The hot water is great, but the car wash needs attention for sure! The on stall the hose was ripped out and I didn't realize until I ran my card and water started sraying from the top! And the stalls in general are gross. Maybe more garbage cans. It would be a great car wash otherwise! Oh and when you call the number to let them know a stall needs maintenance, the mailbox if full and you can't leave a message!

Used to love coming here due to proximity of our daily drive. Today, the automatic wash let us down. Not nearly as clean as usual. Might have to try somewhere else.

Automatic services are best! My favorite car wash. Most effective non damaging fits bigger vehicles awesome light show. Thorough wash up down front and back. Basic prices for self wash. Limited vacuum services by purchase but good lengthy time per buck.

My car was dirty so I decided to get a wash in before Sunday and I come home to it being half clean and the other half looking like it was never touched by the car wash. I paid $14 for this!? Very unsatisfied👎

The first self wash stall wouldn't take my card. Moved over to another and it took my card but it turns out the sprayers are out of soap. I called the provided number a few times and it goes to a voicemail that is full. We won't be back. Consider brown bear instead for a self car wash.

Paid for the $14 auto wash. Put in $15. Did not get change. The machine that washes your car goes really fast compared to other car washes. The back of our car did not come clean. the car was still pretty wet when done. And we found a green liquid that had been dripped all over the car when we got home.

I personally love this wash, and haven’t experienced any other complaints other patrons have had. The vacuums don’t work, but letting the owner know the top wash charges $10 not $14

The auto wash has a broken button, which I had the joy of finding out AFTER I paid with cash for the $10 option. It defaulted to $8 and ate up the rest of my money. It doesn't clean as well as other touch less washes. Hopefully someone can fix the machine or at least mark that button as broken.

Would not recommend just move to the area took my BMW through the automated portion of the car wash spent $14 for the full underbody essentially everything they offer drove two blocks to head home holding in the driveway and my car absolutely looked like dog crap dirt grime everywhere.

Spent $13 to rinse off my car , wash it with the foam brush and rinse it off. Half of my car is still covered in soap they won't answer their phone not only that the voicemail is full and has been full every time I've called. But I should have known when I pulled in and it looked as ghetto as it really is. I have no idea how they have the star rating they have because half the times the vacuums don't work and I think they're just taking people's money and not being held accountable for it. This could be a really nice place but it's not 😐

The bay I used was dirty with all kinds of debris littered about. The timer started running before you could turn the sprayers on. Lost about 30 seconds feeding the beast. Having said that, I will say the place had hot water with a lot of water pressure. The place was neither good nor bad. Big vehicles will cost a lot of money to hand wash. My ford ranger work truck cost me $9.00, and I was hurrying.

Paid for the most expensive touchless wash and the under carriage sprayer wasn’t working. Then I get out and there is very obvious loose dirt still all over my car. Going to try for a refund but they don’t ever answer the phone number they have listed.

Probably the best self care wash I’ve found in the greater Spokane area. Water pressure was extremely good and even had hot water high pressure. All the wands and accessories worked great and every option on the dial worked as well. It’s a little bit of a drive from my home but worth it. Highly recommended if you like using the self wash option at car washes. Only issue was when I used my credit card it asked me to add .75 cents which was confusing. Great experience overall.

Love this little car wash! They are on top of their maintenance and are pretty reasonable when it comes to prices. One of the few places left that still take quarters. They take care also. I save my quarters and look forward to stopping in there to wash our machine. 5 Stars guys in the maintenance and still having machines that take car change!
