BEWARE!! My car windshield cracked because of their equipment. Their system stopped on me in the middle of the wash & then rebooted. I honestly can’t confirm if that was the same day, but most likely that was the same incident. A few minutes after leaving the car wash, I noticed a big crack in the windshield & immediately went back to file a damage claim. I showed them that the starting point of the damage was caused by a metal with power. First, they told me it will take 72 hours max to get back with me with their assessment of the damage claim. It took them over a week, after several follow ups, claiming the case is managed by the assistant manager and corporate. Yesterday, the assistant manager left me a voicemail (using the business line) without leaving any details, and when I called (literally over 10 times), someone answered me saying the assistant manager “didn’t come to work today” & said she will put a note for him and assured that he will work tomorrow from 10-3, and so I went to them this morning after 10. The assistant manager gave unrealistic justifications & said I since left the premise, the damage could be from anything else. I told him I came right away after I saw the crack & it was impossible that this big crack would be from something other than the car wash equipment. It was pointless to talk more, and so I cancelled my and my wife’s memberships immediately. I have recommended the previous business to many friends in the past, but I will now make sure they know exactly what happened. Since this business took over (after I have been with the previous business for about a year), and replaced the equipments with pretty old ones, I felt something wrong would happen. Honestly, I didn’t expect them to be unprofessional & lazily careless. I wish Google allowed me to give a zero or a negative star rating to be able to publish this review! I was sharing this bad experience with a friend (who knew about it since last week), and recommended writing an online review, and I highly appreciate his advice… Going through previous reviews, wow, what a coincidence that another customer had scratches all over his car ONE week ago, the same time I had the problem & the manager told me that I was the only one with a problem of this sort!!!!!!!! I edited the post to include this note…. BEWARE!!

Went to it for first time. Part of the car wasn’t cleaned as pic. I sent them on Facebook messenger, they sent me gift code for one time wash. 2nd time was good without any issue. Good costumer service and good cleaning. Location is good.

The employees are very friendly, the membership fee is reasonable, and there are multiple convenient locations where I live. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the blowers are not as powerful as I would like. There is still a lot of water on my car when I exit the wash so I have to spend a few extra minutes towel drying it. I have been through other car washes that seem to blow off more water so I think there must be better equipment available.

I don’t want a monthly membership. I don’t want to tell you my name. Please just take my $$ and open the gate. The car wash near Walmart at Spring Meadows is now where my car will get washed- they don’t feel the need to make it a negative experience.

Aug 26, 2025 at 11:45a pI personally witnessed an employee at this car wash snatch a Black woman’s phone right out of her hand and then refuse to honor her paid membership. What I saw was absolutely unprofessional, aggressive, and unnecessary. The customer did nothing wrong—she simply wanted the services she pays for. Instead of providing help, the employee escalated the situation and physically took her property. This behavior was shocking, completely unacceptable, and it put the customer in a position where she was disrespected and attacked. No paying member should ever be treated this way. If this is how they handle members, I cannot recommend anyone spend their money here. This business needs accountability and serious training on how to treat customers with respect. That employee should be removed from his duties. This company deserves 0 stars.

Clean Express Auto Wash is my go to spot from here on out! One of the main reasons is because my guy Eddie works there! He’s always cool, friendly, and makes sure everything runs smooth. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it shows. He took the time to educate me on what will be the best kind of wash for my specific car and it always looks great when finished! Place is clean, quick, and super convenient. It’s nice knowing I can roll in, get a solid wash, and be on my way without any hassle. If you're in the area, definitely swing by and check it out. And if you see Eddie, let him know he's doing a great job — dude’s the real deal.

If you want to be sold to even after you say no, then go here. The last two times I went here I told them I was not interested in the monthly plans. It didn't matter, they will not take no for an answer. The more I said no, the ruder the guy got. I just wanted to get a car wash but I left here frustrated. I will not be back. The guys also told me that they cater to the subscription business because 95% of their customer are subscriptions. I guess the company doesn't want my money then.

