The staff constantly changes because of poor management. Always out of coke products. Lacks consistency. I only go here because it's close to my house... but it's never my first choice.

Came to fuel up here the other day and the staff decided to take a 20+ minute bathroom break. I didn’t wait any longer cus I had to be somewhere but I can’t imagine how long I would have waited if I actually had no gas.

Gas pumps have ads that are so loud, and you can't mute them. If you're paying for gas, you should get a discount if you have to watch ads

I've been coming here for the last 15 years. It used to be amazing before it was Circle K. My biggest complaint is that in the last year or so they have drastically understaffed it even though their customer volume has skyrocketed. Every time I come in no matter what time it is there's 15 people in line and 1 person working. Which leads to poor customer service by most of the ever rotating staff. The guy with the hand tattoos is pretty good though, and the older woman that's ALWAYS happy deserves at least two raises for her attitude and customer service alone. I will not continue to give them my business anymore however due to them not hiring an adequate amount of employees for their business needs. No one likes waiting in line for 20 minutes every day to get daily necessities.

Today makes 7 out of 7 times that is have stopped for sweet tea and they have had all 4 containers empty without even a bag in any of the dispensers. Today I stopped in at about 3:55pm, the other 6 times were between 4:00pm and no later than 10:00pm. When I go to any of the other circle k's they either have it made or make it for me as the company policy is that it is supposed to be available 24 hours a day as those are the hours they are open. I will not come back to this store. I do tell a lot of people that circle k now has the best sweet tea in town, but not to come to this store because as far as I know, they don't even make it. Just glad there is another one close by so I can get it when I actually want it everyday. So if you want the best sweet tea in Colorado Springs, CO, go to circle k, just not the one at 5553 Austin Bluffs Parkway.

Horrible gas station . Had all stuff on counter paid go outside get gas comes out accusing me stealing chips. Said I grabbed them after which I didn't go back in realized I did pay no apology nothing what a rude person.

Terrible customer service, cashier was rude and harassing me the customer about not losing her job. While the manager was standing right there letting this employee continuously berate and verbally assaulted even after I asked her to stop and show some professionalism. She continued to show low class behavior and attitude. She mentioned she has children to take care of and I genuinely think her behavior is disgusting. Modern day hiring protocols seemed to of been sidelined for desperation. Won’t be back.

Ravyn is the man. In first encounter he noticed my physical ID was expired immediately as of just over a month ago. I do have a valid one on the app that he accepted, of course, just waiting on mail for the physical replacement. But probably 20 times previous at any gas station or bar I got away with it (knowing I could prove, if asked). He actually noticed!! Good job, give this man a raise.
