Today, I was just going into the store to purchase gas and a chocolate bar. And the clerk there was being very rude to me by the fact he was ignoring me when I was coming in to him to purchase my goods. I mean hello Clerk, it’s your job to take my money for my business! And I did file a complaint about it but the manager,she didn’t take me seriously. I don’t think I want to come back here again after my experience.

Just went inside this store with my child. The cashier in there playing music so loud with curses, floor was trashy. My son wanted a hot dog and I ask the cashier Cordella are their any buns, with an attitude she says “I don’t know and I don’t care”. Has to be the worst customer service I have seen in a while. I walked out and didn’t buy gas which I needed. I can’t spend my dollar at a place that has no respect for customers or it’s place of business

Pumps broken without any signs even though the staff knew the pumps were broken. Had to wait in line like usual at this store and then treated dismissively when went inside to inform them the pumps were broken. Will be choosing other gas stations moving forward.

The young lady with the pink head band on May 10 @ 5:15pm who was the cashier was rude, actually borderline nasty. I came in the store spoke to her she didn't say a word. Even said thank you to her after my purchase. These young people need to trained in manners. It will take you further than money!!!!

Cash only paper signs on the door. Nothing at this location works. Save the headache go somewhere else.

They apparently close at 7:30pm. I got a literal dollar into my tank when the pump shut down. At first I thought it was just my pump. I started walking to the store and see someone with an employee shirt grabbing the outside trash. The employee sees me coming and speed walks away. So I try to go inside and it’s locked. I wait at the door in hopes that the employee would walk back and they start walking to another trashcan away from me, so I’m waving them down and finally they state that they closed.

The worst experience ever. Never have coffee, always out of creamer, sugar, etc. Store is a filthy mess, employees look like they're miserable and treat customers accordingly. Go elsewhere, plenty of better options than Circle K. The entire chain in the Charleston area is the worst I've ever dealt with.

Don't use self check out! Was doubled charged item. When I questioned I was treated like I was stealing. Asked why I was being treated this way. Items were removed from self check out camera and was asked to leaved. Gladly.

The woman Mrs. Tammy was in there the morning of 2.1.2025 and she and just had a nasty attitude. Thankfully the other attendant mr. Patrick who has been there for a long time and always has been kind was there to help.

Terrible experience. The black lady with the blonde hair caught an attitude with me because while I was digging for my change in my purse I put the money on the counter? Apparently that’s rude here? I have never heard that before. I’m from Florida and have been in the service industry forever. Never have I heard that. Instead of telling me her thoughts she told the guy next to her. If anyone is rude YOU! People come from different places and have different mannerisms. That mannerism is not universal but the way you speak to people IS!!! Get yourself together.

Fire the manager Maria Mims she called the cops on a minor that’s wasn’t even 18 yet, and he also was just selling roses and accidentally broke a hole in a case of water which is obviously not that big of a crime.

Brand new Polar Pop machine down. Paid double for a 20 oz soda. #firstworldproblems They advertise these machines all over the place and on their gas trucks to get u in the store. They never seem to be working at the locations here in #chs

I live around the corner... I will usually let things go... This Circle K is the worst functional, personal, operating gas station i have ever walked foot in. I spend most of money in convenience stores. CIRCLE K. Will never see another dollar from me, because of this store's failure.

More than a week ago, I came to buy some drinks. The billboard installed near the doors of the market was blown away by the wind and fell on my car. My car was damaged. I reported this to the seller, there are witnesses who saw how it happened. She took my phone number and said that the manager will contact me tomorrow. But no one called me. I went there several more times and the same seller asked me if the manager contacted me? But no one called me. The gas station itself is good. But the fact that the manager simply considers it unnecessary to resolve such situations leaves a bad impression. My car is still damaged and I can't do anything. They say to wait for the manager to call, but no one calls me. Be careful with this, because if your car gets accidentally damaged at this station, no one will help you

I wish I would've went somewhere else. I went in here to get a cappuccinno and a hot dog. Of course, the cappuccino machine was down. I went to get my hotdog and they advertise a promotion where you get a hotdog, chips, and a fountain drink for $5. They only had two sausage dogs on the grill roller. The fountain drink machine was down. When I went to get my condiments for the sausage dog, there was a ton of fruit flies buzzing and flying around over all the condiments. It was nasty. I used packeted mayo and relish instead of the bottle due to the flies. The two sausage dogs cost $6. I could've went and to fast food for the same price, and got a drink.

I am a daily customer. have had no issues bringing in my service dog until this week, already called corporate about the situation and I'm still having issues all the way to being cussed at by the 3rd shift cashier named Allen . But it's okay for someone to bring in a dog that isn't a service dog . Horrible customer service at the store . I'm a paying customer, my service dog does what he needs to do and I still have issues by the manager about my service dog. Absolutely ridiculous.

Management today when visiting this morning was extremely rude. When did they treat 1st responders like complete crap. Went in to get a refill and usually I'm told to have a good day. Today was completely different. I was told I had to pay for my drink when I get it for free due to being a 1st responder. Management told me they don't do that to 1st responders.
