Was able to pay pump even though someone said I couldn't because they was told they couldn't? which was good I didn't listen because going in to get a drink was told they was only taking cash and the cashier didn't care to tell anyone walking in this until I had my items and went up to pay which I only had a card on me

The little light skinned lady that works late at night has a serious attitude problem! She has had an attitude the last 3 times I have been there! Ya'll need at have a serious talk with her about an attitude adjustment! She is so disrespectful! It's clear that she's not a people person! No customer service of whatsoever!

Spent $14 for the Ultimate wash, afterwards there was still dirt on my car so I asked the cashier if I could go through the wash a 2nd time (I know they can issue rewash codes if there are issues) and she told me I could either go home and wash it by hand or buy another one. Would not recommend.

The little guy behind the counter tonight at 6122 Garner's Ferry location was on his his phone... AGAIN! Putting it before the customers. I frequent there, everyone is always pleasant and welcoming. He welcomes everyone when walking in the door but his phone is in his hand. He asked if I wanted a receipt after my purchase, I said "yes please", he said "ok have a good night" without giving the receipt. I called him out on it. He isn't there being paid to be on his phone, period! Not the first time either. Blatant disrespect! I would give it a 5 star, but his constant rudeness and disrespect changed that

I came to this store to get some alcohol. I left wallet home. Since my husband and I both military members, we decided to give her our military IDs since we had them on hand. She no. With an absolute attitude. Saying she won’t accept that. I said ma’am this is an legal form of identification. Instead she rudely told us no and to leave. I never been treated so bad in my life. With no go back and will recommend to other military personnel not too. Too many gas stations in this world to deal with service like that.

It was raining, after 2 am. I was on a bicycle along with one of my friends. We were told after purchasing cigarettes and coffee that we couldn't stand under the awning in front of the store off away from the door that we needed to get moving. I will not be returning to this location nir will I recommend to anyone to patronize this particular location. Very rude and unfriendly, unprofessional, indecent human to be this way to another person in a cold rainy night. A October night with rain told to leave after purchasing almost $20 in items. Sorry circle k y'all bombed with this one tonight.

I went in and was the only customer. I said good morning and got no response from the clerk sitting on a stool texting. I went to the counter with two items and she said go to the other side and use self check out so I did. I told her I needed a pack of cigarettes and she huffed and puffed when she had to get up and get the cigarettes. I paid and left feeling a little uncomfortable.

Every time i come to this 24 hour location between 2-3 am its “closed” why are you advertising open 24 hours? Garners Ferry Road by I 77 Columbia SC and yes there is a lady inside “working”

I stopped by to buy some snacks from here and my phone died on me so I couldn’t pay with Apple Pay however ebony had a great attitude. Great customer service. She let me charge my phone and use my Apple Pay.

Love this place! If you're going to offer the speed checkout that allows customers to quickly check out items on their own, please stop asking customers to come up to the speed checkout who buy cigarettes and lottery tickets. Those customers should go to the traditional checkout being run by an employee. Thank you!!!

What a friendly staff! Overall good experience when going into this store on a regular basis. Recently I watched a woman in front of me standing in line wipe her nose several times on her hand, wipe her child's nose on her hand and then hand several items to the clerk to scan. After watching this, I asked the clerk if I could please help her scan my items, meaning I would hold up my items and the clerk would scan my items with the barcode scanner. I was told I could not do that by the clerk and that the clerk was the only one that could scan items. I elected not purchase the items. It would be nice if customers were given the option to scan their own items instead of the clerk handling food that customers are going to unwrap and eat. This location has a self checkout station but it was not working at the time. Thank you for considering this!

Nice Staff! After several trips and purchasing a 20 oz coke, it's clear the drinks are not cold enough. Drinks should be ice cold! Consider putting bottled drinks on ice so we can get a cold one during summer months. Thank you!

What is wtong with circle k, 2nd store this week that cant take cash, but then the card reader doesnt work. Inconvinent store. Citcle k needs to get their sct together or do i need to go to QT, have not had isdues there

I had an experience here a couple of weeks ago where the employees were talking about beating up a customer. I asked the guy his name and the male employee wouldn’t give his name, neither would the manager . Similar experience with another comment in the reviews. I’ve gone here for years and I’ve never experienced this before. The employees are usually super kind - recently the past few months they have not and are very aggressive. I hope you all change this soon.

Thank you for the reply..but as I said earlier we contacted your customer care twice -for two incidents and received no follow up... Do you do background checks on your workers.. My wife and I live in the neighborhood and had horrible experiences with two of the employees working in the 6122 Garner Ferry road Circle k and they need to be fired... . A few weeks ago the man behind the counter told me that if I had a complaint about anything in circle K we ( he and I) could take it outside ( to fight ) to resolve the problem. He threatened me in front of customers then refused to give me his name. I spoke to the manager -which was a waste of time - and I filed a complaint with customer care of Circle K. Nothing happened.. Today my wife heard the female shift manager talking about , laughing at and making disparaging demeaning comments about a customer who visited the store. The shift manager was talking loud to everyone in the store.. ..My wife heard the comments and confronted the worker/ shift manager to tell her to stop and she rudely walked away. My wife called the customer care complaint line and they asked her to get the name of the employee who making disrespectful comments..The employee refused to give her name....my wife then asked again for their names with the customer care people on the phone and the workers boldly refused to give their names .. they had no respect for the customer care representative..and then shift manager called the police while my wife was speaking to the customer care division..The police said the workers called them but refused to give even the policeman their names for a report.. These folks need to be FIRED!!!! IMMEDIATELY!! My question is does anyone know the owner or regional or district manager for this circle K . We need to talk with them to hopefully get results.....I feel that more needs to be done to protect the customers and public from these 2 circle k workers..

They didn’t want to refund me my money ($50) . I came in store to pay for gas and she put it at the wrong pump. instead of transferring it to the right pump or telling me which pump number she put it at she refunded my money. It takes several business days to come back onto my card.. I had only 5 miles on my car and live 30 minutes away. They offered me $3.. back. I use premium gas and that doesn’t even give me a mile in gas lol. That was my last $50 and i’m stranded here until someone can come to me Ridiculous! DONT RECOMMEND THIS CIRCLE K TO ANYONE. employees don’t know what they are doing
