I still don't know why I deal with this place. Every time I come in there is a new policy for screwing you. I come here to fill up gas not because it's the cheapest but because they give you .20 off per gallon on a carwash. For years I have been saving my receipts and give them like 5 at a time where they add the gallons and apply the discount. Well today they decide to tell me only one receipt per wash. Guess now I stop buying the 100 gallons a week of fuel from them and save the receipts for later use. What happened to customer service. Eff these money hungry sobs. It may take a year but I will get my money's worth.

I discovered this car wash, because of a $3.00 off coupon offered by CCWD. This morning, I went there for the 2nd and last time. Why & what happened?!?! I did not know they have a policy, which stipulates that only their employees can drive our cars through their automated car wash. The 1st time (last week), this was a non-issue, because the attendant waved me through. Today, when I again elected to drive my own car through, a different attendant reached into my car and aggressively grabbed the receipt out of my hand, as I sat there dumbfounded. His body language and facial expression essentially told me to go F**K OFF, as he pointed his finger, telling me to back up and get the H**L OUT. Think about this for a moment: to use their car wash, you must absolve them of all liabilities for any and all potential damages to your car, but you are required to turn your car over to a complete stranger....name unknown, background unknown, employment history unknown, driving skills/driving record/driver's license status unknown...etc, etc, etc..as he climbs in with dirty & wet shoes and clothing, as your valuables and knick-knacks are visible or tucked away in "hidden/secret" compartments. I mean, come on -- this is not exactly like valet parking at a 5-star hotel or restaurant. Am I being overly paranoid? Probably, but if I don't notice I'm missing something until after I'm home, do you seriously think management or Concord PD would accept my word at face value? Think I’m exaggerating? Hop over to Yelp and read the 1-star reviews, in particular, the review posted by “Lori P.” on May 26, 2019, wherein she claims someone stole her phone charger when she left her car to be serviced over a 2-hour period. Many other 1-star Yelp reviews focused on the rudeness of staff, in particular, the management staff. I don't know if this "employees only" policy is common in this area. But I do know it's certainly not universal and that this is the first time I've come across this situation. And it's also my last time, at least at this facility.

This place always does a great job - inside & out. They are very detailed & the pricing is very reasonable. There's a nice shady spot to wait while your car is being cleaned.

Poor quality they rush your car wash not even dry, plenty of spots. Also tire dressing is not fully complete. Tire dressing doesn’t even last one day. I do not recommend this place.

They have new equipment. The guys wash the car very well on both sides before it goes through the wash tunnel. When you car is done they drive it over to you. They could use more chairs and shade for customers to wait. I suggest they wash the windows of the tunnel wash so you can watch you car get cleaned. That's just fun. I'll be back.

The worst ever for me. They forgot to wipe many places. I watched from afar and had to tell the manager about the missing places they did not clean. The hood had water spots (no wipe). The roof same thing (he did do one spot). Sunroof glass not touched. Lower part of car sides not wiped at all. Dirt came off very easy when I did it. I still tip but the worker would not take the money. (attitude) Terrible customer service and wash!! I rather let the rain wash my car. Oh and the vacuum was terrible also...

Called to confirm pricing on a hand wash. Was told it would be $20 total for the full service. Arrived and was told I have to purchase the wash service for $16.99 and then $20 on top of that. Manager did not want to take responsibility for the misinformation since “it must have been one of his other two guys”. Wasted my time. expectations

This place by far is the best car wash around. You can get your car fully washed, with tires, and vacuum for $44. Best deal is their by 3 get 1 free. You pay up front for 3x$44 and get 1 free car wash. They do fundraising too which I am sure is a plus to any of the local schools or sports teams/dance company’s.

This was the first time, that I have personally been. And for a first-time experience, I had a great experience. The price that you pay for a car wash here is comparable to those of competition, but I feel like you get much better service then other places

I just paid the full price for a number two carwash with exterior and interior cleaning. I had already vacummed all of the rugs. They were done with my car in minutes. I complained to the manager that there was still dust every where and it was still dirty inside. He did not offer to complete the cleaning or offer a refund for the interior. Basically. Too bad. I am done with them. Worst wash ever.

