Paid for mid grade wash at this BRAND NEW CAR WASH and the line broke down leaving many of us stranded in line with no way to move up or out for 20 minutes. Then they finally started telling folks they were down for an unknown amount of time. Finally got out of line and then went in to see about getting a credit for a wash at another time. No one was at the register or in the office to speak to. Waited another 10 minutes and then said heck with it and left. Tried to call the wash up a little later and no one answered. Not a very Good First Impression for a new business in a crowded field.

Watch this company!!! You pay for a membership for the ultra wash and they never give it to you. Even if you tell them, even if you go through several times, they still get it wrong. I’ve even had a conversation with the manager and AGAIN got the wrong wash. I’m canceling my membership today. I’m over it.

This place is has terrible customer service. I brought a membership, and within the 1st month of having it, my car got damaged. I have a brand new 2024 Buick Envista. I went through the car wash on 8/27/24. I was one of three cars stuck on the conveyor belt, due to some technical issues with the car wash. I was right at the end of my wash near the blowers. Well after a minute or so the conveyor belt started back up and the wash was complete. I pulled over to the vacuums to dry my vehicle off and that's when I noticed a piece of my window trim blew back. I immediately reported this to the supervisor, in which he (Steve) agreed that the blowers were extremely strong and powerful, and did cause that damage to my vehicle. He put in the claim with their insurance company QBE. About two weeks later after calling and leaving vm's I even had to stopped by just to see what was going on with my claim. I was laughed at by (Avery) when I expressed how I had been trying to get a hold of someone. I was told that I couldn't have anyone from corporate name for legal reasons. Like really! Anywho I finally got a hold of corporate in which they just gave me the runarounds too. Telling me to call the car wash and call the insurance companv. In which I did, no response. So I get a denial letter from QBE two weeks later stating "The damage to my vehicle is inconsistent with the wash operation." Like wow! So I call them to dispute their denial claim. and again no call back ever! So I just want to warn others of how they operate business. I wish I could give zero stars. • Q express wash

Don't take your car to this location unless you want it damaged due to negligent employees! The employee had us packed like sardines...literally inches from the car in front and behind. Ended up rear ending the car in front of me because of the stupidity of the employee and the suv who stopped at the end by the blowers...will NEVER use this location again!! Apparently it's their business practice to blame everyone but their employee's negligence and stupidity! Im not the only one to have damages from this location...their insurance company QB's business practice is too also blame the customers instead of the employees! 🤬🤬🤬

I went to 2 different locations and was able to experience the differences. Customer service was great! I'd never been there before, so to have someone assist without being asked was extremely helpful. The location on Reynolds gave me disposable towels to dry off my car, while the one on Holland-Sylvania gave me dash wipes. I preferred those . The soap that they use, I could smell it through the vents while gliding through the car wash. It smelled AMAZING at both locations. A membership was offered, but not uncomfortably forced in both places. I declined and that was that. No pushiness. I'll definitely be back to the one with the dash wipes. Dashboards get so dusty!

My husband ended his membership in Holland and wanted to try this place before getting a membership closer to home. Their line took forever. Then, once we got up to the wash, the employee got mad because we refused to pull in on someone else's bumper. They don't guide you in straight. It also doesn't dry very well. It leaves white spots all over a Grey vehicle. Overall, it was a very slow, rushed, uncomfortable process.

Paid 16 dollars for a car wash and under carriage cleaning. didn’t even clean my under carriage after paying for it,I had a half of pallet and a street cone in the bed of my truck they told me I couldn’t go through with out that being removed why didn’t they tell me that before I paid for the wash. Still bird shit and salt all over. Next time I’m going down the street do it myself for 5 dollars.

I was in Toledo for a wedding and just wanted to get the salt off of my car, it was quick, efficient and the price for just a simple wash was great, I can't even get into the self wash bay in my home town for that price, and my car looked good!

I signed up for the basic monthly membership at a rate of $20. I am approximately 7 weeks into this membership and have been frequenting the establishment multiple times a week. I feel the overall quality of car wash versus the twenty-dollar membership is well worthwhile. I've noticed if the line shuts down for a brief moment there have been a couple of times the car needed to be rewashed.

This is one of the best sites to wash at!!! I’ve been a member with the Toledo washes since they were under the previous management/ownership. As a long time member, I can say Steve, Daniel, Jerry, Casen, Amy, Zach and all of the team really know how to keep their customers coming back!! They take great care of their site, and truly care about their customers in addition to the quality of the wash. I have multiple memberships and we bring our cars here, to a team we trust!
