I just looked at a review that was not glowing and the management and ownership actually said we love you too? Unbelievable. I’ve gone to CJ‘s car wash many many times and was always happy. This last time I took my daughter‘s car and the windshield cracked when I went into the car wash heard it .I filed an incident report. Justin at the car wash was very helpful. He seemed to know that this happens often and offered me the email and who to contact which is Josh. After contacting Josh, I was told that it wasn’t their fault and it was from a rock chip . I have video evidence that the car was perfectly fine 30 minutes beforehand from a camera at the house where the car was parked.. That is a common defense for every car wash. I asked Josh three times to provide me with corporate email or corporate phone number and he refuses to do so because I am fighting the denial. They really hide behind, not answering you or expecting you to not fight back. I know it happens but they have insurance that would pay for this. I had to go to the Boro of Fairlawn to try to find the executive office. I am not dissing the car wash itself. I am disrespecting the upper management. Ownership or manager if you see this, please don’t tell me you love me. Talk to Josh, call the Kearney office where they tell you that’s the corporate headquarters get my phone number and email and talk to me so we can work this out. Update: Josh did get back to me again so I give him that. He is still sticking by that there was a rock chip. I don’t know how I’m going proceed with this, but at least I tried!

I believe i got the “lava” wash second to highest one available. $18 what a waste! They did a really careless job drying the car. They paid zero attention to detail and didn’t even touch the rims or tires. I think the cheapest option would have delivered the same exact results!

My car was still dirty, especially my sunroof/moonroof 😑. I was not happy. I will not return. I paid for a top tier service and I certainly didn’t receive one, meanwhile they try to sell you the membership from the get go. I am happy I denied it because I don’t need to waste money nor time on a poor car wash. I have my usual but they were closed and I always see this one packed, must be because of the pricing or something because it can’t be the quality. Try at your own risk of a dirty vehicle 😂.

This “car wash” dumped copious amounts of wax on my car and hardly rinsed it. The conveyor belt was moving very quickly, presumably to get more cars in and out of this place in the name of PROFITS. My car was “dried” and I was waved goodbye. I then spent a half hour drying it and removing leftover wax from the body. The wheels were especially DIRTY, even after spending $18 on the “lava” package. If anything, I was left to clean up the eruption of wax that splattered all over my car. If you care about good service and a clean car, DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE.

GM was very nasty. Calling for Webcam. Insulting a female in Spanish. Very racist. I told him I heard Spanish because am from the Bronx. He said he is from the Bronx too. They were very confrontational. No chance to ask questions.

Amazing car wash ,, manager went out his way to make sure I knew of the monthly plans to save money and helped me to get rid of all the bird droppings that were on my car . Overall , he really made sure to take his time in explaining all of my options and making sure I was happy before I left The dryers work so hard and diligently I appreciate them so much

June 24th, 2024, After entering the car wash, my windshield cracked after the brush contacted the windscreen. The car wash manager informed me that I had to complete an incident report and that the corporate office would contact me. However, I have not heard from anyone. July 12th 2024. I just wanted to follow up on your response. I want to clarify that I have not been contacted by anyone. I have called the car wash multiple times and was instructed to email the provided address. The lack of a customer service phone number in the incident report demonstrates the need for better customer support. Please provide the images demonstrating that the windshield had a crack before entering the car wash tunnel. The video I have does not show the crack at all. (I am attaching a new video as evidence).

Tipped them for no reason. Im not picky at all, but the car wash didn't clean the car well enough. I had some writing on the windows, and half of it came off. I asked if they could take the rest off and they said I need a membership. Should've snatched the tip back and told him he needed a membership.

Worst $20 exterior only car wash I ever got! Rims look worse than when I went in. No tire dressing, and the guys at the end said that I was done faster than I got back from the tip jar, about two feet away. I drove to the shop rite, and when I parked, there was still soap or wax foam all over the car. Don’t know who gives them 5 stars, thank god for relatives!

This place used to be really good until recently when they choosing quantity over quality. For the second time in a row my car came out worse than it went in. It came out full of sticky glue like substances and water spots that are extremely hard to remove. I basically had to reclean my car manually and it still isn’t fully cleaned. Canceling my worthless $40 membership and moving on

Many people take more than 10 minutes to use the vacuum cleaner area. They start cleaning the inside of their cars as if no one else is waiting, unaware that there are other people waiting to use the vacuums as well. They used to have a sign that said the maximum vacuum cleaner usage time was 5 minutes.

Best car wash ! free vacuums and it has a great variety of soaps and waxes. Manager was very helpful in all the questions i needed for my membership and made everything smooth and clear. Dryers made sure to dry all wet spots. Overall very happy and will recommend family to come by and check it out!

Ever since I was referred here this is where I come to get my car washed and I get to vacuum my truck myself. It’s been a crazy month for me and I haven’t had my baby washed for some time now. So this Monday morning I decided to try squeeze a car wash in after dropping my daughter off at school. I pull in per usual, there were 3 heavy set guys in black sweaters one of them scanned my barcode tells me to put my truck in neutral but then he pauses and ask me if I have a credit card to put on file because when I originally came here I did have a temporary plate so I assumed that was the problem. However, I ran out of the house and left my purse so I explained that I do not have my wallet on me rn but I can bring it on the next wash. They wouldn’t even let me pay with cash or Apple Pay, they stated that they can’t take cash or Apple Pay so, I explained my situation this morning that didn’t matter. So they told me to just pull Thur slowly and wouldn’t wash my truck smh, some customer service that was. I pay every month and don’t even come here every month and the first time I really needed my truck washed your guys turn Loyal customers away ridiculous. So I went to a near by car wash close to my house and just paid $25 for them to wash my baby.

The wash is great but this new thing they have where they don’t dry your car is RIDICULOUS. So now i have to dry my own car and clean the interior? For the price they charge monthly, they need to do more than tell me “Car in neutral. No brakes”. Crazy. I’m definitely cancelling my membership.

Today, I went there to wash my car. I spent my hard earned money, and it was a mistake to go there. They damaged my car. I reported it to the employees, they did not speak English and were very rude. I asked for the manager, took a long time to show up. Manager came upset with a negative attitude and refused to take responsibility. I asked for a report and he gave me an attitude. Also claimed he was the owner. I am very disappointed as I prefer to support local businesses. Customer service, interpersonal skills and basic respect should be offered by anyone offering a service to the public, I called the police to get a report. I will be suing this business in court for damages. I do not recommend this place at all. I rather drive out of town and pay more to get a respectful, safe, and friendly service elsewhere.

Best vacuums in the area—hard to believe they’re FREE! Easily the strongest I’ve ever used, and they handled every bit of debris in my car with no problem. Definitely worth stopping by, and while you’re here, getting your car washed is a no-brainer. The staff is amazing and super friendly! I only wish I lived in the area instead of just passing through, because this would be my go-to spot for car washes and interior detailing. Honestly, I might just make the trip back every time!
