I would’ve, but I had to give you at least one star to make this post. Hope nobody else has to deal with ignorant people.

Not too sure why this is listed as a gas station, more like a convenience store that occasionally has a couple functional gas pumps. Highly recommend if you’re about to pee your pants but if you’re about to run out of fuel, you’d be better off pushing your car down to circle k