As a resident living in the area of this business it is disappointing that the Diablo Car Wash neglects the maintenance of its landscaping and hardscaping. This once pristine looking locale is sadly no more! Please water and mow your 'grass'! Clean out the weed, trim your trees, and weep and power wash your hardscape. Your business is an eyesore!

Disappointed. They forgot to reset my side mirror which if they’d done, they would’ve realized it’s still wet. While driving off streaks of water marred my windows creating dry water marks over the poorly cleaned windows. It was obvious the top of my car was poorly / half-assed dried. So regret tipping for the poor service. And by the way—this was early morning on a Tuesday with no cars after me and only one before me, so being quick to deal with lots of cars was not an issue.

I called them before I went to see if they could wash a hearse (the outside) and put the protective coating on the vinyl top. I was informed they needed to see it first, which I completely understand. When I arrived, the hearse was inspected and I was given a quote along with many cleaning options. They did a fantastic job and I have never seen the vinyl look so beautiful! It looks brand new! I appreciate the whole team's work and the manager (sorry I didn't get his name). Before I left the manager came and inspected the whole hearse to ensure it was done correctly/ up to standards. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you again!

I have a very large and tall truck. Thankfully I found a place that can accommodate my extra tall and large truck. They did a great job cleaning and shining my truck. They were friendly and helpful. My new go to wash as my truck won't fit in most car washes. Price is great too!!

Only place I’m willing to travel +20 minutes to get my vehicles washed. They do charge an extra $20 for handwashing on top of their regular prices which I don’t mind paying for. Some days are a hit or miss in some areas for cleanliness. Nothing too serious tho. I do recommend this place if you’re someone who’s particular on getting your car hand washed and not having a machine ruin your paint.

This place was very average. I went in there to get a wash for my vehicle which is a 2019 Nissan Frontier Compact truck. Normally I've washed my vehicle at home but I was injured at work and have restrictions on using my left arm. The wash was supposed to be $34.99. When I got there, they told me it was an oversized vehicle. To me an oversized vehicle is like a full-size van or something. They told me it would cost an extra five dollars. I told them I thought this was insane and this was a compact truck. The manager told me All pick up trucks were considered oversized. What a laugh and a absolute money grab on their behalf. I'm sure the only vehicle that qualifies for the standard size is probably a motorcycle. I went to pay with my fleet services card that is always used for all the fuel I buy there. That did not work. I did call them before I came in and they told me that the Fleet card that worked at the gas pump would work for the wash. For some reason, their machine did not recognize it. I had to leave my drivers license drive home get cash and come back. This was pretty annoying. The quality of their service was very average. There were a lot of nooks and crannies in the console that did not get wiped out, and there was still some dirt on the floor. I had to go over it with a wipe and fix all the spots that they did didn’t get. Kind of surprising considering the price of the services Overall, probably not worth $40.00. I would definitely not patronize them again. Forty Dollars plus tip they should at least pay more attention to what they're doing. It was pretty careless to say the least. I must say that the girl that worked at the front counter was very pleasant.

Almost $70 for a car wash this is insane. But what is more insane is that I had to wash it at home as soon as I got home. Wheel were dirty parts of the car were dirty. I specifically asked for windows to be clean better since last time it was not. Still the same. No quality, just a pure rip off.

First time here and not impressed. Paid for the top package and the carpets shampooed. So totally was 67 dollars. Still got thing on the floor not vacuumed. Parts of the interior still wet. Cup holder still got dirt in them. Outside of the truck got spots and dirt all around that I am able to wipe off with my hand. My grill still got the green soap in it. I was the only car there at the time. Place might be ok for a quick outside wash but not worth what I paid. Went home with a wipe and a personal bottle of cleaner and took care of all these spots myself in 10 min. They had 4 ppl on my truck.
