This store is on Main Street, not in the ghetto. But I can’t even walk from the gas pump to the store without being harassed by people bumming change or cigarettes. It’s ridiculous.

We don’t take cash and it’s none of your business why we don’t says the awkwardly man standing behind the register. Honestly I think it’s because he’s afraid if he counts he might give the wrong change back. So I leave drive 300 ft down to the Mobil that is open and they do take cash. Just an FYI

What a dump. Druggies outside the store panhandling, the store dues nothing to get them to go. Inside the store stinks, I didn't even want to buy a bottle of soda here. Avoid this place.

NO MASK POLICY ENFORCEMENT Up until recently all my visits to this Circle K has been great however today I had unpleasant encounter with an ant-masker who got verbally loud with me to the point one of the employees ask me what was wrong yet did nothing when I explained what happened and then I explained to the manager on duty what happened and he just gave me a dumbfounded look as he proceeded to check me out and allow others to enter without even reminding anyone of the mask wearing which is at eye level on the front door. Thankfully the Circle K’s near where I live in Greensboro do a great job of encouraging mask wearing and enforcement through respectfully reminding their customers of the mask wearing policy. I wonder if it would have taken the non masker getting physically aggressive with me for the staff to simply remind him of the mask policy and respectfully tried to enforce it.

Cashier was watching a video the whole time that was dropping F-bombs the entire time. When I got ready to walk out the door had been locked, she was fussing under her breath about having to walk over to unlock it. It was almost 8pm, still daylight outside.

Stopped in after work to purchase $20 in gas. Went into the store and told the associate on duty that I wanted $20 in gas on pump 6. Went to pump my gas and the screen read "one moment please"! Went back into the store and spoke to the associate once again letting him know that there was a problem. He then replied, oh, i thought that you said pump 1. Refused to give me my $20 back and no gas. Said that I would have to take it up with his manager. Basically call me a lie. I want my money and an apology. Check the video from the store camera if you think that I'm lying! 🤔🤔🤔😇😇

Don't come here! I tried using my card at the pump and it didn't go through, so I went inside the building. The clerk told me that the card reader is down. I tried that same card at the next gas station, and it got declined! When I went to check my account, all of my money was gone. Luckily, my bank refunded it back to me and closed that card down. Scammers are out here!!!

I usually read reviews and never post one unless I have a real concern but I wanted to give a kudos to this awesome team. I'm a medical courier for LabCorp and have stopped everyday for gas, restroom break and coffee refill for the past 2 years. Pumps always have receipts that print (which I have to have to log for the company car), windshield cleaner and towels are available and I've never seen an issue with trash cans running over, bathroom is always clean and smells good, the store is clean, coffee and soda fountain area is well maintained and stocked. This store is located where several homeless people try and hang out but employees are nice and respectful to them and keep them moving on their way so it makes the area feel safe...it means a lot when you have a stressful job and know you can get a good cup of coffee, lunch and a " see you tomorrow be safe and thank you" on your way out.

"Avoid Circle K: Terrible Service and Incompetence " I recently had the displeasure of visiting Circle K, and it was an experience I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. The sheer incompetence and lack of customer service left me utterly dismayed. Firstly, their network was down, which meant I couldn't pay at the pump. No big deal, I thought, I'll just go inside and pay. Little did I know that this would be the beginning of a nightmare. After pumping gas and attempting to pay inside, I found out that they had already charged my card at the pump. Now, any reasonable person would assume that since I had been charged, I would be able to get the gas I paid for. But oh no, not at Circle K. The merchant still held onto my money, leaving me without the fuel I rightfully paid for. To add insult to injury, the employees were rude and utterly clueless. The individual who "assisted" me was not only rude but seemed completely illiterate when it came to handling basic customer inquiries. And don't even get me started on the manager, who seemed to be in a perpetual state of cluelessness. It's like they plucked him straight out of a comedy sketch. Consider this a warning to all potential customers: steer clear of Circle K. The gas station is already foul, and the employees are a testament to the company's lack of standards. Save yourself the headache and frustration and go elsewhere. Your sanity will thank you.
