Dumb ass cashier. I came here to wash my car 4 times and used the coupon, it's work. today, i came here, a new man cashier he didn't accpet the coupon and he said the coupon not included the days expire. But he doesn't know the website have no expire day even he doesn't know where's the coupon come from. He called his boss and they said the coupon is working. But he doesn't reserve me the service and he said get out. I never come back here again

Decently priced car wash, but they do was by hand and they tend to get all the little nooks and crannies that other car washes tend to overlook. Wish they were about 2 dollars cheaper but still my go to car wash, as they do good work and usually its not too crowded like the other local car washes

Have been using this car wash for years. Today I was told, not asked, to stay in my car, drive onto the pulling assembly, and put my car in neutral. Had a hard time with both, then started getting hot and stuffy inside as they started washing. Freaked out, and they still tried to make me stay In car. They have never made me do this before, they we're extremely disrespectful and misogynistic. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!

They do an average job, depending on the day. The products that they use leave the surfaces of my interior...steering wheel, gear shift knob...etc. slippery. The scents they use are not close to natural and my windows fog up randomly for almost a week after my car wash here. Sorry.

Reasonable prices and they actually wash your car with their hands not a swirly brush.

tl;dr: I accidentally bought an expensive car wash, they wouldn't refund my money, I was told I could redeem the wash after the expiration date, when I tried to do so the owner refused to honor his employee's written word, and refused to refund my money. A similar thing happened to my fiancee last year. The long version: After hitting the wrong button on the gas pump and buying an expensive car wash back in May, I headed in to see the attendant. Imagine my surprise when he couldn't just refund the money; only his boss, the owner, could do that. His boss was apparently unreachable, but Raphael assured me that I could use my car wash another time. I told him I wasn't in the area often (at least not when they're open; my work schedule is crazy) and wouldn't be able to use it in the next 30 days before it expired. He assured me it would be honored whenever I came in, and at my request wrote "good" on the receipt and signed it, saying that would be enough. I've been past a few times since, and of course they weren't open. Fast forward to today, when I went to get my car washed. The attendant informed me the expiration date was past. I explained all of the above. She said (very politely) that it didn't matter; the expiration date was past. I asked her to call the owner and spoke to him. I explained the situation again; he asked to talk to Rose. She took the phone to Raphael, who was apparently in back, and he reported a different version of the conversation where he said no such thing. The owner then informed me that he'd spoken to Raphael, who had never said any such thing. I clarified that I was speaking to the owner, that he had the ability to waive the expiration date, and that he was refusing to do so because he didn't believe me. (I used the term "liar," he said he wasn't calling me a liar, but that he'd heard from Raphael that no such thing had ever been said to me.) We went back and forth on this for quite some time, with him prevaricating on side issues rather than answering my question about whether or not he would honor his employee's word or refund my money. Eventually he responded that I was correct: despite owning the place, being able to do so (with no more cost to him than it would have had if I'd come by before the expiration date), and understanding the circumstances, he refused to either honor the wash or refund my money. As an added complaint, my fiancee bought a car wash a year or so ago and when he tried to go by the next day was told by the owner that you had to use the car wash when you pumped gas, despite what the receipt said.

I would suggest that you go here well before closing time. I don't know when the car wash actually closes but apparently if it's close to closing time you're out of luck. I paid for my wash and pulled into to vacuum area for service. Each dude or there was doing something on their phone as if there was not a customer there for service. One guy even got up like he was going to start, saw the others and decided he needed to get out his phone as well. I didn't have a problem with a refund. Just a heads up about when to go for a car wash or when not to go. I went there before and they performed well. You just have to catch them at the right time.

Not coming back. Would agree with the woman's review of mysiognistic men. I have had to drive back asking them to redo vacuuming or wiped down. The only part of this is the machine that works well, doing 50% of the work. It's not cheap. I had been coming here a few times the wash is fine because they put soap and the machine does the work.(dummy proof) The problem is a few of the workers have very bad attitudes & fail to wipe down interiors which requires checking. The manager has a bad attitude too and the workers are menial workers. There is no way to get service for what you pay for the same consistently. Overall, waste of time.

I purchased my car wash at 1:39 p.m. and pulled up in line to wait for my car to get vacuumed. Vacuuming wasn't started until 2:40 p.m. An hour wait just to get the car vacuumed! What I observed while waiting in my car: the workers move really slow. One of the workers was on his smoke break and was smoking near the cars being vacuumed, now my car smells like cigarettes. The Asian lady who is the cashier talks to the employees that are washing cars causing them to move even slower. When my car finally got vacuuming started, I told the Asian lady "wow an hour wait!!" she retorted back "i told you there is a wait" I said, "no, you said thanks for waiting, there are 3 cars ahead of you." Next time give a timing so your customers can plan better! Will never come back here and give you my money with the terrible service you provide. This has been happening for 2 years now and nothing has improved. I will go to one of the many car wash places along Clayton Rd and spend my money there for better car wash and service.

By hand car wash you will need to hop out and help finish the job. When you pay $22 for a exterior only car wash you expect it to be at least half decent. After I pointed the guy missed some spots, I ended up discovering the car wash still 1/4 wet, dirty bumper, windows and lots of misses spots. This place is super terrible, definitely not wasting my money coming here again

I have been herea few times since they moved from the corner on thornwood where the ducky place is now. --first the positives: same cool mgr guy works here: middle eastern-ish, mustache, glasses, friendly. Hes the best. Second, many of same staff still works here from other place-another plus, third, the same hard working staff. And the waiting area for customers with canopy is gd touch. Cons: i got here at 2:40/2:45 ish. Still here at 4:11...u guys gotta really figure out a more efficient way to get the cars out and make your staff work less, so they can get more volume in which means more cash for u both. The new customers are waiting way to long, the vaccuum should be at end, which not only cuts the minimum wage on tips for the front end guys, but u are hand washing all the cars ontop of it, which also tires out your hard working staff, but why arent u using that expensive car wash machine ? Thats what its there for! The whole process now in spring is so bad that either u will get bad reviews come summer, or your great staff will quit on u. The way it was b4 gave better service, less wait time, and more money for u- the last im sure of as its was an efficient machine assembly line. At this time, my car is finally rolling out to be dried and polished. Thats now almost an hr and a half .--- for ONE car who has up to now been touched by at least 6 people since ive been here. Think about it.. That being said, your staff does a great job, and deserves more money for sure...sincerely, constructive customer..

After four attempts to use this car wash, I give up. There is no clear entrance or a person in charge. It’s random, chaotic cars coming and going. How any cars got into the car wash itself is a mystery because there is no “start here”, no one to greet you and take your keys. I’m sure they know how to take your money. Ridiculous.

Got here at 525pm for a car wash- was told we close at 530 and only one employee- who was washing his own car- terrible service and won't ever spend a dime here, or at any national petroleum for gas again. Drive thru 5 min car wash waste

They recently revamped all of the equipment and layout of the car washing areas. There is now one lane to enter, but it seems more streamlined. Signage and stoplights are more clear about things like when to pull out of the wash. During the hand-dry, I sometimes worry they'll wipe the wax off of the windows from too much force. I haven't had issues yet. Overall worth it for someone who doesn't want to hand wash there own car. There's a variety of internal/external wash options. I always just go for the basic 3 polish wax with no internal cleaning. It's always worked for me. They have a waiting area for those choosing internal cleaning.