Always a pleasure to come to this location. I'm partial to my home location but I must admit any time I can justify coming over to this location on central I take advantage of it. They... meaning, the location on central here is well kept, clean, efficient, quick, the vacumns are the best in town. I really didn't know there was anything better than what I have at my home location and well..I am so thrilled everytime I get to go through this one I feel lime a kid at chic fila...lol everyone's always smiling and I think Cory secretly lives in the back somewhere because he's here alot. Thanks for making a carwash exciting for me and my mini van. Heck it leaves out of here feeling like a SUV. Hahaa Okay see you soon. Keep up the good work. It takes alot of effort to be the best and I know it doesn't come easy... as it shouldn't. Your efforts are highly appreciated.

My car did get washed, and I feel that the quality of clean was appropriate for the pricing. I do not feel that The nagging and almost harassment from the staff to buy a membership, upgrade my wash, or take a survey was worth what I got for a car wash. I want to be able to get my car washed, vacuum it out and not have random people walking up to me, insisting I take a survey Home with me or asking me my reasons for why I don’t wanna buy a membership today. There are tons of car wash options in the greater Toledo area and I will be taking my business somewhere where I do not feel harassed.

Be very careful at this carwash, do not hand them your credit card, only use contactless payment. My credit card info was stolen here, I know this because it’s the only place I still handed my card to. Also, the employees are disrespectful and sometimes argumentative and management doesn’t care enough to reply to emails.

Sometimes a business needs to listen to a customer. I wanted a single wash. I knew what I wanted. But after waiting in line behind one car for 10 minutes while he held the phone of the driver of the car in front of me, I knew the hard sell was coming. And sure enough it was. An automated car wash will never be as good as what I can do 9 months of the year in my garage. Pay is probably tied to sales, but "boss" (since that's what he called me over and over) there comes a time to give it up. If I could've gotten out of line easily and gone elsewhere, I would have. Won't be back.

This is my second time getting a wash at one of these locations. For $18 i was expecting something a little more thorough. All that was washed was basic surface dirt. I had to then clear off excess soap residue on my own. I could have easily spent $5 at a manual car wash and done a better job in the same amount of time. Will not be returning to any of the locations. I also see why the vacuums are free. My handheld battery powered one does a better job than their mounted ones.

Pros: gets your car clean and priced reasonable. I wish I could come here more often. Cons: PUSHY and RUDE SALES STAFF. I don't frequent this car wash as much as other places due to the staff ALWAYS pushing and nagging me to buy a monthly membership. This is a BIG turnoff to coming here. I just want to get my car washed without having to explain myself. Cannot recommend due to this. I noticed that a lot of other people have stated the same problem. I'm not understanding why the owner is allowing it to continue.....I'm assuming he is responsible for the harrassment.

On December 10th 2025, 12:30pm I got into line for a cheap, simple wash. Robbie, the sales guy at that time, was talking me and my vehicle up for a genuine 9 minutes. Asked for my phone number, got declined, and we went forward. I told him I needed the cheapest wash, because I had a ton of salt on my jeep. He then scammed me into signing up for a membership, of which I cancelled on 12/21/25 (I have a screenshot showing this). I checked my bank account today, February 18th 2026 and see a pending $42 charge??? I had to cancel my membership a SECOND time?? Im beyond pissed off because I never even wanted the membership to begin with, much less have to cancel two times. Immediately flagged as fraud on my account. So unprofessional and unacceptable.

I used to like coming here but it has become a nuisance to get my car washed. The staff tries to force you into getting a membership and if you decline, they'll ask your reasons why. I shouldn't have to give my reasons, they should be accepted at face value. I went in for a quick wash today and the prices have increased significantly. A single wash is $26. They're basically forcing you into a membership and I'd rather drive 20 minutes to another car wash that will do it for 1/4 the price without the harassment.

Customer service is AMAZING!! They always make sure you’re satisfied with your wash and answer questions. The wash is fabulous and leaves my car super shiny and clear. The vacuums are very powerful. I 100% recommend😄😄!!

I’m not a member, I don’t get car washes enough to make it worth it. The girl taking money was rude asking why I wasn’t a member, instead of asking if I’d be interested in becoming a member. Windshield has normal bug smears on it, nothing crazy but none of it came off and all the soap didn’t get rinsed from my back window leaving dried soap stains. I will not go back ever.
