Pricing when getting products never match how they ring up, especially beer and cigarettes. They never own up our even correct it. Will be supporting more out my business further away from home.

This used to be one of my favorite locations. The customer service sucks. The clerks don't pay attention to what you are requesting thus making mistakes. This location can stand for improvement in all areas especially in customer service..

The workers are very friendly and coffee is good! However, their pumps always seem to be in need of service. The buttons sometimes don't work, sometimes they don't read cards, and recently I went by and almost all the pumps were out of service. I shook my head and went to the Sharpe shop across the street. Tighten up guys

The cashiers are rude and ignorant and always have attitude. The parking lot and inside the store is always filthy with typically very slow service as its as if the people working here have a difficult time understanding their jobs. The people they are hiring at these stores are willfully rude and full of self righteous arrogant attitude. Dont bother shopping in these stores, glad there are others across the street that wont have the attitude.

I was trying to get a refund for something that I was charged for and the cashier said to me come back tomorrow. Why do I have to return the next day for that. Luckily, I'm able to do that but why do we have to do it. They should be able to resolve any issues right away

Out of all the convience stores I have visited this location is the most pleasant and friendly environment I have been in. I have been coming to this location for 12 years and I have never had a bad experience. Leadership starts from the top and everyone knows their job.

This place is supposed to be open 24 hours and there is no one here right now at 2:15am. They put a sign up that says will be back in an hour but no time stamp and no one in sight! I am disappointed because it’s supposed to be 24 hours And who ever is working here right now has chosen shut down shop and disappear. I knocked on the door but no one is here. If you guys are going to shut down shop at a certain time please tell us customers this! What a waste of time and at this hour!

This problem should definitely be fixed at your location how do you have employees that work at your gas station and don't know where your CK cards are to purchase and save on gas I had to get a customer to show me where the cards are you must make sure your employees know where these cards are to the guy employee I took a pic of it so you will know!

Came here for a car wash. Next morning noticed antenna cover was broken off and found the pieces in the car wash. Employee told me the car wash with Circle K name all over was not theirs. It is. Talked to manager on Monday. Manager told me they were turning in a report to corporate. 2 weeks later no call and my car is still damaged. Never do business with companies who damage your property then leave you hanging.

I am writing to report ongoing issues with the store manager, Linda. She is consistently rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional, particularly during morning hours. Instead of assisting customers or supporting staff, she often directs others to take orders or ring customers up while she stands aside.I have personally witnessed her being overly affectionate with a man inside the store during business hours, which is highly unprofessional and uncomfortable for customers. During these moments, customers are left waiting or redirected rather than being helped by management.This is the only employee at this location who repeatedly causes problems. I am not the only person who has experienced this multiple customers have openly expressed frustration with her behavior, and I have heard others say they planned to report it as well.The assistant manager, Shida, frequently apologizes for Linda’s actions. While Shida attempts to correct the situation, it should not be her responsibility to make excuses for the store manager. This issue has been ongoing for far too long and needs to be addressed. We never had problems at this location before, but Linda’s attitude and lack of professionalism are negatively affecting customer experience. I wanted to add that the girls Kayla & Jasmin are very helpful, kind , respectful and you can tell they love what they do. They are always willing to help with anything I need or anything anyone needs and if they can’t find it they even go the extra mile to check in the back. Thank you !

If asked, where to find something she will take time to help. She also know how to alleviate the line quickly and everybody feels comfortably without walking out the door so she is very valuable. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the assistant manager Shida. That is the only reason I am giving this store five stars. She is always in the building, extremely sweet, and very attentive to everything going on. She keeps the place clean and organized and truly makes it feel welcoming, even when she is the only one in the store most of the time I come in .You can tell she really cares about her role and the environment, and her presence makes a big difference. She definitely deserves to be recognized and considered for growth. She makes this store great!
